A five-year-old, castrated male, Pung-san dog was referred to Konkuk University Veterinary Teaching Hospital with trauma and persistent hemorrhage in the inguinal region. The dog had a history of being wounded by a wild boar at 5 days prior to presentation. Rupture of the membranous urethra and urethrocutaneous fistula were demonstrated by the retrograde positive contrast urethrography. A urinary catheter was placed to identify the urethra and urethrocutaneous fistula. The necrotic tissues and damaged tissues by urine leakage around urethrocutaneous fistula were debrided. An urethral anastomosis over an indwelling catheter was performed. The dog maintained normal urination without other complications including dysuria and hematouria at the follow-up evaluation after 1 month postoperatively. A retrograde urethrogram repeated at 2 months after surgery showed no urethral stricture.

ADR의 움직임은 대체로 세계시장 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인, 환율 요인, 세계산업 요인, 미국산업 요인, 미국시장 요인 순으로 설명되는 반면, 글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 경우에는 세계시장 또는 세계산업 요인, 환율 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인 순으로 설명력이 높다. 한편, 원주와 ADR간에 수익률과 변동성은 모두 상호관련성이 높고, 원주 수익률을 설명하는 요인과 동일 외국기업의 ADR을 설명하는 요인은 대체로 일치한다.

A 2-year-old, castrated male domestic short-haired cat was presented with dysuria. The physical and radiographic examinations were revealed the urethral stricture and rectourethral fistula after perineal urethrostomy (PU). A prepubic urethrostomy was performed to resolve these problems. After the treatment, the cat had normal urination and complete wound healing without any complications. This is the first case report on co-occurrence of the urethral stricture and rectourethral fistula after PU in the cat.

신사복 정장은 일상의 관습으로 착용되는 가장 중요한 항목으로서, 사무직, 관리 직, 전문직 등의 정신노동자들에 게 폭넓게 수용되는 매우 중요한 의복항목이 다. 따라서 소비자의 감성에 부합되는 신사복 개발을 위해 신사복 디자인에 대한 감성연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신사복 상의 디자인 개발을 위해서 소비자의 감성에 적합한 신사복 상의를 적절하게 표현해 줄 수 있는 감성 어휘를 추출하고 그 인자를 분석하였다. 요인분석 결과,7개 의 요인과 67개 의 감성 어휘 가 채택되었다. 선택된 감성어휘는 인자별로 대별하여 7개의 요인으로 묶어서 대표적인 요인명을 붙인 결과, 요인 1은 품위성 요인. 요인 2는 매력성 요인. 요인 3은 실용성 요인, 요인 4는 체형성 요인. 요인 5는 외관성 요인. 요인 6은 남성미 요인. 요인 7은 활동성 요인이라고 하였다.

Purpose : We aimed to compare the frequency of positive repeat urine cultures 48 hours after antimicrobial treatment between anatomically normal and abnormal urinary tract Infection (UTI) groups to determine the potential clinical usefulness of the tests. Methods : We reviewed medical records of 930 patients under age 14, who had been admitted for UTI at Gyeongsang National University Hospital from January 1, 1998 to August 1, 2008. The eligible patients were divided into two groups the anatomically normal UTI group and the anatomically abnormal UTI group. Statistical analyses were performed with variables consisting of the sex ratio, age distribution and the frequency of positive repeat urine cultures of each group. Results : The sex ratio of the anatomically normal UTI group was M:F=1.9:1, whereas that of the anatomically abnormal UTI group was M:F=3.5:1 (P=0.019). For age distribution, it was found that the mean age of the anatomically normal UTI group was $0.82{\pm}1.83$ years, whereas that of the anatomically abnormal UTI group was $1.18{\pm}2.57$ years (P=0.113). The frequency of positive repeat urine cultures in the anatomically normal UTI group was 3/279 (1.1%), whereas that of the anatomically abnormal UTI group was 1/90 (1.1%) (P=0.675). Conclusion : We conclude that performing a repeat urine culture is not justified in terms of clinical usefulness, and it is unreasonable to use the results as an index of therapeutic success. A follow-up urine culture is unnecessary in patients with both the anatomically normal and abnormal UTI group.

A 4.65 kg 13-month-old male Pekingese dog was referred to veterinary teaching hospital of Konkuk University for evaluation of dysuria. On physical examination, severe distention of urinary bladder was found in abdominal palpation. Urinary catheter could not be guided into urinary bladder. On serum biochemistry, blood urea nitrogen (35.6 mg/dl) and creatinine (1.9 mg/dl) were increased. Obstruction part of proximal membranous urethra was founded on urethrogram. The length (13 mm) of obstruction part was callipered by cystourethrogram and urethrogram on operation. Surgical resection of obstruction part of urethra was performed without pubic osteotomy, and anastomosis was performed with 5-0 polyglycolic acid. Omentum was placed around the urethral anastomosis. On first day after surgery, appetite was good. On day 5, complete blood count and serum biochemistry showed normal range but mild urinary incontinence was showed after removing catheter. On day 7, urinalysis showed normal condition. On day 14, no leakage of surgical site was observed in excretory urogram. On day 21, no more urinary incontinence and good micturition were found. On 1 year later, the patient showed healthy condition without recurrence.

We report our experience with a case of urethrolysis using a transvaginal suprameatal approach without lateral perforation of the urethropelvic ligament. A 43-year-old woman suffered from voiding difficulties such as hesitancy, frequency, urgency, decreased urinary flow, residual urine sensation after Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz operation concurrent with hysterectomy. The results of multidisciplinary work-ups of urethral obstruction such as history, vaginal examination, voiding cystourethrography, urodynamic study, showed that she had urethral obstruction due to a previous operation. Since clean intermittent catheterization and alpha-blocker therapy did not improve her symptoms, suprameatal transvaginal urethrolysis was performed to resolve the symptoms. Postoperative follow-up for 5 months showed that the patient remained free from voiding difficulty in their life. We believe that suprameatal transvaginal urethrolysis is worth attempting for urethral obstruction associated with anti-incontinence surgery.

An 11-year-old, intact female Shihtzu showing anuria was diagnosed as a urethral leiomyoma. The tumor occupied and obstructed the urethral lumen. In this report, the urethral tumor and secondary obstruction could be diagnosed via ultrasonography and contrast study such as excretory urography and voiding urethrography. Ultrasonography revealed a hypoechoic, demarcated urethral mass in proximal urethra. Contrast study confirmed the urethral obstruction and ruled out the expansion of the tumor into the urinary bladder. The clinical signs of the dog were completely resolved after removing the urethral mass and urethral anastomosis. Leiomyoma is a benign smooth muscle tumor, and rarely reported in lower urinary tract.

There are three types of urinalysis: physical test, chemical test, and microscopic test. Among these, the chemical urinalysis is an easily accessible method of the general public to compare the chemical reaction of urinalysis strip with a standard colorimetric table by sight or purchase the portable urinalysis machine separately. Currently, with the popularization of smartphone, research on the urinalysis service using smartphone is increasing. The urinalysis screening application is one of the urinalysis services using a smartphone. However, the RGB values of the urinalysis pad taken by the urinalysis screening application have large deviations due to the effect of lighting. Deviation of RGB value debases the accuracy of urinalysis discrimination. Therefore, in this paper, the accuracy of urinaylsis pad image discrimination is improved through CNN after classifying urinalysis strips taken by the urinalysis screening application based on smartphone by urinalysis pad items. Urinalysis strip was taken from various backgrounds to generate CNN image, and urinalysis discrimination was analyzed using the ResNet-50 CNN model.

The purpose of this research is to find factors that affect high school science teachers' class compositions. In this research, we developed the class composing factor analysis framework and we observed teachers' class to figure out the class composing factors. The results from this research were as follows: First, the class composing factor was classified with 'positive motive factor' and 'negative motive factor'. It is the positive motive factor that teachers' voluntary motives operate to teacher for class compositions. It is the negative motive factor that outer demands operate to teacher for class compositions. Second, both positive and negative motive factors were shown in all the steps, which included preparing a class, progressing a class, and after a class. Also, according to the circumstances, each factor changed. Minimizing and overcoming negative motive factors will lead to positive interaction between the teacher and students. It will also increase a teachers' achievements in class and maximize the effectiveness of class. Therefore, it is expected that this will be a great help for teachers to enhance their teaching professionalism.
