Analysis of the Level of Cognitive Demands about Concepts of the Changes of State and Kinetic Theory on 'Science 1' Textbooks in Junior High School (III) ('과학1' 중학교 교과서의 물질의 상태 변화와 분자 운동 내용이 요구하는 인지 수준 분석(제III보))

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the cognitive demands level of the description about 'changes of state' and 'kinetic theory' on the 'science 1' textbooks by the 2007 revised curriculum. The three types of curriculum analysis taxonomy have been used to analyze the cognitive demands level of those contents on the 6 kinds of 'science 1' textbooks. The most higher level of cognitive demands about the concepts have been discussed here due to the focus of the concepts. The first, the cognitive demand level about 'three states of substances' depending on the motion of their particles in 6 textbooks is a early formal operational stage because of using by the application of kinetic theory. The second, the cognitive demand level about 'diffusion' and 'evaporation' is a early formal operational stage, because the particles move around faster so they can change their position. The third, the cognitive level of the pressure and volume in a gas is a early formal operational stage because of explaining only phenomena in simple correspondence with formal model of kinetic theory. And simple functional relationships beyond linear on the graph of the volume and pressure of gas, the volume and temperature of gas is also a early formal operational stage. The fourth, the cognitive level of the energy of heat by a change of the state is also a early formal operational stage because kinetic theory picture accepted as providing explanation by the change of the state. And functional relationships beyond linear on the graph of the explanation of boiling point of water in water is also a early formal operational stage.

THE COMPUTATION OF UNSTEADY FLOWS AROUND THREE DIMENSIONAL WINGS ON DYNAMICALLY DEFORMING MESH (변형격자계를 이용한 3차원 날개 주변의 비정상 유동 해석)

  • Deforming mesh should be used when bodies are deforming or moving relative to each other due to the presence of aerodynamic forces and moments. Also, the flow solver for such a flow problem should satisfy the geometric conservation law to ensure the accuracy of the solutions. In this paper, a RANS(Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes) solver including automatic mesh capability using TFI(Transfinite Interpolation) method and GCL is developed and applied to flows induced by oscillating wings with given frequencies. The computations are performed both on deforming meshes and on rigid meshes. The computational results are compared with experimental data, which shows a good agreement.

A computational study on compressible flow of humid air around airfoil (익형 주위의 압축성 습공기 유동에 대한 수치 해석적 연구)

  • 습공기에 포함된 수증기가 상(Phase)변화를 일으킬 때 잠열이 발생하고 이 잠열은 익형 주위의 압축성 유동 상태량들을 변화시키므로, 이러한 열 증가가 유동에 끼치는 영향에 대하여 수치해석을 통하여 연구 수행하였다. 수치해석은 Rusak 과 Lee [1]가 최근에 연구 수행한 미교란 방법(small-disturbance approach)에 근거하여 이루어졌다. 고전적 핵 생성 모델과 작은 물방울 성장(droplet growth)모델을 이용한 이 방법에서는 비평형 균질 응축과정에서 일어나는 열 방출을 묘사한다. 응축에 의한 열전달, 압축성 유동의 운동에너지, 그리고 유동의 열적 상태량들 사이에서 일어나는 비선형 상호영향을 조사하고, 또한 주어진 문제를 지배가호 있는 상사 파라미터들을 제시하였다. 계산 결과들은 Euler 방정식을 사용하여 얻은 선행 수치계산들과 비교하여 잘 일치됨을 보였다. 상사법칙은 유동 동역학과 응축 상태량들이 상당히 비슷하게 거동하는 다양한 유동 형태들을 제안한다. 압축성 습공기 유동은 유체기계에 사용되는 익형들의 공력 성능을 증가시키는데 응용될 수 있다.

  • In vehicle accidents, the rolling, pitching, and yawing which are produced by collisions affect the motions of vehicle. Therefore, vehicle behavior under impact situation should be analyzed in three-dimension. In this study, three-dimensional vehicle dynamic equations based on impulse-momentum conservation principles under vehicle impact are introduced for simulation. This analysis has been performed by the real vehicle impact data from JARI and RICSAC. This study suggested each system modeling such as suspension, steering, brake and tire as well as the appropriate vehicle behavior simulation model with respect to pre and post impact.

  • In an transversely isotropic composite laminates, the velocities, the particle directions and the amplitudes of reflected and transmitted waves were obtained using the equation of motion, the constitutive equation, and the displacement equation expressed by wave number and frequency Eigenvalue problem involving a velocity was solved by Snell's law. Finally, the results were confirmed by T300 Carbon fiber/5208 Epoxy materials. This approach could be applied to the detection of flaws in a transversely isotropic composite laminates by the water immersion C-scan procedure.

쿼터니온을 이용한 유도탄 자세제어

  • 본 논문에서는 쿼터니온 궤환 개념이 기존의 오일러각 궤환 개념에 비해 추력벡터제어(Thrust Vector Control) 방식을 사용하는 전술 유도탄 자세제어에 보다 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 보인다. 오일러각 궤환 방식을 택한 기존의 자세제어기에서 오일러각 궤환 부분을 쿼터니온 궤환으로 적절히 바꾸어 주게 되면 자세명령 크기 변화에 따른 시간응답 특성의 변화를 줄일 수 있으며, 쿼터니온 궤환 방식을 택할 경우, 우주비행체 자세제어 분야에서 활발히 연구되고 있는 고유축(Eigen Axis) 회전에 의한 자세변환을 수행할 수 있는 자세제어기 설계가 가능하다. 고유축 회전은 최단경로에 의한 자세변환 개념이므로, 이러한 능력을 갖춘 자세제어기는 신속한 자세변환이 필요한 전술 유도탄의 초기비행에 매우 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 더욱이, 제어법칙에 공력모멘트를 보상하는 항을 추가하게 되면 변화가 심한 공력 모멘트가 유도탄의 회전운동에 미치는 영향을 줄일 수 있어 고유축 회전성능을 보다 개선시킬 수 있다. 우선, 오일러각 궤환보다 쿼터니온 궤환이 유리한 점을 논하고, 쿼터니온 궤환에 근거한 자세제어기의 설계 개념과 제안된 제어기에 의해 구성되는 폐루우프에 대한 안정성 문제를 다룬 후, 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증한다.

  • This paper deals with preliminary design results of autopilot for station keeping mode of airship. Linear equations of motion for the airship are derived. Basic architecture of the control laws for cruising and station keeping modes are proposed. Performance analysis results show that autopilot design for station keeping mode of airship is feasible.

  • 본 연구에서는 가변구조제어에 의한 조준경 고각 안정화를 모색하였다. 이 를 위해 조준경 고각 안정화 시스템의 운동 방정식을 이용하여 가변구조제어기를 설계 하였으며 방정식을 이용하여 가변구조제어기를 설계하였으며 실제 주행시험결과 측정 된 차량의 각속도를 외란으로 사용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션하여 가변구조제어에 의한 조준경 고각 안정화가 동적안정도를 충족시킴을 보였다.

  • Numerical solution technique is suggested to analyze the vibration of a spring composed of stacked beams fastened together. Bernoulli-Euler beam theory for small deflection is used, and incremental Coulomb friction law is adopted for the interface friction. The validity of the present solution technique is checked for the perfectly bonded case and the perfect sliding case.
