Now, the proportion of musical was strength in the stage art part to the past considerably as called musical boom. After 1990's, as if it was rise as rise of musical exclusive theater, it was development seriously in Korean musical. But presently, the examined musical product state as the ratio of import musical and creative musical is about 6 to 4 or 7 to 3, it was a inferiority of creative musical in a flood of import musical. So, this study researched for example Kim Kyun Hyoung' writing and Yu Min Suck' production, creative musical 'This is my destiny...' - played by Dept. of multimedia and film, Honam University in september 2007 - this researcher should give much theoretical and substantial assistance to stage costume producer by studying about producing costume of a aria story, a mental state. As I have studied sofar, in designing a stage costume for musical, the overall comprehension of the musical actor's bodies have to be considered. Though performing the manufacture of the really performance work. It is a field that needs various professional knowledge, and only when a musical is produced based on such theories, it will be possible to deliver the theme of the me of the play more effectively, becomes help in the efficiently theatrical costume manufacture realistically and express the various symbolical meanings.

The development and expansion of American style mass media in 1938 created contemporary narratives comparable with the Greek narrative in the past, and one of the leaders is comic book 'Superman.' Although American hegemonism or expansionism was rejected by autonomous independent countries including the Third World nations, the heroic narratives transcending the diverse races and peoples in the U.S. were supported by mass cultures and media and had huge impacts on heroic narratives and various media in many other countries. In particular, 'Superman' occupies an epochal position in the history of comic books as it reinterpreted a universal and contemporary heroic narrative model into a Greek hero and a Christian hero and suggested it visually.

Either absorbable or nonabsorbable sutures can be used in meniscal repair. Some surgeons prefer nonabsorbable sutures because they believe that nonabsorbable sutures improve meniscal healing as compared with absorbable sutures. But, permanent existence of sutures in the lesion could make problems. We report a case of Inside-Out meniscus repair that nonabsorbable sutures came out of the joint capsule tearing the substance of the meniscus.

최근 골손상이 있을 경우 골 형성을 유도하고 기능을 부여하여 단순한 골조직의 대체를 위한 지지체가 아닌 한층 더 나아간 지지체의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 뼈 형성 억제 인자를 억제하거나 촉진인자를 첨가하여 뼈의 형성이 증가시키고, 뼈 형성과정에 관여하는 신호체계를 유도하는 어떤 물질을 첨가하여 뼈의 형성을 증가시킬 수 있다. 줄기세포는 다양한 세포로 분화할 수 있는 능력이 있는데 그 과정에서 여러 가지 signal이 관여한다. 그 중 wnt signaling은 줄기 세포가 분화하는 과정뿐만 아니라 세포의 사멸, 이동에 있어서도 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 줄기세포의 운명 결정에 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있다. Silicon은 조골세포의 부착과 증식, 세포의 활성을 증가시키며 뼈의 형성과정과 석회화 과정에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 BMP-2, collagen 등과 같은 유전자의 발현을 증가시킨다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Silicon이 조골세포로의 분화과정에 관여하는 신호전달 중 wnt 신호에 미치는 영향에 대해 유전자의 발현 양상과 단백질의 발현 양상을 살펴보기 위해 각각 RT-PCR과 western-blotting을 수행하였다.

오늘날 자동차배기의 대기오염공해는 큰 사회문제가 되었으며 선진제국은 이미 오래전부터 배 기정화를 시작하여 상당한 성과를 거두고 있으나 우리나라는 지금이 시작이 아닌가 생각된다. 배기정화는 자동차관계자가 해결해야 할 가장 큰 과제의 하나일 것이다. 자동차의 원동기로서 피스톤식 내연기관을 사용하는 한 최종적으로는 어떠하든 간에 배기처리를 할 필요가 있다. 따 라서 배기처리방법의 성공의 여부는 자동차용 내연기관의 운명이 걸려있다고도 할 수 있다. 이 러한 시점에 있어서 다른 사람 등이 해온 배기처리방법을 고찰해 보는 것도 결코 무의미한 것이 아니라 생각되기에 저자는 약 10년전에 발족한 일본자동차연구소 (JARI : JAPAN AUTOMOBILE RESEARCH INSTITUTE) 에서 시험제작을 하여 중점적으로 배기정화의 연 구를 해온 배기의 완전무해화장치 (JAPECS;JARI Perfect Emission Control System)를 소개하고 이것에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다. JAPECS의 시험제작연구의 목적은 단지 자동차배기의 완전 무해화장치의 시험제작에 있는 것이 아니고 이 연구를 추진함으로써 1) 내연기관의 배기정화의 궁극적인 가능성을 추구할 수 있는 것과 2) 각 단계의 배기규제에 대처할 수 있는 가장 효과적이고 실용적인 배기처리장치의 개발을 위한 기술적인 검토가 될 수 있는 것으로 되어있다. 이 JAPECS project에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 모든 종류의 자동차엔진의 배기정화를 목표로 하고 있고 최초의 2년은 기초적인 검토에 중점을 두고 그후는 실용화에 중점을 두고 있다.

선천성 또는 외상등에 의한 후천성 기도 협착의 치료는 아직도 어려운 문제중 하나로서 해결하여야 할 많은 과제를 내포하고 있다. 특히 안정되고 유연한 구조적인 골격과 함께 호흡성상피로 피복되는 기관점막은 기관기능 보존에 있어 필수적 조건이다. 저자들은 현재까지 보고자에 따라 견해 차이가 있는, 이식연골막 및 이식점막의 운명에 대하여 시기에 따른 형태학적 변화를 관찰하고자 하였다. 즉 저자들은 혈행성 복합피판의 형태로 이식한 점막에 일어나는 변화를 형태학적으로 연구하였으며, 대조군으로는 혈행이 유지되지 않는 유리이식(free graft)으로 구성된 복합피판을 이용하였다. 또한 면역조직화학적 염색을 통해 이식 초기에 일어나는, 이식점막과 결손부 주변조직사이의 재생능의 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 토끼 40마리를 두 군으로 나누어 각 군당 20마리씩으로 하였으며 술후 각각 2주, 4주, 6주 및 8주에 기관에 이식한 피판을 조직학적으로 분석하였다. 섬모의 재생상태는 주사현미경을 통해 관찰하였으며 각 군당 4마리의 토끼를 술 후 1일과 2일에 Brdu-Anti Brdu로 염색하여 결손된 점막의 주변부와 이식한 점막사이의 재생능이 복합피판의 구성에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 1. 혈행성의 복합피판으로 구성된 구강점막은 원주상피로 화생(metaplasia)하는 경향을 보였으나 유리 연골막에 부착한 구강점막에서는 괴사가 진행되면서 주위의 점막에서 성장해 들어가는 양상을 보였다. 2. Brdu-Anti Brdu 염색의 결과, 복합피판의 구성에 따라 이식점막과 주위 기관상피의 염색양상에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how an automaker can create its unique identity and brand image in automobile industry and what's brand role and value, under the recognition that clarifying a target market in development process is indispensable to developing a product of higher marketability. By building and applying a product of higher marketability. By building and applying a brand-unique consistent design identity, it's intended to meet the increasing requirements of product attribute for symbolism or sensitivity so as satisfy or exceed customer expectation.

This study explores the health behaviors and related situations of Korean low-income breast cancer survivors using in-depth interview. The study derives 95 concepts, 23 sub-categories and 12 categories in open coding. Illness experiences were categorized by behavioral, psychological, and social domains, cognitive were categorized by causal and destiny thought, emotions were categorized by negative, positive emotion, reserve capacity were categorized by internal and external domains and health behaviors were categorized by behavioral, psychological, and social domains. Understanding illness experience, cognitive, emotion, reserve capacity and health behaviors for Korean low-income breast cancer survivors will be useful in developing social welfare interventions and for enhancing health promotion.

디지털 방송 기술의 비약적인 발전은 그 수요와 공급을 늘려가며 디지털 컨버전스 시대의 매력적인 산업으로 디지털 방송을 급부상시키고 있다. 이러한 발전 추세를 반영하듯 국내 아날로그 방송 서비스는 2012년을 기점으로 종료해야 하는 운명을 맞아 그 가속화는 더욱 빨라질 것으로 예상된다. 한편, 디지털 방송의 한 분야인 지상파 이동 멀티미디어 방송(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, DMB) 역시 시류에 발맞추어 디지털 방송과 모바일 환경의 결합이라는 추가적인 이점을 안고, 몇 가지 서비스를 선보이고 있다. 하지만 이와 같은 이점에도 불구하고, DMB 서비스는 교육 혹은 광고 분야 등의 뚜렷한 수요의 증가를 가져오는 콘텐츠에 대한 제작과 배포가 쉽지 않고, 그 방법과 기준이 혼재하는 어려움으로 인하여 DMB가 지닌 무한한 가능성에 비해 크게 이슈화가 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점에 착안하여, 지난 연구들에서 얻은 경험을 밑거름 삼아 기본적인 콘텐츠의 제작 및 배포는 물론 DMB 서비스에서 특화될 수 있는 콘텐츠를 더욱 쉴게 생성할 수 있으며, 기술적으로는 3차원 객체를 지원하는 부분을 보강하며, 편리한 인터페이스 등을 포함하는 저작 도구를 개발한다. 이를 위해 기존 연구들에서 다루어온 MPEG-4 Part 11 : BIFS(Binary Format for Scenes)를 기반으로 국내외에서 연구된 기존의 저작도구들을 비교하며, 새로운 아이디어들을 접목시켜 향후 DMB 서비스에서 효율적으로 쓰여 질 수 있는 저작도구를 개발한다.

The access control means the process to record and manage access restrictions and permits for protecting information in records. This paper emphasizes the control of access and authorization based on the roles and the data using activities of users as task performers. Also, it requires to gain the necessary approval in advance for important tasks such as mass inquiry and change on important information to influence the very existence of the whole organization. And then, it suggests that it is necessary to control some session of information with non-activity for certain time. Generally, this paper is to explain security elements of access control through various cases.
