A Study of Korean Drone-security Education System (한국 드론시큐리티 교육훈련 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 민간 시큐리티 분야의 드론 도입 시 교육과목 중 드론의 기능을 적용할 수 있는 과목을 기준으로 절차 및 내용에 관하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 경계감시, 순찰, 경보, 촬영 및 영상기록, 장비점검, 장비 운송, 사격등의 과목에 드론운영에 대한 교육 내용을 포함시켜야 할 것이다. 이처럼 드론 시큐리티 분야를 민간 시큐리티 산업에 적용하기 위해서는 드론의 기능과 더불어 각 업무분야에 고유한 특성을 반영하여 과목을 구성하여야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 현재의 기술로는 드론에 부착되는 장비에 따라 사용 용도가 다를 수 밖에 없으며, 비행시기와 장소에 따라 실내비행이나 야간비행이 필요한 추가적인 조종교육 및 운용교육이 요구된다고 할 것이다.

Recent Development in Technologies for Short Sea Shipping and its Implications (근해운송시스템의 기술 분야별 개발 현황 및 시사점)

  • Recently, the logistics industry in Asia is growing rapidly mostly with Chinese economic development. A variety of studies have been carried out to reduce the logistic cost under the situation that the global freight traffic continues to increasing. The Short Sea Shipping(SSS) system, a multi modal transport system centered around coastal shipping to realize high value-added logistics, achieved considerable success in EU. To implement the SSS system in Korea, it is necessary to develop the various essential technologies related to development of efficient ships and port facilities, including equipment for loading and unloading containers, operating and managing systems for freight terminals and technologies for tracking and securing containers. The present paper focuses on the survey of the current essential technologies available for implementation of the SSS system and suggests the direction of future development in the technologies.

Multiobjective Routing and Scheduling for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Materials (위험물 운송차량의 다목적 경로 및 스케줄 관리 방안)

  • Vehicles transporting hazardous materials can make huge damage to people, properties and environment by traffic accidents. Therefore, transporting hazardous materials is a big issue with the cutting edge technology of communications in these days. However, despite this situation, Korean government gives limited efforts for systematic management, research and investment about hazardous materials. Accordingly, this research suggests the key path finding algorithm about management of real-time schedule and routes for vehicles transporting hazardous materials. Besides, the case study is progressed in transportation networks of Seoul in order to evaluate the reality of algorithm. Specifically, time-space network transformation is performed for time window attributes. In addition, this study proposes the techniques searching for non-dominated paths considering schedule by the multiobjective shortest path algorithm based on dynamic programming in dynamic transportation networks including multiobjective attributes.

  • The main subject to become a hub pen is automation The automated container terminal has already operated in advanced pons and it bas been planned for the basic planning and operation design in domestic case. The key of automated container terminal is effective operation of both ATC(automated transfer crane) and AGV(automated guided vehicle) which is automated handling equipments. This is essential to productivity of automated container terminal. This study suggests the moat optimal method of equipment operation in order to minimize loading time using each three types of effective AT operation methods and AGV dispatching rules in automated container terminals. As the automated equipment operation causes unexpected deadlocks or interferences, it should be proceeded on event-based real tine. Therefore we propose the most effective ATC operation methods and AGV dispatching rules in this paper. The various states occurred in real automated container terminals are simulated to evaluate these methods. This experiment will show the most robust automated equipment operation method on various parameters(the degree of yard re-marshaling, the number of containers and the number of AGVs).

자율해운을 위한 원격제어 해상항만의 개념 설계

  • 자율해운(Autonomous Shipping)은 자율운항선박(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, MASS)의 태동과 함께 해양산업분야에서 창출되고 있는 해상운송의 새로운 개념이다. 자율해운은 MASS의 장점을 극대화하여 경제적 편익을 추구하기 위한 것이다. 한편, MASS는 기존 육상에 주로 구축된 항만시설을 이용한 해상운송 행위에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구는 향후 전개될 것으로 예상되는 자율해운의 선점을 위한 것으로, 원격으로 제어되는 수준 2-3 사이의 MASS를 원격으로 제어하는 해상항만(Remote Controlled Sea Port)을 이용하여 경제적 편익을 극대화함과 동시에 안전하면서도 친환경적인 자율해운을 도모하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 해상 부유체를 이용한 원격제어 해상항만과 원격제어 MASS를 운영하기 위한 시설과 장비 및 운영과 관리 방법 등에 관한 기초 개념을 설계하기 위한 것이다. 글로벌 협력을 바탕으로 전개될 수 있는 자율해운을 정의하고, 자율해운에 현실적으로 적용 가능한 원격제어 해상항만의 구현 방법과 운영 방법을 논의하며, 이러한 원격제어 해상항만을 이용한 원격제어 자율운항선박의 제어 및 운용방법 등을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 세계적인 자율운항선박 관련 해양산업에서의 자율해운 시장의 선점에 기여할 것으로 고려된다.

  • Recently, research has been actively conducted for getting interested in unit module housing. However, the domestic unit modular housing research in the early stages yet, so the major process for research is lacking. Explore all these reasons fit with domestic unit housing development this paper, focusing on the process of shipping cargo by truck, transport unit module was studied. The purpose of this paper is to present new ideas and derive the direction of the development of the equipment safely and effectively fixed to the unit module of the transport unit module that will be helpful in the development of the equipment required for the transport process of the next unit module.

  • 적설의 다짐강도에 대한 부가물의 효과를 고찰하기 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 토대로 적설의 압착과정을 촉신시키고 나아가서 남극의 설상로나 설상활주로 등의 다짐강도를 증진시키는 데 있다. 실험실에서의 실험결과에 의하면 처리된 눈에 소량의 톱밥을 섞었을때 더 큰 강도를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이 방법은 남극과 McMurdo 설상로에 있는 시험도 에서 실제 적용되었다. 현지 실험에서 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과 적설의 고결은 일반적으로 예측되는 극한 환경에서 보다 빨리 진행되었으며, 궁극적으로 큰 지장없이 육중한 운송장비를 지지할 수 있는 충분한 다짐강도를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 해상 운송에 사용되는 기존 컨테이너 화물을 대상으로, 내부부착 장비를 통한 실시간 IoT 모니터링 시스템 및 컨테이너 정보보안을 위한 블록체인을 구축함으로써 편리성 및 보안성을 강화하여 컨테이너의 지능화를 구현한다. 이 연구를 통해 해상 운송의 단점을 보완하고, 기존 컨테이너의 규격과 형식을 크게 변경하지 않고 컨테이너를 지능화할 수 있음을 기대할 수 있다.

Emission Factors of Chemical Substances and the Abatement Policies in Korea Industries (화학물질 배출량 변동 요인과 배출저감 정책의 조합)

  • Using the Korean environmental input output analysis, this paper provides the emission intensities of the chemicals, especially, the toxic and carcinogenic substances, by linking the structure of demand, and the policy mix to abate these substances emissions. Acording to the results, Industries with the highest total emission intensities(TEI) of toxic substances are ranked : Printing and reproduction of recorded media(21), Other transportation equipment(26), Pulp and paper(11), Leather and fur products(9), Fiber yarn and fabrics(7). And the highest TEI of carcinogenic substances are Wood and wooden products(10), Motor vehicles and parts(25), Plastic and rubber products(15), Audio, video and communications equipment(23), etc.. The economic factors of changing these emissions are emission intensities and final demands. The effective combinations of policy instruments to abate these emissions are varied by the industries and substances. For example, Government need to execute the effective TEI management in the Fiber yarn and fabrics(7) sector, and, in furniture(27) sector, the reduction of final demand is more effective.

  • Along with the increase in global volume of goods, logistics companies are trying to reduce costs by increasing the size of ships carrying cargo, increasing the efficiency of quantitative equipment at ports, and unmanned electric vehicles on land. Korean naval ports are also facing the same situation as the global trend. In the past, small and medium-sized ships such as FF, PCC, and beheaded eagles are being retired for their longevity, and their positions are being replaced by large ships such as KDX, FFG, and LST-II. In particular, large ships such as Dokdo and the next light aircraft carriers are also being prepared. Unlike general merchant ships, naval ships require periodic inspections and preventive maintenance, so repair piers such as maintenance depots are in operation. The naval maintenance depot mainly uses trailers, trucks, and truck-type cranes to carry out loading and unloading of heavy ships, and the application or development of automation and unmanned equipment performed by the private sector is inadequate, and self-improvement cases are also very weak. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the military logistics system through research on the logistics system such as transport, storage and unloading of heavy goods and maintenance products of naval ships.
