세계적으로 온라인 평판 분석 서비스의 개발 및 SNS 이슈 분석과 영향도 평가 등의 서비스 이용추세가 증가하고 있다. 현재 SNS나 소셜미디어등 온라인을 통해 고객들의 서비스에 대한 정성적인 평가 및 요구사항이 실시간으로 표현되고 있으며, 서비스에 대한 부정적인 여론이 확산되기 전에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 기업들에게 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시스템 개발을 위해서 선행되어야 할 기술개발 요건으로 B2C 산업의 특성에 기반한 다양한 분석 주제를 설정하고, 이에 맞는 다양한 동일 산업군에 대한 시스템 적용을 위한 분류 표준화가 필수이다. 본 연구에서는 이를 수행하기 위해서 대표 산업군을 선정하여 기존 업무 분류 체계를 기반으로 한 온라인상의 고객 피드백 분류 및 표준화 수립에 대한 방법을 제안한다.

ISP (Information Strategy Planning), which is the first step of the whole database development has been studied to manage effectively information and data related to the decommissioning activities of the Korea Research Reactor 1＆2(KRR-1＆2). In order to establish the scope of the decommissioning DB, user requirement and the importance of the decommissioning information were analyzed and set up the conceptual design of the decommissioning DB and established the classification system related to decommissioning activities. It has been extracted the principle information such as working information facilities information, radioactive waste treatment information and radiological surveying and analysis during the interviewing with an experts. And also, It has been made the code system. These results will be used as the basic data to design the prototyping for the decommissioning DB.

홈 게이트웨이가 가져야 하는 기능에 대한 요구사항을 분석하고 통신사업자의 관점에서, QoS 기능과 IP 주소변환 기능을 중심으로 세부적인 스위칭 칩의 기능과 성능을 규정하였다. QoS 기능, 패킷 필터링 기능, 그리고 IPv6 주소체계 도입 등과 같이 급변하는 네트워크의 요구사항을 유연하게 수용하여, 칩의 기능과 성능을 수정하거나 추가할 수 있도록 패킷프로세서 기반으로 스위칭 칩을 설계하였으며, 홈 게이트웨이의 구성을 단순화하기 위해 스위칭 칩의 패킷 메모리와 룩업 메모리를 칩 내부에 내장하였다. 그리고 칩의 설계를 검증하기 위해 FPGA를 이용하여 6포트 스위칭 칩으로 구현하여 기능 및 성능시험을 수행하였다. NAT, Flow에 따른 패킷 분류 및 패킷 변경, SPQ, DWRR과 같은 스케줄링 등의 시험을 통하여 설계한 칩의 기능과 성능을 확인하였다.

The persons who realize e-Business should have capabilities of understanding in both Information Technology and business processes. It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business Human Resources in Korea, In this paper. we define and categorize HR for e-Business. Using this, we present policies for a development of e-Business human resources. after conducting intensive field survey, Also we develop a program for e-Business education. In order to develop that, we research previous studies on skills and knowledge requirements of human resources and e-Business education program.

오늘날 기업에서의 IT 는 급격한 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 다양한 비즈니스 모델의 출현으로 인해 점점 더 복잡해지고 있고, 비즈니스의 IT 의존도 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업의 정보시스템을 운영하는 IT 운영조직은 사용자에게 IT 서비스의 품질향상과 비즈니스의 연속성을 보장할 수 있는 지원체계를 필요로 하고 있다. 1990년대 후반에 들어서 ITIL 을 기반으로 한 ITSM 개념이 국내에 도입 되면서 기존의 콜센터와 헬프데스크를 통한 IT 서비스지원 방식을 서비스데스크로 통합하게 되었고, 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 모든 비즈니스 조직의 IT 와 관련된 요구사항을 관리하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템은 IT 서비스 제공자 관점에서 구축되었고 운영방향 또한 어플리케이션, 서버, 네트워크 등 기술적인 구성요소의 성능 향상에만 초점을 두었기 때문에 현업 사용자들이 만족 할 수 있는 실질적인 수준의 서비스 개선은 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객관점에서의 요구사항 분석을 통해, 운영조직의 IT 서비스 요청에 대한 처리활동을 단순처리와 일반처리로 분류하고 이를 자동화 시스템에 반영 하였고, 실제 A 사(社)의 IT 운영조직에 적용하여, 비효율적인 저부가가치 활동과 고부가 가치의 활동이 시스템을 통해 분류가 가능함을 보였다. 아울러 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 관리지표를 발굴하고 자동화 시스템의 서비스요청관리 프로세스에 적용하여 IT 서비스를 제공받는 회사의 관리조직과 경영층이 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리하고 측정할 수 있는 IT 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 개선모델을 제시 하였다.

최근 몇 년 사이에 인터넷(Internet) 공간상에서 거래되는 선박매매 사이트의 출현으로 인하여 사이버해운거래 시장이 형성되고 있다. 인터넷은 다양한 정보제공자에 의해 광범위한 분야의 정보를 멀티미디어 형태로 전달한다는 점에서 매우 각광을 받고 있지만 이용자의 증가로 무수한 정보들이 걸러지지 못한 채로 Web상에 존재하게 되었다 따라서, 이러한 정보들을 체계적으로 정리하고, 이용자들의 구미에 맞게 가공된 정보의 필요성이 대두되게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 이용자가 원하는 것을 스스로 인지하고 판단하여 요구사항을 해결해주는 '지능적 대리인' 또는 '지능을 가진 도우미'라고 일컫는 지능형 에이전트(Intelligent Agent)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 지능형 에이전트는 그 다양한 기능으로 인하여 인터넷에서 매우 중요한 요소로 자리잡게 되었다. 우리나라를 비롯해서 선진 해운국에서는 선박매매사이트를 개설하여 사이버 공간상에서 거래를 수행하고 있지만, 사이트별 등록된 선박의 수가 많지 않을 뿐 아니라 거래대상 선박의 표현 방식도 사이트별 국가별로 매우 달라, 선박 매매 시 충분한 매매대상 선박정보를 획득하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구는 선박매매 시 고객에게 매매 선박정보를 제공해주는 선박매매용 에이전트 설계를 목표로 하고 있다. Bargainfinder, Bargainboat, Shopboat, Price watch 등 쇼핑몰을 대상으로 하는 비교쇼핑에이전트는 상용화되어 운영되고 있지만 선박매매용 에이전트에 관한 연구는 시도되지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 선박매매용 에이전트를 개발하기 위한 설계연구로서 다음 사항에 대한 연구가 시도되었다. (a) 구매 선박에 대한 요구사항 표현 방법 (b) 관련 선박의 표현, 등록 및 색인방법 (c) 공급 선박의 분류와 표현 방법 (d) 에이전트의 정보 수집을 위한 메시지 표현 방법 (e) 수집된 선박정보의 데이터베이스 저장 표현방법 (f) 요구 선박을 찾아주는 정보제공 서비스가 요구된다.

본 고에서는 일반적인 USN의 구조를 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 USN을 구성하기 위한 네트워크 요소들을 정의한다. 다양한 응용 서비스에 사용되는 센서 노드의 하드웨어적인 특성을 분석하여 센서 노드를 체계적으로 분류한다. 이를 바탕으로 통신 프로토콜을 설계 시 필요한 다양한 요구사항을 정리한다. 또한 현재 진행되고 있는 USN과 관련된 표준화 활동을 정리하고 표준화 이외에 활발하게 연구되고 있는 USN 통신 프로토콜 및 요소 기술들의 연구현황을 소개한다. 이러한 연구 내용들을 바탕으로 향후 USN과 관련된 연구 방향 및 발전 방향에 대해 논의한다.

Records at closed private universities are simply kept in stacks without the use of records classification systems. However, the systematic management of such records is needed as these are important records that have legal and evidential value during the litigation process. Therefore, this study intends to develop a classification system for recordkeeping at closed private universities aiming to eliminate unnecessary follow-up procedures that may occur because of the absence of a records classification system, and to develop practical tools for managing records at closed universities. To this end, Seonam University, among the 13 transfer records kept by the Korea Advancing Schools Foundation, was selected as the example for this study. The peculiarities of the closing processes and the catalogs of the transfer records were reviewed, and a business function analysis was conducted. Based on the Guidelines for Prescribing Retention Period of University Records by the National Archives and the Ministry of Education, a records classification system for the closed private universities was proposed for the Records Disposition Schedule to handle the uniqueness of closed universities.

A construction temporary work is main process and importance trade section. It has many works and facilities such as temporary transfer equipments which tower crane, and lift, and architectural temporary facilities which temporary office, temporary warehouse, and site test laboratory, and construction temporary equipments which scaffoldings, work plates, construction supports, and forms to set and to use in under construction and to remove in the end. A technology system of construction temporary has very low availability of field works and needs improvements in Korea as construction site has a quick response about new requirements. This study is organized existing technology systems and new technologies for field works, and developed breakdown structure of construction temporary technologies to be a basic of temporary technologies as review with site managers. For this, it will improve to be a knowledge and information system as a research of a performance and an availability about a construction temporary technology index.

제안요청서(RFP)는 발주기관이 프로젝트를 담당할 업체를 최종적으로 선정하기 위해 자사프로젝트에 관한 요구사항을 체계적으로 정리한 문서로 성공적인 프로젝트 수행의 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 2008년부터 2013년까지 국방 프로젝트 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 프로젝트 국제 표준규격인 ISO21500 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, 전체평균 및 사업분류별 지식영역을 비교분석하였고, 셋째, 사업분류별, 발주기관별, 비용별 평균의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구결과로 통합, 품질 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 RFP에 상세히 기술되었으며, 사업분류는 SW개발사업일수록, 발주기관은 사업관리 전문기관일수록, 비용은 높을수록 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 요소가 RFP에 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 국방 프로젝트의 RFP 작성 시 명확성을 제고하여 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.
