우편업무는 물류의 생성, 수집 또는 접수, 구분, 운송, 배달 등의 과정으로 되어 있다. 이러한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 각 단위 업무 프로세스간의 정보처리와 실물과의 동기화가 요구된다. 본 고에서는 우편물류 처리 단계에 있어서 RFID 기술의 활용사례를 살펴보고 국내 우편사업에 적용하기 위한 요구사항 분석과 추진방안에 관하여 고찰한다.

This study gropes for the way to seek a desirable leader increase the efficiency of the mail service in the post service administration. That is to say, this study presents an appropriate leadership for the enhancement of the post service administration by investigating the relationship of the leadership to the organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the post service organization. Consequently, for the mail business organization, the selling leadership and the participating leadership show strong positive (+) interrelationship with the organizational commitment, but weak positive (+) interrelationship with job satisfaction. On the other hand, the telling leadership and the delegating leadership show weak negative (-) interrelationship with the former. Here, we can learn that the selling leadership and participating leadership are more effective on the mail business organization.

우편 산업은 우편 물류망을 근간으로 수작업 형태 업무 프로세스가 중점적인 사업영역이나, 최근 우편 사업 환경의 급속한 변화와 이에 따른 대응이 요구됨에 따라 세계 선진 우편사업들은 우편 자동화 및 정보화 기술을 적극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 이를 위해 우편 사업 환경 및 인프라를 고려한 우편 자동화 체계 마련을 위해 우편자동화 설비기기 및 그 시스템과 우편 정보 시스템간 정보 연계, 서비스 연동뿐만 아니라 궁극적으로 자동화 설비기기를 구축함에 있어 하드웨어 기능과 소프트웨어 기능을 분리시켜 소프트웨어 기능 유지보수 비용을 최소화하기 위해 독립성을 제공하기 위한 우편 자동화 통합망 구축기술 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이는 우편자동화 설비기기의 자동화에 필요한 요소기술에 최신 IT 기술을 적용하여 설비기기간 정보 연계 및 서비스 연동을 실현함으로써 우편 업무 프로세스를 개선하고 신규 서비스를 창출하는 기반이 된다.

우정업무는 발송인으로부터 우편물을 접수하여 수취인에게 배달하기 위해 소요되는 인력 의존도가 80%인 노동 집약적인 업무이다. 이에 따라, 우편고객에게 고품질의 우편서비스를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 우편물 자동구분 처리시스템을 개발하여 적용하고 있다. 본 고에서는 우편서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 노력의 일환으로 고객 바코드의 활용사례를 분석하고, 우편고객에게 부가서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법을 제시한 내용이다.

실시간 우편물류는 고객, 우편물류 담당자 그리고 운영자에게 적절한 정보를 적절한 시간에 제공하는 것이며, 우편물류 흐름과 물품을 실시간으로 통제, 관리하는 것이다. 실시간 우편물류는 기능적 요소와 경영성과 요소가 있다. 기능적 요소는 실시간 추적, 실시간 통제 그리고 실시간 모니터링이며, 경영성과 요소는 우편업무 흐름 관리와 우편업무 흐름의 최적화이다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 우편물류 구축을 위한 자동화와RTE 기술을 분석한다. 또한 자동화와 RTE 기술 도메인 아래에서 유비쿼터스, RFID, USN 등과 같은 인프라와 BPM, EAI, BAM, BI 시스템의 통합을 통한 실시간 우편물류구축을 위한 적용 방법론을 제시한다.

This study hypothesized and tested multiple influences(based on IRT and SIT) in a study of e-mail attitudes and use. The media included e-mail, fax, letters, and face-to-face meetings. This study focused on e-mail. The outcomes included experiences, skills, attitudes toward e-mail, and e-mail use. Results suggested that attitudes toward e-mail were influenced by experiences, skills, toward e-mail, and e-mail use was influenced by attitudes toward e-mail. The our results were consistent with ones predicted by IRT and SIT.

In this paper, we present integrated model of postal business that would be newly organized. The integrated model is developed through four phase. First, postal business is analyzed by three parts;collection, transportation and delivery. Second, the modeling criteria are developed that will be used for designing integrated postal business model. Third, object-oriented concepts are used by the steps of postal business modeling criteria captured. Finally, methods applied to developed model are grouped according to their function. Also, active-based mechanisms such as trigger and constraints are developed, and knowledge-based mechanisms such as inference are developed. These selected methods and attributes are encapsulated into objects. These constitute an object-active-knowledge based database model. Finally, Operational Scenario and Service Scenario are composed for real application according to proposed O-A-K model.

인터넷 기술의 발전으로 우편물류시스템은 우편집중국을 중심의 허브-스포크 구조를 기반으로 자동화 우편소통 시설과 우편물류정보시스템 구축 등의 많은 변화와 발전을 해왔다. 현행 우편물류정보시스템은 바코드를 기반으로 정보의 교환 및 처리를 수행하며, 물류정보의 수집, 처리 및 활용에 있어서 실시간성과 동적인 운용 측면에서 진일보하기 위해서는 차세대 정보기술인 RFID를 지원하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 우편물류의 운송용기를 중심으로 업무 및 시스템을 분석하며, 업무 효율성과 생산성 개선을 위해 RFID 기술을 적용하기 위한 정보처리시스템 모형을 설명한다.

우편주소정보는 모든 우정업무 처리의 기본이자 핵심이라고 할 수 있으나 현재 국내 우편주소 관리 체계가 정비되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 우편주소정보를 제공할 수 있도록 주소정보시스템을 구축하여, 우정업무 내부 처리 효율성을 중대시키고 고객서비스 및 우정사업의 신뢰성을 높여나가야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 우편주소정녈 및 시스템과 관련된 국내외 현왕을 살펴보고 주소정보시스템을 구축하고 관리하기 위만 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사용자 및 요구사항을 정의하고, 요구사항들을 계층적으로 구분하여 시스템 구성요소와 연계되도록 했다. 또만 전체 시스템의 구성과 구조에 대만 개념 설계를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 우편주소정보시스템의 상세설계와 구현 시 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라의 우편 집배국에서는 우편배달업무의 효율성 제고를 위해서 자동 순로구분기를 개발하여 도입 운영하려는 프로젝트를 진행 중이다. 그러나 새롭게 도입하는 자동화시스템이므로 순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시범적으로 순로구분기를 도입 운영하고 있는 집배국을 대상으로 순로구분업무를 분석하고 그를 바탕으로 자동순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델을 제시한다.
