본 연구는 산업보건관련기록의 표준화를 위하여 산업장 건강관리실 기록지를 수집하여 기록의 종류, 내용과 양식을 비교 분석하므로써 간결하고 유용하고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 기록을 개발코자 조사연구한 것이다. 조사대상은 총 32개 산업체로써 조사기간은 1991년 2월 4일부터 4월 6일까지이며 자료 수집 방법은 우편을 이용하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 근로자의 건강관련 정보기록으로 일일업무기록은 모두 쓰고 있었으며, 의약품 보호구 수불현황은 65.6%에서 사용하였고, 개인건강기록부, 매월업무보고서, 진료의뢰서는 각각 40.6%, 21.9%, 28.1%에서 사용하였다. 2. 간호사의 건강관리 업무관련정보기록은 일일간호 및 처치기록은 84.4%가 사용하였고, 현장순회일지, 환경위생점검일지 사용이 가장 낮았으며, 건강상담일지, 보건교육일지, 건강관리대상자 관리현황, 공상자 치료 및 관리현황은 제조업인 경우에는 21~26%가 사용하였고 기타 사업장인 경우에는 업거나 사용율이 매우 저조하였다. 산업안전보건법에 의한 사업장의 순회점검 지도 및 조치의 건의사항이나 작업환경개선 및 유지, 관리에 관한 사항을 수행하기 위해서는 현장순회일지나 환경위생점검일지에 대한 기록이 정확히, 철저히 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 상담 및 보건교육일지 작성도 보건교육이 전반적인 산업보건 사업계획과 통합되고 지속적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 표준화된 기록양식을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 기록양식의 내용을 업종별 중요성에 따라 표준화된 기록지 개발을 제언한다.

Since, Davis(1991) has proposed the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) through a literature review of informatization promotion, which insists that a user conveniency is judged by the degree of effectiveness caused by IT, the advancement of IT such as the Internet, e-mail, electronic data exchange, and groupware have brought into various changes in ordinary corporations and public institutions. However, with the right function, the advancement of IT has provided various benefits including additional reverse functions. Based on an integrated environment of business process, unauthorized user could access to information and a management of information becomes more difficult than before due to informatization of critical information. Furthermore, external hacking or information leakage by insider becomes easier owing to advancement in communication technology. This study has tried to develop a specified management procedure and implementation method for confidential documents.

주소정보 데이터베이스가 구축되고 있는 현재의 우편환경에서 이를 기반으로 한 제품 및 서비스의 제공과 활용이 요구되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 운용 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 제품/서비스의 국내외 현황 및 상호연관관계 등에 대한 분석을 수행하고, 이를 토대로 필요 제품/서비스의 단계적 전개 방안을 도출하고, 관리 및 제공을 위한 운용 프로세스를 표준화하였다. 특히 선진 사례와 주소정보 관련 업무 분석을 위해서 IDEF0 방법론을 확장하여 그 결과를 도식적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 주소정보 제품 및 서비스의 도입 및 운용 시 활용될 것이다.

인터넷 전자상거래가 가속화 되면서 기업간 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 증가하고 있다. Business-To-Business 유형의 전자상거래는 인터넷 EDI 또는 글로벌 비즈니스 개념이 도입되어 관련 기술의 연구개발이 활발히 진행중이며 상용화된 서비스가 일부 제공되고 있다. 기업간 전자상거래 시 기업내부 인력이 외부 즉, 거래 대상 기업 또는 경쟁 관계의 기업에 자사의 영업 및 기업 비밀을 제공하는 것은 명백한 범법 행위이다. 또한 인트라넷 내부 즉, 기업 내부망에 연동된 시스템을 사용하는 직원들이 정해진 근무시간에 다른 용도로 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 사용한다면 이 또한 회사 내부적으로 규제 대상이 되어야 한다. 특히, 일과외 시간에 공적 또는 사적인 용도 외에 사용자와는 전혀 관련 없는 전자우편 주소로 암호화된 문서를 송수신하였다면 기업 책임자는 기업의 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 업무 및 개인 용도 외적으로 사용한 의심스러운 행위에 대하여 확인할 권한이 있다고 본다. 본 논문은 기업간 전자상거래 수행 과정에서 기업 내부망 즉, 인트라넷에서 적용될 수 있는 보안 정책 중 키 복구 메커니즘이 적용될 수 있는 부분을 중심으로 새로운 키 복구 정책, 시나리오, 시스템 구성 및 키 복구 프로토콜을 제안한다.

최근에 산업분야에서는 각 기업내부에 국한된 정보처리시스템 구축의 단계를 넘어서서 기업간 정보 네트워크의 구축단계로 발전되고 있다. 정보네트워크는 각 기업내의 LAN으로부터 기업간의 연결로 온라인화 되고 있는데 이것을 기업 전산망(intercompany network) 또는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)라고 부른다. EDI가 본격적으로 시작된것은 1980년대 초이며 아직도 시작단계에 머물러 있지만 1990년대 중반에 가서는 모든 기업간 거래의 1/3이상이 EDI를 통해 이루어질 것으로 예상하고 있다. EDI는 표준화된 기업간의 거래서식(business form)을 컴퓨터 통신으로 교환하는 것으로서 EBDI(Electronic Business Data Interchange)라고 부르기도 한다. 현재 대부분의 기업들이 컴퓨터로 업무문서를 작성하고 처리하고 있지만 타기업과의 정보교환에 있어서는 우편, 전화, 팩시밀리 등에 의존하고 있어서 정보교환량만 늘어나고 있을 뿐이기 때문에 신속하고 에러없는 기업간 정보교환을 가능하게 하는 EDI의 사용이 요구된다.

컴퓨터가 널리 보급되고 인터넷이 발전함에 따라 많은 정보가 생산되고, 이러한 정보를 가공하여 사용자에게 효율적으로 제공하는 서비스들도 많아지게 되었다. 그러나, 컴퓨터에 익숙하지 않은 사용자들은 쉽게 이러한 서비스를 이용하지 못하기 때문에 사용자들을 돕는 시스템들이 필요하게 되었다. 한메일넷의 경우 전자 우편을 통한 사용자들의 질문에 대해 관리자가 직접 답을 해주는데, 사용자의 증가로 질의응답 업무의 양이 커지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사용자의 질의에 자동으로 응답하는 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 효율적인 이단계 자기구성 지도(SOM)를 제안한다. 이 방법은 다양한 크기의 질의메일을 정형화된 크기로 만들기 위한 데이터 축약 SOM과 이를 실제 해당 답변 클래스로 분류하는 문서 분류 SOM으로 구성된다. 실제 사용되고 있는 2206개의 데이터에 대한 실험 결과, 95%의 분류 성공률을 보여 그 가능성을 볼 수 있었다.

핵 물질의 계량관리는 얼마나 정확하고 철저하게 핵 물질의 보유 및 이동 상황을 기록, 관리하여 핵 투명성을 확보할 수 있는가 하는 것이 관건이다. 현재 국내 각 안전조치 대상시설에서의 계량관리 방법은 시설별로 DOS 기반의 프로그램이나 장부 등을 이용하여 관리하고 있으며, 유관기관으로의 보고 방법은 서류나 텍스트 화일을 우편을 이용하여 보고하고 있다. 또한, 물질의 이동경로 추적 등은 관련 서류 및 담당자의 확인 절차를 거쳐 해당 업무를 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 방법은 많은 인력과 시간이 소요될 뿐 아니라 핵 물질 재고관리의 신뢰성 및 핵 투명성의 제고에도 많은 장애 요소가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 핵 물질 계량관리 체계의 문제점을 해결하고, 보다 신속 정확하고, 종합적이며 신뢰성 있는 시설의 안전조치 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있는 Web을 기반으로 하는 핵 물질 계량관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법에 관해 논한다.

In the postal delivery service, both the standardization of business process and the workload measurement is very important part of saving the cost and improving the efficiency. However, these are not easy to apply to real situation because of the labor-intensive and diversification of delivery environment. In this study, we develop the methodology for the standardization of business process and workload measurement model of the postal delivery service. Firstly, we introduce the work factor analysis on the postal delivery process. Then, we propose the methodology workload measurement model based on diversification of delivery environment.

Though many services offer useful information on internet, computer users are not so familiar with such services that they need an assistant system to use the services easily In the case of web sites, for example, the operators answer the users e-mail questions, but the increasing number of users makes it hard to answer the questions efficiently. In this paper, we propose an assistant system which responds to the users questions automatically and helps them browse the Hanmail Net FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) conceptually. This system uses two-level self-organizing map (SOM): the keyword clustering SOM and document classification SOM. The keyword clustering SOM reduces a variable length question to a normalized vector and the document classification SOM classifies the question into an answer class. Experiments on the 2,206 e-mail question data collected for a month from the Hanmail net show that this system is able to find the correct answers with the recognition rate of 95% and also the browsing based on the map is conceptual and efficient.

Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management(SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations.
