Researchers have suggested successful risk management as a key factor in successful IT outsourcing projects implementation. The documented investigations, however, have mainly addressed risk management only from a single perspective of either clients or IT vendors. This study explored the potential perception inconsistency regarding the risks between the client and the vendor for IT outsourcing projects by using a quasi-Delphi approach. The analysis results indicated some inconsistencies in the risks perceived by the two parties: (1) the clients regarded (a) lack of vendor commitment to the project and (b) poor vendor selection criteria and process as top critical risks but the vendors didn't; and (2) on the other hand, the vendors perceived (a) unclear requirements and (b) lack of experience and expertise with project activities as significant risks but the clients didn't. Insights into how the client and the vendor perceive risks may help both parties determine how to partner and manage project risks collaboratively to succeed in outsourcing.

As software becomes more complicated and large-scaled, user's demands become more varied and his expectation levels about software products are raised. Therefore it is very important that a software engineer analyzes user's requirements precisely and applies it effectively in the development step. This paper presents a requirements analysis system that reduces and revises errors of requirements specifications analysis effectively. As this system measures the similarity among requirements documents and sentences, it assists users in analyzing the dependency among requirements specifications and finding the traceability, redundancy, inconsistency and incompleteness among requirements sentences. It also extracts sentences that contain ambiguous words. Indexing method for the similarity measurement combines sliding window model and dependency structure model. This method can complement each model's weeknesses. This paper verifies the efficiency of similarity measure techniques through experiments and presents a proccess of the requirements specifications analysis using the embodied system.

One of the most difficult problems in user requirement engineering is the communication gap that exists between different end-users, stakeholders, and software engineers. Since scenarios allow different stakeholders to describe and review the problem in their own language instead of some abstract model, they are also a solution to the problem. We propose a progressive, iterative and interleaved process of using scenario at different requirement engineering stages including elicitation, analysis and validation. This process model has been applied to our TRES System. In our proposed system, we combine prototype, scenarios and use cases in a single and comprehensive framework to avoid most of the shortcomings in other tools. Our system is an XML-based system for scenario-driven requirement engineering. Within the TRES system, scenarios are stories capture information about users and their tasks, including the context of use. In our TRES system, scenarios are stored in XML-based database and described using XML notation.

본 논문은 UWV 서비스의 다양한 시나리오들을 소개하고 UWV서비스의 제공측 구성과 소비측 재생에 따라 개시되는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 파일 전송의 형태를 검토한다. UWV 서비스의 전송 개시에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 서비스 구성요소(멀티미디어 콘텐츠 파일)가 전송될 때 수신측에서의 엄밀한 동기화가 수행되지 못하면 전체 장면의 일부를 표시하는 View간의 일치가 이루어지지 않으며 이로 인해 사용자의 경험 측면에서 임장감이 낮아지거나 또는 불일치의 정도가 심한 경우 전체 장면을 이해하는데 어려움이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 전송 방식인 TS와 최근 MPEG에서 완료된 MMT를 사용해 UWV 서비스를 구성하는 콘텐츠의 전송시, 소비측에서의 동기화된 View 콘텐츠 재생을 달성하기 위한 전송 방법을 알아본다. 또한 시스템 구성을 통해 실제 전송시 요구사항의 달성여부와 함께 추가로 고려해야 할 사항들을 알아본다.

As system become larger and more complex, it is important to correctly analyze and specify user's requirements. Use case modeling is widely used in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design(OOAD) and Component-Based Development(CBD). It is useful to mitigate the complexity of the requirements analysis. However, use cases are difficult to be structured, to explicitly represent non-functional requirements, and to analyze what is affected by changes of use cases. To alleviate these problems, we propose scenario-based goal-oriented approach for use case modeling. The approach is to apply goal-oriented analysis method to use case model. Since goal-oriented analysis method is not systematic and heuristics is considerably involved, we adopted scenarios as the basis for the goal extraction. The proposed method is applied to City Bus Information Subsystem(CBIS) in Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) domain. The proposed approach helps software engineer to analyze what is affected by use case's changes and represent non-functional requirements.

효율적인 인터페이스 정의 및 관리를 위하여 개발된 MDMS (Message Definition and Management System) 는 인터페이스 요구사항명세서(IRS: Interface Requirement Specification)과 인터페이스 설계기술서 (IDD: Interface Design Description), 인터페이스 구현 및 통합의 단계로 이루어진 인터페이스 개발 과정을 통합 관리할 수 있도록 해준다. 이러한 통합관리는 인터페이스 개발에 따른 IRS, IDD, 구현코드에 걸친 일관성 유지를 쉽게 해주며, 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 가장 문제가 많이 발생하는 단계라고 할 수 있는 소프트웨어 통합에 있어서 인터페이스 불일치로 인한 문제의 대부분을 제거해 준다. MDMS 기반의 인터페이스 관리는 한번의 인터페이스 정의로 IRS, IDD, 송수신 코드까지 생성함으로써 인터페이스 정의 및 개발의 단계를 한단계로 축소하여 각 단계 사이의 불일치 발생이 미연에 방지되며, 일관성 유지 노력이 필요없다. 삼성탈레스에서는 2008 년 이후 10 여개의 함정전투체계 프로젝트의 소프트웨어 개발에 MDMS 를 적용하여 소프트웨어 개발 생산성의 향상을 이루었다. 특히 인터페이스 정의, 설계, 문서 작성, 코드 구현, 형상관리가 통합은 소프트웨어 인터페이스 개발과정에서의 불필요한 중복 작업을 최소화하고, 그에 따른 문서와 코드간의 불일치를 근본적으로 제거할 수 있었다. 또한, 소프트웨어 개발 관리 측면에서도 인터페이스의 복잡도를 평가하여, 향후 유사 시스템의 소프트웨어 아키텍처 구성에 활용할 수 있다.

Generally, a software development process is composed with requirements analysis, design, coding, test and maintenance. However, some changes of the design step are difficult to complicate the next step in the development process. It always causes the disagreement between design and implementation step. In this paper, we have developed a tool which can generate an application program. The tool can reduce the disagreement between system design and implementation and recognize the business logic to develop the software rapidly and flexibly In addition, we proposed a non-program-based application program system approach was proposed, In. We can generate and modify an application program with this method which can edit the meta data of a system design by the dynamic method for the execution time.

Generally, the phases of constructing information systems are consisted of systems planning and selection, system analysis, system design, and system implementation and operation. These systems require many efforts and costs for additional development of modification requirements due to a frequent changes of business environments and business processes. Especially, inconsistencies between system design and system implementation usually happen during development steps because of the difficulties of program developments due to difficulties of capturing exact user requirements and frequent changes of user requirements. This paper proposes a scheme of implementing meta-data based applications for enterprises in order to reduce inconsistencies between system design and system implementation and to overcome limits of the existing coding-based development methods of applications which must use until disuse if they are developed once. Also, this paper presents a framework of repository system to systematically manage and utilize meta-data. The core concept of the proposed scheme makes outputs generated in the phases of system analysis and design into meta-data and is to easily develop and customize application programs using meta-data repository. Also, to show the applicability of the proposed scheme, it is applied to implement ERP system of 'H' automotive part manufacturer. As a result, the proposed scheme can gain improvements such as easiness and productivity of program development, easiness of maintenance, reusability of program components, etc.

In the actual system development site, the various specifications are drawn up into each phase, namely analysis, design, development and implementation, beginning with the analysis of user requirements and data involved. The part of the specifications are continuously drawn up by using automated tool, but all specification are not automatically drawn up. Therefore, many inconsistent items occur between the specifications. In this paper, we propose the method which detects the error which is included in the specifications, and we are going to design and implement a specification error detection system based on this.

최근 기업의 각 업무가 정보화 되면서 부문별, 업무별 정보시스템의 데이터 간에 심각한 중복성과 불일치성의 문제가 대두되면서 데이터 품질관리에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구는 실제로 데이터 표준 관리와 데이터 요구사항 관리를 통매 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 개선한 사례를 제시함으로써 데이터 품질 향상을 위해 노력하는 타 기업들에게 도움을 주고자 하였다. 또한, 개선된 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스에 대한 다차원적인 평가로서 데이터 품질, 생산성, 고객만족도, 조직 및 문화의 측면에서 정성 적이고 정량적인 지표를 통한 개선효과를 살펴보고 평가함으로써 제안된 프로세스에 의해 품질수준이 향상되었음을 검증하였고 평가 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하였다.
