Comparative Assessment of Usability of Web-storming System between Administrator and Designer Groups in Space Design Process (공간디자인 프로세스에서 관리자·실무자 그룹의 웹스토밍 시스템 활용성 비교평가)

  • Considering the online idea generation, or web-storming, system would be used differently by space designers depending on their job characteristics, the present study tested the usability of web-storming using a factor correlation table with a designer group in the field. Then, for analyses, the results were compared with the previous findings on the usability of web-storming in a design administrator group to suggest comprehensive measures applicable to web-storming. The questionnaire results were analysed following a process of observation-interpretation-application, and the space design process and web-storming function factors were also analysed based on a factor correlation table. The analyses found that the most correlated space design process in both administrator and designer groups was the schematic design phase, and that the correlation started to lower upon division of labour. The assessment phase was found significantly different between the designer group and the administrator group. The assessment phase showed the second highest correlation in the designer group. In terms of the aspects related to project operation, the correlation was found higher in the designer group. Based on the findings, new applicable measures to each phase of web-storming were derived and summed up to suggest how to take advantage of web-storming in the field.

  • Dowel-bar in the jointed concrete pavement has been designed and constructed by Foreign standard and experience in Korea. Timoshenko solution was evaluated for dowel bar design. However, various assumptions, Timoshenko solution evaluated only single dowel bar. Therefore, This study object is evaluated the guide line dowel size and arrangement that using the 3Dimensional Finite Element Method. Dowel bar behavior, Timoshenko solution and 3D FEM estimated used result. Dowel allowable stress and Friberg bearing stress estimated using result. The effects of Dowel Group Action were analyzed using Timoshenko range and Friberg range and 3D FEM.

A Study on Elements of CM Firms' Competitive Strategy (경쟁전략요소에 대한 CM기업의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • As the level of competition has increased in the construction management market, it becomes a critical issue for CM firms to secure competitive edges. The objective of the study is to investigate elements of competitive strategy as perceived by CM firms and to discuss key features and implications. Michael Porter's Competitive Strategy Model was used as a framework to analyse the elements under three strategy categories. A major finding includes that Differentiation Strategy is generally perceived most important strategy category but, depending on the group to which a CM firm belongs, there exist a gap in the perception. However, regardless of the group, Cost Leadership is commonly considered least important strategy category. In particular, lowest-bidding strategy element showed the least importance. Understanding CM firms' perceptions on elements of competitive strategy provides an insight into CM firms' current strategy directions and can be useful for future tuning in a firms' own strategy.

  • Group-based learning is known to be an effective means to improve scholastic achievement in online learning. Therefore, there are some previous researches for the group-based learning. A lot of previous researches define factors for grouping from the characteristics of classes, teacher's decision and students' preferences and then generate a group based on the defined factors. However, many algorithms proposed by previous researches depend on a specific class and is not a general approach since there exist several differences in terms of the need of courses, learners, and teachers. Moreover it is hard to find a automatic system for group generation. This paper proposes a grouping system which automatically generate a learner group according to characteristics of various classes. the proposed system automatically generates a learner group by using basic information for a class or additional factors inputted from a user. The proposed system defines a set of rules for learner grouping which enables automatic selection of a learner grouping algorithm tailored to the characteristics of a given class. This rule based approach allows the proposed system to accommodate various learner grouping algorithms for a later use. Also we show the usability of our system by serviceability evaluation.

  • 인터넷에 대한 대중들의 관심과 참여가 폭발적으로 늘어나면서 웹 싸이트는 단순한 통신과 정보전달의 차원을 넘어서 문화적이고 사회적인 영향력을 행사하는 새로운 매체로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 웹 싸이트의 방문자들은 단순히 그 곳에 들어있는 정보만을 보는 것이 아니라 그 홈페이지가 속한 기업 혹은 집단의 이미지- 기업의 문화가 사상, 성향, 역량을 보게되기 때문이다. 웹 싸이트는 또 하나의 홍보매체로서 자리를 잡아가고 있으며, 각 기업들은 앞을 다투어 이를 이용한 정보 및 이미지의 전달에 적극 참여하고 있다. 그룹 계열사들의 홈페이지는 각 사의 특징을 나타낼 수 있도록 독립적이고 자유로우면서도 단일 회사의 그것과는 달리 그룹 전체적으로 일관성을 유지하여야 한다. 즉, 기업이미지 구축 시 적용되는 CI의 개념의 홈페이지 제작 시에도 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 그룹 내의 그룹내의 계열사들이 자율적으로 홈페이지를 구축할 때 하나의 표준이 될 수 있는 디자인 지침을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 홈페이지를 이루는 구성요소들과 그 요소들을 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 고려사항들을 고찰해보고, CI의 적용대상이 될 수 있는 항목들을 추출하여 이를 사례연구를 통해 적용시켜보고자 하였다.

An development of framework and a supporting tool for organizing Grouped Folksonomy (그룹화된 폭소노미 구축을 위한 프레임워크와 지원도구의 개발)

  • A folksonomy is a new classification approach for organizing information by users to freely attach one or more tags to various resources published on the web. Recently, in order to provide useful services and organize the folksonomy data, many collaborative tagging systems based on folksonomy offer additional functionalities for grouping each elements of a folksonomy. In this paper, organization framework for grouped folksonomy is proposed. That is, we suggest the grouped folksonomy model that is an extended folksonomy with the concept of "group" and fundamental operations(Group Aggregation, Group Composition, Group Intersection, Group Difference) for grouping of folksonomy elements. Also, we developed a supporting tool(GFO) that constructs grouped folksonomy and executes fundamental operations. And we introduce some cases using the fundamental operations for grouping of each elements of folksonomy. Based on suggested our approach, we can construct grouped folksonomy and organize and extract useful information from the folksonomy data by grouping each elements of a folksonomy.

  • This paper proposes a basic framework of tight management of the group membership for Internet Multicast applications. At first, this paper describes and summary requirements for group management in multicast applications. So, tile framework model is designed to support the requirements. In the framework model, the CM (Croup Manage.) plays a main .ole. The CM has the four functionality: group creation, group announce, group query, group enroll, and group notification. Consequently, the proposed framework should support the new protocol for group management.

  • In this paper, It presents the method the player will be able to confront when the NPC approach to the player, the NPC which have the property which is similar form grouping. The property of the NPC follows in quality of Game and it decides with separate way. To attribute of the NPC it is composed of conduct pattern, an attack pattern and the weapon pattern back. It considers a priority on the group wild middle which is formed and it judges the attack yes or no of the player. The method that proposed will play an important role in development of a 3D FPS games.

  • 순수자바기술을 이용한 응용서비스가 정보통신망의 발달과 함께 빠른 속도로 증대되고 있다. 이러한 자바응용 서비스는 네트워크 분할(partition) 및 서버의 실패(crash)와 같은 전산망의 결함에도 불구하고 안정적이고 지속적인 서비스를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 요구사항은 서비스를 제공하는 분산된 서버들을 논리적인 하나의 그룹으로 동작하도록 하는 프로세서 그룹을 이용함으로써 해결될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트웍 분할로 인해 프로세서 그룹이 두 개이상의 구성요소(component)로 나뉘어 지더라도 지속적인 고가용성(high availability)의 지원을 위해 응용서비스의 특성에 따라 기존의 처리결과에 영향을 받아 다음 서비스를 처리해야 한다. history-sensitive 그룹과 기존의 처리결과에 영향을 받지 않는 history-sensitive 그룹의 개념을 도입하여 기존의 프로세서 그룹을 확장한 신뢰성 있는 프로세서를 그룹 서비스에 대해서 살펴본다.

철도 재난안전을 위한 LTE 기반 그룹통화 기능 구현

  • 본고에서는 철도 재난안전에 활용될 수 있는 그룹통화 기능을 Long Term Evolution (LTE) 기반으로 실현하기 위한 기반 기술을 알아본다. 최근 철도 및 공공안전 분야에서 특정 그룹 내 의사소통을 위한 그룹통화로 상용의 LTE 시스템을 활용하는 것이 적극적으로 검토되고 있다. 이런 서비스 흐름 속에서 LTE 시스템이 기술적으로 그룹통화의 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있는지에 대한 검토가 최근 이루어지고 있으며, 그룹통화를 수월하게 제공할 수 있도록 해주는 기반 요소기술에 대한 연구 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본고에서는 LTE 시스템에서 그룹통화를 지원하기 위한 기존 기술을 알아보고, 최근 표준 및 연구 분야에서 진행되고 있는 그룹통화 관련 기술 동향에 대해 구체적으로 알아본다.
