고객만족의 핵심 성공요인 도출에 관한 연구;말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업 사례를 중심으로;

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영학 분야에서 끊임없이 화두로 제시되고 있는 고객만족에 대한 핵심 성공요인을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 수행하여 고객만족을 위한 5개의 요인을 도출하였으며, 도출된 각각이 요인과 관계가 깊은 국내 기업을 선정하여 설문을 통해 도출된 요인과 고객만족과의 상관관계에 대해 검토하였다. 분석방법은 가설 검증에 앞서 측정 변수들에 대한 신뢰성 분석(Regression Analysis)을 수행하였고, 가설 검증을 위해 상관 분석(Correlation Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 고객 중심 사고와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 가진다. 두 번째, 고객 및 시장 세분화와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 세 번째, 종업원의 만족과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 네 번째, 고객 접점 강화와 고객만족은 매우 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 다섯 번째, 고객 불만 해결과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 본 연구의 이론적 공헌 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상의 심사기준에 근거하여 고객만족에 대한 연구를 국내 최초로 수행하여, 고객만족을 '경영품질'이라는 전체적 구조 속에서 바라볼 수 있는 기틀을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 도출된 공통점과 관련이 깊은 국내 기업의 사례 연구 및 설문 조사를 진행함으로써, 국내 기업으로 하여금 현재 자사의 고객만족을 위한 전략의 수준을 확인하고, 개선의 기회를 발견하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 계기를 마련하는 등 고객만족의 향상을 위한 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. 세 번째, 고객만족 전략을 수립하는데 있어 과학적이고, 체계적이며, 기업의 전체적인 구조와 조화를 이룰 수 있는 전략을 수립하는데 어려움을 겪었던 기업들에게 본 연구는 유용한 정보의 제공 및 활용을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 공급망의 전략수립과 설계단계에서는 공급망 전체에 어떠한 기능들이 필요한지를 도출하고, 각 기능들의 효과를 분석할 필요가 있으며, 이런 분석 방법으로 전략적 기회요인 분석(SOA)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 공급망에서 필요한 기능들을 균형성과지표(BSC)를 이용하여 도출하고, 재고 감소, 매출 신장, 운영비용 감소 등으로 도출된 핵심 성공 요인을 정량적인 성능지표로 나누어서 그 값을 산출하여 효과 분석을 수행한다. 기업의 향후 5년간의 추정 손익계산서 등을 입력 받아 기대효과를 자동으로 산출하고, 그 결과를 웹상에서 수치화된 결과로 보고받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 분석을 통하여 공급망 관리에서의 필수 요소 기능을 도출함으로써 공급망의 전략수립과 설계에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Continuous Use of AI Speaker Using SNA (SNA를 이용한 AI 스피커 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 연구: 아마존 에코 리뷰 중심으로)

  • As the AI speaker business has risen significantly in recent years, the potential for numerous uses of AI speakers has gotten a lot of attention. Consumers have created an environment in which they can express and share their experiences with products through various channels, resulting in a large number of reviews that leave consumers with a variety of candid opinions about their experiences, which can be said to be very useful in analyzing consumers' thoughts. Using this review data, this study aimed to examine the factors driving the continued use of AI speakers. Above all, it was determined whether the seven characteristics associated with the intention to adopt AI identified in prior studies appear in consumer reviews. Based on customer review data on Amazon.com, text mining and social network analysis were utilized to examine Amazon eco-products. CONCOR analysis was used to classify words with similar connectivity locations, and Connection centrality analysis was used to classify the factors influencing the continuous use of AI speakers, focusing on the connectivity between words derived by classifying review data into positive and negative reviews. Consumers regarded personality and closeness as the most essential characteristics impacting the continued usage of AI speakers as a result of the favorable review survey. These two parameters had a strong correlation with other variables, and connectedness, in addition to the components established from prior studies, was a significant factor. Furthermore, additional negative review research revealed that recognition failures and compatibility are important problems that deter consumers from utilizing AI speakers. This study will give specific solutions for consumers to continue to utilize Amazon eco products based on the findings of the research.

Development of a Measurement Tool for Radiation Safety Regulations (방사선안전규제 측정도구 개발)

  • The aim of the study was to develop an objective measurement tool, which could measure radiation safety regulations as an advanced research to draw evidentiary conclusions for the rationalization of radiation safety regulations as organizations continuously increase consumption of radiation material. The survey was based on the contents of Vol 1~21 of US NRC NUREG 1556 (Consolidated Guidance About Materials Licenses) and material from the Nuclear Safety Act which was based on radiation safety managers who are responsible for about 10% of the domestic registered organizations for radiation usage. As a result of the analysis, 3 main causes were extracted based on 20 questions. Each causes were named as Cause 1: 'Radioactive Safety Regulations Requirements', Cause 2: 'Compatibility of Actual Safety Regulation', and Cause 3: 'RI/RG radiation Source Classification' respectively. The dispersal explanations of each causes were explained in total of 60.417% by 40.140% of Cause 1, 13.721% of Cause 2, and Cause 3 for 6.556% If radiation safety regulation standards are drawn using the radiation safety regulation measurement tool, which is suggested in this study, this could be not only comply with international standards but also could be used to propose a practical standard to domestic radiation safety managers.

Predicting Project Performance by Analyzing Key Success Factors on Project Fiancing(PF) Development (건설 프로젝트 파이낸스(PF) 사업의 성공영향요인(KSF) 분석을 통한 사업성과 예측 모델)

  • Project Financing (PF) development project is the type which influences national economy and building industry largely because it is exerted by using borrowed money from many kinds of investors and huge amount of financial raising. Many domestic PF projects are focused mainly on the profit maximization lacking in a sufficient feasibility study. Nowadays many projects are suspending due to the global finance debacle and stagnation of real estate industry. Therefore, in this paper, risk factors of PF project are deducted and Key Success Factors (KSFs) are derived through Factor-Analysis and qualified using Fuzzy-AHP method. And through the evaluation of the derived success factors in real projects, a strong correlationship has been identified between the score of each PF success factor and the level of success and/or expected rate of return (ROR). So, the result of this paper can help decision makers of the PF projects make a better decision and give a meaningful guidance in achieving successful PF projects.

  • The competition between ship management companies is fierce as a result of global trend towards increased specialization. In order for ship management companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to understand the local and global factors and the changing circumstances that impact shipping markets and trade patterns. To better understand these factors, a study and analysis of drawing priority of the competitiveness-evaluation factors of ship management companies was conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a method dealing with dicision-making problem. As a consequence of this analysis, it was determined that human resources, both shipboard and land management, were a primary factor in ship management company's competitiveness. Thus, the acquisition and retention of capable staff was a key aspect of assuring a ship management company's competitiveness.

  • Competitive international business environment has forced many firms to focus on supply chain management to cope with highly increasing competition. Hence the supplier selection is the most important decision of a company. Because it has a direct effect on cost reduction and quality, profitability and flexibility improvement of a company, so the right supplier selection significantly affect on the organization's efficiency and effectiveness and competitiveness. The primary research objects of this study is to evaluate an importance of supplier selection factors as an index and to present the evaluation model for supplier selection. For this purpose, this study adopts the AHP method to calculate the importance of supplier selection factors. In this study, 16 factors which affect on the supplier selection decision making are classified into three factors-product supply related factor, product related factor, management ability related factor.

재래시장과 대형마트 고객의 점포 선택요인 비교분석

  • 이 연구는 재래시장과 대형마트 고객들이 점포를 선택하는 요인을 비교분석하고, 고객만족을 결정하는 요인을 규명하여 재래시장 활성화에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 목적을 두었다. 기존 연구를 검토하여 점포선택요인과 고객만족 결정요인들을 도출하여 이를 재래시장과 대형마트 이용 고객에게 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 재래시장 이용고객은 가격저렴성이, 대형마트 고객은 상품다양성이 가장 중요한 선택요인으로 도출되었다. 재래시장의 고객만족의 결정요인을 분석하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 쇼핑편리성, 상품, 접근편리성, 판매원 그리고 서비스가 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 마쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 논의하고, 연구의 한계와 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

A Framework for Identifying and Analyzing IT Project Risk Factors (IT프로젝트 위험 요인 식별 및 분석 프레임워크 연구)

  • Analyzing and finding the risk factors in information technology (IT) projects have been discussed because risk management is an important issue in IT project management. This study obtained the risk factor checklists with priorities, analyzed the causal relationship of risk factors, and determined their influences on IT project management. However, only few studies systematically classified IT project risk factors in terms of risk exposure. These studies considered both the probability of occurrence and the degree of risk simultaneously. The present study determined 53 IT project risk factors on the basis of literature and expert group discussions. Additionally, this study presented clustering analysis based on the data of 140 project managers. The IT project risk factor classification framework was divided into four areas (HIHF, HILF, LIHF, and LILF). The present results can be used to help IT project managers establish effective risk management strategies and reduce IT project failures. This study also provides academic implication because it considers both the probability of occurrence and the degree of influence of risk factors.

A Study on the Verification of Sales Price Factors in Residential Building Development by Using Correlation Analysis (상관분석을 통한 공동주택 개발사업의 분양가 산정 요인 도출연구)

  • Estimating the sales price of a residential building development project is difficult because of it has many complex variables such as location, environment, and economic conditions. Many previous studies related to influence factors of the sales price is to identify by survey of experts and it is few studies by comparing with actual sales price. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors influenced on the projects by using correlation analysis from collected actual data in this study. For the purpose, first, the factors such as economy, location, housing, financial environmental factors were identified from previous studies. Second, data were collected on actual sale prices and selected factors. Finally, the actual sales price and factors were compared and analyzed by using correlation analysis. As a result, the R2 values of economy, location, housing and financial environmental factors were over 0.5 respectively. Therefore, it was confirmed that these factors were significantly correlated with actual sales price. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic data for research and development of a new sale prices prediction model.
