There is a problem that some spoken words are not consistent with the written words when Arabic numerals in Korean language are read. Since some rules for reading the Arabic numerals are not clear, the numerals should be read carefully by recognizing the position of the numbers in sentence, the relationship of the numerals with measurement nouns and other writing elements, and context. In view of technical writing, this work is to appreciate some rules for writing Korean numerals in place of Arabic numerals by studying the works regarding numerals, classifiers and measurement nouns.

We propose The Korean digit recognition system using speech and image information. In the experiments, we investigate that image information affect recognition rate. Recognition rate of teamed data and testing data show 100%, 78% each other.

본 연구에서는 우리말 연속 숫자음 인식에서 본래의 숫자음을 변이 시키는 주된 요인인 연음현상에 대한 인식을 높이기 위해 별도의 연음부분의 레퍼런스를 작성하여 매칭 시키는 방식을 제안한다 또한 단모음으로 이루어진 /2/와 /5/의 연속된 음에 대하여도 레퍼런스를 작성하였다. 제안한 방식에 의하여 전체적으로 $1.4\%$정도 인식률이 상승됨을 볼 수 있다. 특히 발성 목록중 /82/, /62/, /31/, /15/, /75/ 등의 연음과 /226/, /755/등과 같이 모음의 연속된 발성이 포함된 숫자 열에서 제안된 방식이 인식률에 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수가 있었다. 이는 연음에서 발생하는 오류가 연속 숫자음에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 그 외에 /22/, /55/등과 같이 단모음으로 이루어진 숫자음의 연속 발성 또한 인식률을 저하시키는데 한 요인으로 작용함으로서 이에 대한 레퍼런스도 작성하여 인식률이 상승되는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

The core of Ahn Jaihong's 'Bulhamdo(不咸道)' is the principle of 'bark(?) bal(?) baer(배어)', and it forms the basis of the 'Dasarism.' Ahn Jaihong's 'Dasarism' explains the meaning of the Korean number by its etymology, and give it a political philosophical significance. He pays attention to the number of 'five (다섯)' especially, and his 'Dasarism' is based on this as well. According to him, 'five(다섯)' means 'Dasari(다사리)', and 'Dasari' means both 'everyone says what they think' and 'makes everyone live well' simultaneously. Ahn Jaihong tries to establish a unified nation state with Dasarism through which conflicts of right and left could be sublated. In order to do this, he had to offer 'a doctrine that can unite the opposing factions' and 'the prospect of a new country.' He discovered these two elements in interpreting the etymology of Han-gul, and organized these things into 'Chosun political philosophy.'

In the majority of case, speech recognition method tried recognition using only speech information In order to highten the recognition rate, we proposed recognition system that recognige digit using speech and image information. Through an experiment, this paper compared the recognition rate performed by existent speech recognition method and speech recognition method that includes image information. When we added the image information to the speech information, the speech recognition rate was increased about 6%. This paper shows that adding image information to speech information is more effective than using only speech information In digit recognition.

The purpose of this study was to find if the password composition of domestic users is affected by the different form of the word 'Password' in the interface of login or password change. In particular, 'Password', foreign notation, and 'Secret Number', notation translated by Korean, have a semantic difference. According to the survey of 200 students in S university, passwords made under the word 'Secret Number' are heavy on numbers than alphabet. Because these passwords make much smaller composition space than another case, they have bad security impact. We expect to make use of this paper as a base line data for study to find how improve domestic user's password security.

이 논문은 문장음성 변환시스템인 글소리II를 위한 읽기규칙에 관한 것이다. 읽기규칙이란 텍스트를 소리나는대로 읽어주는 모든 처리를 말한다. 읽기규칙의 가장 대표적인 음운변동규칙을 비롯하여 모음의 발음, 장음처리, 숫자읽기, 약어 및 기호읽기 등이 포함된다. 이 논문에서는 음운변동규칙을 6개의 대규칙과 22개의 소규칙으로 정리하고, 대규칙들 사이의 적용순서를 정의하였다. 그리고 단어의 장단이 중시되는 우리말의 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 장음처리부분을 추가하였다. 위의 읽기규칙으로 처리할 수 없는 부분에 대해서는 예외발음사전을 이용하고 있다.
