본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템을 개발하기 위하여 사용자 요구사항을 조사 및 분석하였고 분석 결과, 요구사항정의서와 시스템규격서를 도출하였다. 먼저, 위성영상 상황판 연계·표출시스템의 요구사항 조사를 위해 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 설문(수요) 조사를 수행하였다. 상황실 실무자별 요구사항을 취합한 설문 결과와 연구 1차년에 수행했던 상황실 근무자 인터뷰 결과, RFP, 연구단 내부협의 결과를 검토하여 정보제공 측면 및 위성영상 활용 측면의 사용자 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 기반으로 시스템 요구사항을 정의한 결과, 시스템 기능은 54개의 기능과 9개의 비기능으로 분류되었다. 또한, 시스템 구성요소별 요구기능을 세부적으로 구분하여 요구사항정의서를 작성하였다. 시스템 요구기능 분류는 사용자기능/관리자기능/사용자서비스/사용자인터페이스/시스템기능/시스템서비스 등으로 상세 구분하였다. 마지막으로, 연구단 협의를 통해 요구사항정의서를 기반의 시스템규격서를 작성하였다. 시스템규격서는 일반규격, 각 시스템별 성능규격, 인터페이스규격, 기능규격으로 구분하여 세부 정의하였다. 본 연구내용은 지속적인 연구 개발을 통해 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 설계 자료로 활용될 계획이며, 향후 위성영상을 활용한 재난안전 상황관리 대비/대응 체계 마련에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

This study aims to develop the model of needs analysis for lifelong education program in order to verify social needs as well as personal needs. The overall process of this study is as follows. Firstly, a questionaire based on six mode classification of lifelong education program was invented in order to apply to program development. Secondly, a questionaire was designed to evaluate personal needs and social needs simultaneously. Thirdly, t-test, needs analysis of Borich model, and the Locus for Focus model were conducted with a view to analyze the difference between personal needs and social needs. As a result, there showed the categories of education which are high in both personal and social needs, whereas a category like certification program is higher in social needs rather than in personal needs. The results represent the necessities of promoting programs which are high in social needs even if there is no personal needs. Therefore the needs survey and the needs analysis need to be conducted to find out not only personal needs but also social needs.

본 연구는 직무자원과 직무요구, LMX가 노인복지관의 사회복지사들의 소진에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 50개 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월-2월 약 두달간 이루어졌고, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 직무자원과 직무요구는 소진에 영향을 나타내어, 직무자원이 많을수록 사회복지사들의 소진이 감소되며, 직무요구가 높을수록 사회복지사들의 소진도 높다고 할 수 있다. 또한 LMX는 직무자원, 직무요구와 소진과의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 소진을 감소하기 위하여 조직관리와 인적자원관리에 대한 함의를 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop competency model in preparation for training programs for CEO of vocational training institutes in terms of needs assessment. This study collected data from 230 public and designated vocational training institutes including commercial learning facilities and life-long training centers using questionnaire by web mail. The frame of assessing training needs of competency applied to this study was based on the model with three components, namely importance, proficiency and learning desires of job skill and task needed to CEO of vocational training institutes. The methodologies of this study used were survey, FGI and case study. The major results proved that the higher priorities of training needs for vocational training institute CEO competency were as followings: (1) Competency for attaining talent of training teachers (2) Needs assessing competency for labor market change and trainee (3) Problem solving competency (4) Leadership skills and so on.

국민경제가 성장하고 여가시간이 늘어남에 따라 도심지내 수변공간은 도시의 시민들이 일상적으로 이용하는 공간으로 개발이 증가되고 있다. 또한 봉하 내성천의 은어축제등과 같이 지역의 축제 등이 진행되는 공간으로 이용되고 있다. 이러한 친수적 목적의 수변공간의 이용은 갈수록 증가되고 있으며 이용하는 시민들의 요구도 다양화되고 있다, 현재의 수변공간은 대부분 운동, 산책 등을 할 수 있는 공간으로 활용되고 있으나, 다양한 요구에 맞추어 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 활용되고 있는 수변공간을 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 이용자들의 현황, 만족도, 요구사항 등을 설문조사하였다. 유형별로는 도심지내 하천공간인 대구의 신천과 서울의 청계천 그리고 주변의 상권과 연계되어 활용되는 대구의 수성못, 축제공간으로 활용되는 봉화의 내성천에 대해 설문조사한 것을 분석하였다. 설문조사내용으로는 이동거리, 이용시간, 연령대, 선호시설, 요구사항 등에 대해 조사하였다. 이러한 수변공간 이용자들을 대상으로 조사한 내용은 향후 시민들의 이용을 증대시킬수 있는 방향으로의 수변공간 조성에 지표로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

4 세대 모바일폰은 카메라, MP3, 블루투스, DMB, 전자수첩, PC, 웹브라우징의 복합 기능을 가진 제품으로 진화하고 있으며, 이를 위한 사용자의 요구와 경험디자인의 요소를 탐색하고 분석하는 것이 요구된다. 하지만 기존의 사용자 요구의 조사와 경험디자인은 많은 비용과 시간을 투입하고도 기존 요구의 재확인에 머물거나, 제한적이고 예측 가능한 결과만을 도출하는 문제점을 가지고 있어 창의적 디자인 아이디어 도출에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이는 사용자의 선정과 분석의 방법이 마케팅 중심의 통계적 방법에 기초하고 있으며, 사용자의 선정에 분석의 결과가 좌우되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 창의적 경험디자인의 방법으로서 1% 이미지 추출의 작업과 국내외 커뮤니티 사이트를 중심으로 한 디지털 포켓리서치의 방법을 활용하였나 2차 사용자 조사는 '1% UX 리서치'로 명명한 극단적 사용자 분석의 방법을 개발하고 적용하였으며, 주요 디자인 요구와 암시점은 K-J 매트릭스를 통하여 체계화하였다. 디지털포켓리서치와 1% 사용자의 리서치의 방법론은 근 미래의 사용자 예측과 풍부한 경험디자인의 아이디어를 발상할 수 있다는 측면에서 기존의 방법론 보다 비용과 시간 측면에서 효율적으로 활용할 수 있었다.

This study was performed in order to derive components that users with disabilities demand first when using library services by analyzing the actual usages and demands of handicapped users according to different types of disabilities. The results of the study are as follows: First, the actual situation of library disabled users was analyzed according to types of disabilities. Second, the importance and satisfaction level of disability types were investigated for the main components of the library disability service. Third, major components of library services were analyzed using Borich's Needs Assessment Model for the disabled and ways of activating library services by types were suggested. Fourth, we analyzed the differences according to different purposes of use by the disabled within Borich's Model for the main items of library services. We also proposed a plan to meet the purpose of library use by each type. Fifth, we analyzed the differences by type of users in Borich's Model for the major items of library services and thus suggested solutions to improve library services by types of disabilities.

The study examined citizens' information needs, perception and expectations of their public library services in Daejeon. The study analyzed citizens' demands and satisfaction(or dissatisfaction) of library services and facilities to develop comprehensive library plans and detailed strategies to satisfy the diverse users' needs (including non-users' needs) in the middle of rapidly changing socio-technological environments. To achieve the goal, the study collected the data by using both quota sampling and online and offline survey methods, and analyzed the 1,383 data through the statistical processes. The study found out the significant results and features, and suggested the implication and main points to apply the results to developing comprehensive library plans and strategies.

최근 들어 시스템이나 부품에 대한 고객의 요구조건이 다양해지고 제품책임과 품질보증 등의 사회적 요구가 점차 엄격해지고 있다. 이에 기업에서는 위험을 줄이고 제품의 합리적인 정보를 얻기 위해 제품 관련 보증데이터 수집 시스템을 구축하고 분석과 예측을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 데이터 수집체계 구축에 많은 시간이 소요되고 데이터 유형에 따른 분석 방법에 익숙하지 못하여 데이터를 수집하고 분석하는 대에 어려움이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보증데이터의 분석방법에 대한 연구 동향과 적용 현황을 조사하고, 보증데이터를 통한 효과적 분석방법과 활용방안을 모색 하고자 한다.

This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.
