  • 본 연구는 유방절제수술을 받은 여성들이 착용하는 브래지어와 보정물의 중량을 결정하는데 필요한 예비자료를 수집하기 위하여 중년여성 12명을 대상으로 31항목에 대한 인체계측 및 석고법에 의한 유방용적측정을 실시하고 얻어진 유방관련 항목자료와 각 치수별 무게자료를 비교.분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.유방용적 측정결과 모든 피험자에 있어 오른쪽과 왼쪽 유방용적에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 브래지어 컵 치수는 가슴둘레와 밑가슴둘레간의 차이로 결정되는 것이므로 유방용적과 브래지어 치수의 크기가 일치하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 3.절반 이상의 피험자가 자신의 브래지어 치수를 잘못 선택하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of Bulk Density, Volumetric Water and Gravel Contents on Hardness in Prepared Sandy Loam (충전(充塡) 사양토(砂壤土)에서 용적밀도(容積密度), 용적수분(容積水分) 및 자갈함량(含量)이 경도(硬度)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • This study was conducted to find out the main soil physical properties to control the soil hardness in tamped condition. Sandy loam soil was taken and fill it up to wood cubes and then differently trampling experimental cubic lots which were mulched with various materials, such as, leaves, wood plates and bricks. Soil physical properties were measured 2" core and samples were taken at 250 sites with soil hardness. There were highly significant positive correlations between soil hardness and bulk density, and between bulk density and water content. Negative correlations were found between soil hardness and water content, and between soil hardness and gravel content. The correlation coefficients were increased by multiple correlation between soil hardness, bulk density, volumetric water and gravel content. Bulk density was the main factor to control the hardness, and volumetric water and gravel contents were less effected to soil hardness.

  • Started in 1989 as Public Permanent Rental Housing scheme, public rental housing lease policy is increasing target residents and supply in each government by introducing new supply types. However, public housing business entities have difficulties in expanding the supply due to cumulated deficit. The research suggested long-term public rental housing reconstruction business as a method to preserve the cumulated deficit from the previous. Minimum floor area ratio mathematical model was suggested by defining the floor area ratio of reconstruction business as minimum, since housing sales profit after reconstruction could preserve aggregated deficit, and mathematically approached by considering the traits of long-term public rental housing reconstruction. The determinant for minimum floor area ratio mathematical model comprise cumulated deficit of the existing long-term public rental housing, land size of reconstructed sale housing, housing sales price per unit area, and business cost per unit area. Minimum floor area ratio mathematical model is expected to be the milestone for supporting decision making regarding the economic part of old long-term public lease housings' reconstruction scale, and expanding housing supply within urban area.

  • The utilization of PET has been increased so fast since the usefulness of the PET has been proved in various clinical and research fields. Among the many applications, the PET Is especially useful in oncology and most of the clinical PET scans are peformed for the oncologic examination Including the different diagnosis of malignant and benign tumors and assessment of the treatment effects and recurrent tumors. As the PET-CT scanners are widely available, there is Increasing interest in the application of the PET Images to the radiation treatment planning. Although the CT images are conventionally used for the target volume determination in the radiation treatment planning, there are fundamental limitation In use of only the anatomical information. Therefore, the volume determination of the functionally active tumor region using the PET would be important for the treatment planning. However, the accurate determination of the tumor boundary is not simple in PET due to the relatively low spatial resolution of the currently available PET scanners. In this study, computer simulations were peformed to study the relationship between the lesion size, PET resolution, lesion to background ratio and the threshold of Image Intensity to determine the true tumor volume.

  • This study proposes an experimental formula for cumulative runoff analysis in building roof for on-site rainwater management. We can not find an appropriate method for roof runoff analysis because of its small area scale. A new runoff equation formula for rainfall depth(D) and cumulative runoff volume(V) is developed on roof runoff conditions. Reliability of the formula is verified with field experimental runoff monitoring for two years in two buildings of rainwater management system. This experimental runoff formula can root the cumulative runoff volume from roof area and rainfall depth, then develop reasonable inflow condition for rainwater retention tank design.

  • This study has tries to define the structure of cubical substitute lot development and develope the logical tool for GIS(Geographic Information System). The research has found such important variables as the gap of land price, FARIfloor area ratio), LBR(land burden ratio) and etc. Among those variables, current land price and increasing rate of the price could not be controled by the developer and governments. LBR and FAR, however, could be negotiated and regulated by those shareholders. The result could define the control variables in cubical substitute lot which should be included in the future system for the development tool. The outcome could give the objective ground for local governments, landlords, and engineering companies which involve the cubical subsititute lot.

Correlation between the Factors of Soil Physical Property in Upland Soil (밭작물 토양물리성 지표관련 인자의 상관분석)

  • The investigations were conducted to improve the physical properties by analyzing physico-chemical properties on the different soil families of textures at 20 upland fields located in the parts of Gyengsangbuk-do area. Soil physico-chemical properties were analyzed for bulk density, hardness, porosity, moisture, pH, EC and organic mater by soil depth on the different soil families of textures. Bulk density distributions were higher than 1.2 Mg $m^{-3}$ in the optimum range. Hardness distributions were lower than 20 mm in the optimum range. Therefore, the physical properties of upland soil was deteriorated. Correlation coefficient of bulk density with hardness and organic mater were higher significantly, that was positive and negative, respectively. The soil hardness had the greatest distribution degree to the crop yield and bulk density and organic matter followed. Conclusively, To improve the physical properties of upland soil was more effective to fertilizing organic matter than other ways.

  • Lung volume reduction surgery(LVRS) has recently been advocated as an alternative or a bridge to lung transplantation for patients with evere dibbling emphysema. This procedure is a palliative treatment performed to alleviate the dyspnea of patients with emphysema and improve performance in the activities of daily living. The rationale of lung volume reduction for generalized emphysema is that the removing of the diseased and functionless lung may improve the function of remaining, less diseased lung. The factors critical to the success of LVRS are careful patient selection, accurate localization of target areas, meticulous anesthetic and operative technique, and intensive postoperative support. We have experienced a case of severe emphysema in a 59-year-old male patient. After selection process and pulmonary rehabilitation, the patient was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic LVRS and the post-operative course was uneventful.

  • Inorganic and inorganic/organic microcapsules were prepared by spray drying. $K_{4}SO$ and clay were used as the core and colloidal silica as the shell for the inoroganic microcapsules. Forthe inorganic/organic microcapsules were used the inorganic microcapsule which were mentioned above (core) and ethyl cellulose (shell). To characterize the prepared microcapsule for the practical use, the homogenity of surface and pore volume are the dominent factors. At the volume ratio of 0.3/0.7 of core/shell, the spherical and homogeneous surfaces of inorganic microcapsule could be synthesized. In the case of inorganic/organic microcapsules, the weitht ratio was 0.76/0.24. The pore volume of inorganic/organic microcapsules decreases more than that of inorganic microcapsule. The more the amount of shell (ethyl cellulose) in inorganic/organic microcapsules increases, the more the coating became homogeneous and the pore volume decreased.
