This study analyzes the concepts and background of introducing preference order in general classification schemes and investigates and analyzes the major tables of preference of DDC 21 specifically in the Tables and in the Schedules. It also suggests specific examples for application in almost all cases of the tables of preference.

우리 나라의 경우는 선진외국과는 달리 국가연구개발 및 기술개발사업의 수립에 있어서 확산 지향적 관점에 의한 접근이 시작단계에 머무르고 있어서 국책기술개발의 전략성 부족, 개발된 기술의 산업적 이전 내지는 확산의 미약, 및 산업경쟁력제고에로 연계부족 등의 현상이 노출되어 왔다. 또한 21세기 지식기반확립을 위한 고도정보화의 구축과 국가경쟁력 제고의 기반이 되고 있는 초고속정보통신기반사업에서의 효율적인 기술개발을 위해서는 국가 정책적 목표와 기술적 목표를 동시에 고려한 기술확산을 기초한 자원배분 우선 순위설정에 관한 체계적인 연구가 요구되고 기존연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 점을 중시하여 연구활성화 및 연구결과의 정책적 활용도 증대를 위한 탐색적 연구의 일환으로 확산을 기반으로 한 초고속관련 기술개발사업에 대한 자원배분 우선순위 설정에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 구체적인 연구의 진행은 모형화 및 통계적 검증을 지양하였다. 먼저 기술개발과 우선순위에 관한 기존연구를 분석하여 자원배분 우선순위표를 작성하였으며, 이를 델파이 방법을 통하여 전문가들에게 조사하여 우선순위에 대한 가중치를 도출하였다. 끝으로 우선순위표를 이용하여 초고속관련 분야에서 이루어진 기존연구결과를 재구성, 종합/체계화하였다.

This study suggests a plan of tables of deference for Korean Decimal Classification, 4th edition, based on the study on those in Dewey Decimal Classification, 21st edition. It suggests two tables for the Auxiliary Tables, one for standard subdivisions and one for subdivisions for literature. Twenty-two tables are suggested for the Schedule of ten main classes.

댐 하류하천 정비사업을 계획함에 있어 사업의 투자우선순위 결정시 의사결정의 어려움에 직면할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 어려움을 지원하고자 다기준의사결정기법 가운데 하나인 PROMETHEE를 활용하여 투자우선순위를 제시하였다. 댐 하류하천 19개에 대한 투자우선순위를 검토하기 위한 평가기준으로서 용수공급량 회복, 발전량 회복, 계획방류량 회복, 치수경제성 분석, 환경생태기능 개선, 잠재적 홍수피해도, 홍수방어능력 취약도를 고려하였고, PROMETHEE 시행 결과 평림댐 하류하천에 대한 정비사업이 가장 시급한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 19개 댐 하류하천에 대한 투자우선순위 결과는 향후 댐 하류하천 정비사업 계획의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study aims to provide possible suggestions for the improvement KDC 5th ed. as a system. After analyzing and evaluating various devices of KDC 5th ed. such as schedules, common auxiliary tables, internal tables(omitted), notes, relative index, precedence order(omitted), alternatives, manual(omitted) and relocated table(omitted), suggestions for the improvement were proposed. If above suggestions are adopted, effective literature classification scheme which is suited to domestic circumstances will be certainly prepared.

현재 우리나라의 GDP 대비 R&D 투자 규모는 세계최고의 수준에 이르렀다. 이러한 연구개발 예산의 양적인 확대 및 성장과 함께 상대적으로 연구개발 예산의 효율적 활용이 중요한 과학기술정책 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 정부 R&D사업 유사영역의 효율성 제고를 위한 정책, 전략의 수립 및 실행의 의사결정을 돕는 데이터 기반의 객관적인 지표들을 제시하였다. 그 후 본 연구에서 제시한 효율성 지표들을 NTIS에서 추출한 2015년 정부출연연구기관 R&D 사업 데이터와 연계하여 실질적으로 측정과 사용이 가능한 정량적 지표들만을 따로 선별하였다. 또한 정부 R&D사업 효율성 지표들의 가중치를 측정하기 위하여 계층분석기법(analytic hierarchy process)을 수행하였으며 계층분석기법의 결과로 나온 가중치를 효율성 지표들에 적용하여 과제 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 정책의 수립, 실행 및 조정 시 고려해야 할 지표의 우선순위를 설정하여 유사연구영역 관련 정부 R&D 정책수립에서 실행까지의 연계를 강화시키고 국가적으로 한정된 자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

CD-ROM을 이용하여 전문도서관의 정기간행물을 평가할 목적으로 Current Contents : Life Science의 44개 SDI 검색결과와 Biotechnology 및 Biochemistry ＆ Biophysics Citation Index 에서 생명공학연구소 논문 151편의 참고문헌을 대상으로 자관 소장자료와 비소장자료로 구분하여 순위표를 만들었다. 이 순위표를 가지고 정기간행물의 자관 소장확률, 예산 증감시 정기간행물의 신규구독 및 구독중단 우선순위, 두 CD-ROM의 공통 소장/비소장 정기간행물을 조사하였다. 연구결과 생명공학연구소에 유용한 생산적인 비소장 정기간행물과 비생산적인 소장 정기간행물을 식별할 수 있었다. 이 자료는 예산 증감시 정기간행물 구입정책에 반영하면 새로운 장서구성 정책의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

In the past, ERP had been applied to large company mainly, but recently, in order to exist from global business environment, most of smaller businesses are using or planing to introduce ERP. However, introduction of ERP requires considerable expense and effort, before ERP come into being, it is needed to measure the expense of introducing and the outcome expected. Previous analytical frameworks (according to introduction of ERP) have been focused on measuring improvement of performance by introducing ERP. This study carries out a survey on priority analysis of information system with small businesses which produce displayer parts. To derive the user's priorities which have been disregarded beside the improvement of performance on information system, this study rearranges the analysis indices by using BSC model and it analyzes the priorities of importance according to the stakeholder(manager group, middle manager group, worker group) by using ANP method.

The purpose of this study is to identify priority factors for improving service quality of cosmetic stores in drug stores(DRS) and department stores(DES) and to provide basic data for improving service quality of cosmetic stores by analyzing the service quality based on the Kano model and the Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement (PCSI) Index. As a result, most items of quality factors of cosmetic stores in both stores were evaluated as attractive quality factors. As a result of PCSI Index comparison, the quality factors of 'Reliability', 'Responsiveness', and 'Empathy' items for DRS and 'Empathy' and 'Reliability' items for DES had higher priority for improvement. That is, if these factors are improved, there is a high potential to improve customer satisfaction. Through this study, practical implications were provided by identifying service quality factor classification and priorities for customer satisfaction improvement of DRS and DES. This is expected to contribute to the guidelines for improving customer satisfaction in the future.

Currently, each managing agencies are enforcing the maintenance against the cutting slopes, but the universality and objectivity are insufficient, because the evaluation item and model are various, the access method is not mutual-supplementary. Consequently, this study will lead the approach for a rational model development, by the analysis against the existing cutting slope evaluation technique, excavate a collapse primary reason and a factor, by the collapse example analysis, and make out evaluation table to decide a investigation priority of the existing cutting slope in the Investigation Evaluation step using AHP.
