內病外治跟一般的外治有所不同, 通过外治疗法治疗內病. 一般內治的藥物通过胃肠管吸收, 但外治疗法的治疗途徑有各种各樣. 被皮肤吸收之后通过经络传導或者通过鼻腔, 口腔, 眼部, 肺, 器官支, 肛门等各组织器官的粘膜而被吸收. 外治疗法的治疗方法多樣而且适应症广泛禁止事项少负作用可以說微乎其微可以安全使用. 爲了了解像这樣的外治方法利用藥物使用在各种內科病證時的效能跟內服時有多大差异,以本草關聯书籍爲主进行了基础性的工作. 综合上述可知,使用在咳嗽的藥物作用在肺而産生止咳效果,使用在水翷, 淋证, 癃閉的藥物有利水,利尿的功效,使用在腰痛的藥物有祛风寒濕和止痛的功效,使用在痹症和痿证的藥物有祛风寒濕和利關节的效果. 这坚定了使用在外治的藥物效能沒有超出內治時的效能范围. 但是像呃逆一樣,也有与藥效沒有關系利用外治的方法來治病的情况.

Recently there are concerned about External Treatment in Oriental medicine and a lot of study is researched. But it is not enough to apply to clinic and it has difficult subject. ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Chen-Shi-gong(陳實功). It included synthetic External Treatments in those days. So we would like to bring out external treatment methods in it and be easy to use clinic. In addition we want extend territory of treatment methods of oriental medicine. We have researched external treatment of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ according to below three methods. We researched using external treatment methods of each disease and arranged it. In ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$, there are 150 external treatment. And we arranged external treatments by each methods. We classified external treatment methods by 8 class. Conclusion is that, ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ has described 122 external diseases. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 75 disease from the whole disease. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ was more than 150 kinds. And each disease treated by more than on external treatment. External treatment methods of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on.

연축성 발성장애(spasmodic dysphonia)는 아직까지 그 원인을 정확히 밝혀내지 못하고 있는 만성적인 발성장애로 과거에는 경직성 발성장애(spastic dysphonia)로 불리던 질환이다. 연축성 발성장애는 두 종류 즉, 내전형(adductor)과 외전형(abductor)으로 나누어지며 이중 내전형이 대부분이다. 외전형 연축성 발성장애는 발성도중에 성대가 갑자기 불수의적으로 외전되면서 음성이 중단되므로 원활히 대화하기가 힘든 질환이다. 이러한 질환은 국소적 근긴장이상(fecal dystonia)의 일종이다. 현재까지 연축성 발성장애의 치료법으로 사용되고 있는 것으로는 언어치료, botulium 독소주입술, 편측반회후두신경절 단술, 반회후두신경분쇄술, 상후두신경절단술, 갑상연골성형술, implantable stimulator 등이 있다. 연축성 발성장애 환자에 $Botox^{circledR}$ 주입에 관한 보고는 주로 내전형에 대해서만 보고되고 있으며 외전형에 대하여 보고된 예는 매우 적다. External treatments have various curative effects. According to the existing researches, We have read that many external treatments have been related to obstertic and gynecologic diseases. But systemic description is very rare about external treatment of obstertic and gynecologic diseases. Therefore we would like to describe that. We have found out many sentences that have been related to external treatments about complicating childbirth and the puerperium. Comparatively often had been refered diseases are Hard Labor(難産), Dizziness(血暈) and Metroptosis(玉門不斂).

We have found out many sentences that have been related to external treatments about genital organic diseases disease. Comparatively often had been refered diseases are Uterine Prolapse(陰脫), Erosion of Vulva(陰瘡), Puritus Vulvae(陰痒), Mass in Abdomen and Coldness of Genitals(陰冷).

External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. Especially, Zhao-Xue-Min(趙學敏) had thought that there are useful treatments of wander doctors. So, the "Chuan-Ya(串雅)" had been written by Zhao-Xue-min in 1759. The book had included treatments of wander doctors. it had included various external treatments. Therefore we would like to bring out it's external treatments in the part of ophthalmic, otolaryngologic and surgical diseases. We have researched external treatments of "Chuan-Ya", and then we have arrived at following conclusions. "Chuan-Ya" has 56 sentences that have related to external treatments in the part of ophthalmic, otolaryngologic and surgical diseases. And then, the treatments were, for the most of the part, bathing therapy, application therapy.

1) Objective External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present South Korea. And treatments of wander doctors had been disregarded by general doctors and the public. But Zhao-Xue-Min(趙學敏) had thought that there are useful treatments in it. So, the "Chuan-Ya(串雅)" had been written by Zhao-Xue-min in 1759. The book had included treatments of wander doctors. Especially, it had included various external treatments. Therefore we would like to bring out it's external treatments theory 2) Conclusions We have researched external treatments of "Chuan-Ya", and then we have arrived at following conclusions. "Chuan-Ya" has 48 sentences that have related to external treatments in internal medicine. And it had recorded fire conducting method(引火法) to explain process of external teratment principle.

Although there are a number of studies on the treatment planning and the prognosis of dental implants, limited studies provide the information on the implant placement on growing adolescents. The aim of this review is to discuss the use of dental implants in growing patients and the impact of skeletal and dentoalveolar growth on the long-term stability of implants. The general information regarding skeletal growth of maxilla and mandible would be briefly reviewed and the general treatment options would be discussed.

식이 섬유질에는 여러 종류가 있고 그 종류에 따라 short chain fatty acid(SCFA)의 생산 등 생리작용도 크게 다르다. 식이 섬유질 중 수용성은 장내세균의 발효를 받아 butyrate, acetate, propionate 등의 SCFA를 생산한다. 수용성 식이 섬유질을 섭취함으로서 SCFA의 생산을 증가시키고 대장점막증식, 물.전해질 흡수 촉진, 혈류량을 증가시키는 작용 외에 면역조절 작용을 가지고 있다. 식이 섬유는 장관계 질환 중의 하나인 염증성 장질환 특히 궤양성 대장염의 치료법으로서 기대되고 있으며, 암세포 연구에서는 butyrate 가 apoptosis 유도작용과 발암유전자의 억제효과가 확인되고 있으나 역학 연구에서는 식이 섬유질에 의한 대장암 예방효과는 아직 불확실하다. 모든 유형의 식이 섬유질은 건강 식품으로서 사용되고 있으며, prebiotic으로서도 주목받고 있다. 또한 경장 영양제에도 각종의 식이 섬유질이 첨가되어 있다. 그러나 충분한 양의 비타민과 무기질을 함유한 고섬유질식과, 건강 식품으로서의 식이 섬유질을 같은 의미로 해석하기에는 여러 가지 문제가 남아 있다.
