본 연구는 차세대원자로 기술개발의 일환으로 수행되고 있는 차세대원자로 안전규제기술개발 사업의 추진현황을 요건체계 구축 및 주요 구성요소 관점에서 논의하였다. 설정된 차세대원자로 안전규제요건 체계중 안전목표/원칙, 일반안전요건 등의 요건항목들이 가지고 있는 안전성 증진과 관련된 특징적인 요소들을 분석하였다.

우리나라, 미국, 일본, 독일 및 프랑스의 5개국과 국제원자력기구인 IAEA의 발전용원자로에 대한 안전규제기술 요건의 구성체계와 현황을 분석하고 이들 상호간의 비교·평가를 수행하였다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로, 향후 우리나라의 안전규제기술요건 개발에 반영하여야 할 주요 고려항목 설정 등 안전규제기술요건 개발방향을 제시하였다.

TIn analysis as the first step of S/W development, security requirements of identification and authentication, ID and password management, authentication process, authentication method, ete. should be defined. Identification is to uniquely identify certain users and applications running on a certain system. Authentication means the function to determine true or false users and applications in some cases. This paper is to suggest the security requirements for identification and authentication in analysis step. Firstly, individual ID should be uniquely identified. The second element is to apply the length limitations, combination and periodic changes of passwords. The third should require the more reinforced authentication methods besides ID and passwords and satisfy the defined security elements on authentication process. In this paper, the security requirements for the step of identification and authentication have been explained through several practical implementation methods.

This paper gives some basic requirements and preferences of various geological environmental conditions for the final deep geological repository of spent nuclear fuel (SNF). This study also indicates how the requirements and preferences are to be considered prior to the selection of sites for a site investigation as well as the final disposal in Korea. The results of the study are based on the knowledge and experience from the IAEA and NEA/OECD as well as the advanced countries in SNF disposal project. This study discusses and suggests preliminary guideline of the disposal requirements including geological, mechanical, thermal, hydrogeological, chemical and transport properties of host rock with long term geological stabilities which influence the functions of a multi-barrier disposal system. To apply and determine whether requirements and preferences for a given parameter are satisfied at different stages during a site selection and suitability assessment of a final disposal site, the quantitative criteria in each area should be formulated with credibility through relevant research and development efforts for the deep geological environment during the site screening and selection processes as well as specific studies such as productions of safety cases and validation studies using a generic underground research laboratory (URL) in Korea.

정보통신 기술의 발달은 도서관에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있으며 도서관의 많은 업무중에서 정보조직 또는 정보처리로 지칭되는 분류 및 목록 업무는 계속해서 변화하고 있다. 그러므로 목록 업무를 담당하는 목록 사서의 역할이 달라지고 목록사서로서 적합한 자격요건도 변하는 것이 마땅하며 그러한 자격을 갖출 수 있도록 목록 교육도 변해야만다. 본 연구는 1996년부터 11999년도 5월까지 American Libraries의 사서직 구인광고에서 목록사서직의 지원자격을 필수적인 요건과 바람직한 요건으로 나누어 내용 분석을 하였다. 또한 가장 중요하게 비중을 두고 있는 요건과 새롭게 강조되고 있는 요건을 목록 교육의 내용 및 방향과 연관하여 제시하였다.

국내 원자력발전소는 1978년 웨스팅하우스 노형의 고리1호기부터 2019년 APR-1400 노형의 신고리3호기 준공까지 많은 기술의 발전을 이룩하였다. 과거와 비교하여 현재의 원자력발전소는 단순히 발전용량만 증가한 것이 아니라, 안전에 대한 요구가 반영되어 발전하였다. 첫째, 미국 TMI 사고, 우크라이나 체르노빌 사고, 일본 후쿠시마 사고를 겪으며 자연재해, 인적실수 등에 관한 강화된 대책이 적용되었다. 둘째 미국 Browns Ferry 원전 정지, Hatch 원전 정지, 이란 핵시설 스턱스넷 공격 등을 겪으며, 사이버위협에 대응하기 위한 사이버보안 규제요건이 원자력발전소에 적용되었다. 그러나 사이버보안 규제요건과 원자력발전소 설계요건이 상충하는 부분이 일부 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소 사이버보안 규제요건과 상충하는 설계요건(Code&Standard)을 분석하여, 사이버 보안관점에서 요구되는 보안 조치사항을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 미국의 사서직 구인광고에 실린 임용자격요건을 분석함으로써 대학도서관 참고사서의 역할과 자격요건을 알아보고 이를 토대로 국내의 참고사서의 역할과 자격요건을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 실무업무가 가장 현실적으로 반영되는 미국의 구인광고분석을 통해 참고사서의 역할과 자격요건을 토대로 국내의 참고사서의 자격요건을 위한 기초 자료를 제시함으로써, 전문적인 참고사서의 양성과 그에 따른 교육과정의 준비, 도서관인력관리, 계속교육에 활용될 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

For a successful construction project, the requirements of the client should be clearly defined and this should be reflected in the project based on the expertise of each project participant throughout the entire life-cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the concept of Requirements Management to systematize and manage project requirements in terms of information management. This study aims to comprehensively define the concept of requirements management in the architecture industry and to provide a methodological basis for efficiently managing design requirements information by suggesting category of requirements information type and information analysis criteria. In addition, based on the case study, the requirements information was analyzed to propose a systemization methods of requirements management for PMO' design management and information management.
