The purpose of this empirical study is to examine and explore the relationships between three variables; shipping companies' service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Special features of this study could be summarized as following. First, this is empirical study based on market research according to the definition of 'customer' as freight forwarders and actual exporter/importer together contrary to previous studies. Second, to evaluate shipping companies' service quality, 5 components of SERVPERF model was used. Third, to test correlations between 3 variables; service quality, customer satisfactions and customer loyalty, statistical analysis was used with tools of SPSSWIN ver 15.0 and AMOS ver 7.0. For effective study, many thesis have been obtained through literature survey. However, major results were compiled from directly structured questionnaire, which were collected from Korean import/ export companies and freight forwarders.

무선인터넷 도입 2년을 맞고 있는 국내 이동통신업계 가입자 수의 폭발적인 증가, 다양한 서비스의 제공, 벤쳐들의 모바일 분야 진출러쉬, 해외진출 등 외형적으로 괄목할 만한 성장을 보이고 있다. 하지만 시장참여자들은 하나같이 소문난 잔치에 먹을 것이 없다는 입장이다. 무엇이 문제인가\ulcorner 가장 큰 이유는 무선인터넷의 외적인 성장에 비해 각 player들이 만족할 만한 수익을 거두지 못한 데서 기인한 것이다. 인기에 영합해 모방지형의 단면적인 현행의 비즈니스 모델로는 지속적인 수익창출에 한계가 있기 때문이다. 일찍이 이러한 상황을 맞이한 일본의 경우, 비즈니스모델의 복합화를 통해 수익기반을 확대하거나 아예 바꾸는 등의 노력으로 이러한 상황을 타개해 나가고 있다. 현행 국내 무선인터넷 업계의 문제점 진단과 수익구조 확대를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

19991년부터 정부의 시설현대화지원 사업이 적극적으로 추진되면서 국내에 보급되고 있는 철골온실은 유리로 피복된 벤로형과 와이드스팬형이 주종을 이루고 있으며, 설치면적은 1995년말 현재 138㏊이고 2004년에는 1,150㏊까지 보급할 계획이다. 국내의 철골온실은 단기간에 양적ㆍ질적으로 급격한 발전을 해 왔지만, 국내의 온실산업을 건전하게 육성하고 선진국수준의 기술개발을 위해서는 정부지원사업의 수행과정에서 발생하고 있는 기술외적인 문제와 함께 한국형 온실모델의 개발을 포함하여 온실전용 국산자재 및 시공기술의 개발과 질적 향상, 건축비의 절감, 환경조절효율의 향상, 소요에너지의 절감, 주년재배를 위한 고온기의 재배환경 유지, 연동수의 제한, 벤로형 온실의 측창설치 및 만족스러운 A/S제공 등 기술개발과 관련된 과제들이 산적해있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 금융규제완화, 금융기관의 민영화, 금융기관간 M&A, 국내 금융시장의 개방 등 대내외적인 문제에 직면하고 있는 우리나라 금융기관들에 대한 서비스 만족도 실증분석을 통해 서비스 경쟁우위 요소를 제시하기 위한 것이다. 시중은행, 지방은행, 증권회사, 투자신탁의 주거래 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분산분석, 다중비교검정(Multiple Comparison Test) 그리고 Radar Chart 분석을 시도하였다. 상품, 이용 편의성, 유통경로, 판매촉진의 4가지 서비스 항목으로 구분하여 금융기관별 차이를 분석한 결과 각 금융기관간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 금융기관별로 상대적인 서비스 경쟁우위 관계를 분석한 결과 시중은행은 유통경로 부문에서 상대적 서비스 경쟁우위가 있는 것으로 나타났고 나머지 상품, 이용 편의성, 판매촉진 부문에서는 경쟁열위를 보였다. 지방은행은 이용 편의성, 유통경로, 판매촉진 등 3개 부문에서 다른 금융기관보다 상대적으로 높은 경쟁우위를 보였으며 상품 부문에서는 다른 금융기관과 비슷한 경쟁력을 나타내었다. 증권회사는 전 부문이 경쟁열위의 수준이었고 그 중에서 유통경로부문이 경쟁력이 가장 떨어진 것으로 나타났다. 투자신탁은 상품, 이용 편의성, 판매촉진 등 3개 부문에서 타 금융2기관에 비해 높은 경쟁우위를 보였으나 유통경로에 대해서는 경쟁열위로 나타났다.

이 논문은 한국어 문서 교정을 위해 부산대학교 인공지능 연구실에서 개발되고 있는 맞춤법 및 문법 검사기와 그 지식베이스 구축에 대해 알아본다. 비대칭 관계(asymmetric relation) 설정과 더불어 개발된 문법 검사기는 한 문장의 임의의 두 요소간의 비대칭 관계를 토대로 (1) 잠재적 지배관계 개념을 설정하고 (2) 부분 문장 분석 방법을 사용한다. 이런 요소들을 효율적으로 운영하는 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 한국어에 대한 이해와 경험적 자료를 적절히 조화시킨 지식베이스 구축이 필수적이다. 이 논문은 그 선수(先手) 작업으로 한국어 문서의 오류들을 관찰하고, 그로부터 추출한 언어적이거나 언어 외적인 요소들로부터 일반적 패턴을 뽑아내어 사용자의 기대를 만족시키기 위한 적절한 규칙지식베이스를 구축하고 문법 검사기의 성능 향상을 위해 문장 분석 출발점과 분석방향 그리고 분석범위를 한정한다.

여러 분야에서 computer의 이용이 활발해짐에 따라 computer에 대한 올 바른 이해와 일반이 널리 이용할 수 있는 편리한 사용법의 연구를 필요로 하여 본 연구소 전자계산실에서는 computer언어의 한글화를 착한하여 Automatic Language Translation과 이를 활용한 한글 program의 일반화를 시도하여 보았 다. computer에 의한 번역은 1950년부터 연구의 대상이 되어 1960년 Harvard 대 학의 Oettinger교수 team에 의한 Russian$\longrightarrow$English 번역을 계기로 현재 각 국에 서 활발히 연구 개발 중인 테-마이다. 특히 개발 도상에 있는 우리나라로써는 이 과제를 해결하여 선진국의 기술정보, 학술 논문, 참고 서적 등을 어학능력에 구애 됨이 없이, 광범위하게 접할 수 있게 된다면 국가적인 발전에 기여할 수 있음은 물론 교육적인 견지에서도 다대한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 언어는 특수한 지 역의 환경과 공동 관심속에서 고래의 뿌리깊은 전통과 관습으로 계승되어온 의사 전달의 매개체로써 특종의 適否에 대한 외적 조건을 만족시켜야 한다는 점이 분 명하여 생성된 문장들이 그 언어를 사용하는 토박이에게 충분히 용납되어야 한다 는 점에서 한 언어를 다른 언어로 번역하는데는 허다한 난점이라는 가정하에 무 한수의 문장을 만들어 낼 수 있다는 가능성을 가진 것으로 일종의 반복 장치를 가지게 되면 무한수의 문장을 생성할 수 있다는 이론을 근거로 한글 program, 한 영 번역 및 영한 번역의 실험 작업 단계에서 그 중간 과정을 소개해 본다.

기관의 성능에 영향을 주는 인자로서는 외적인자(outside factor), 작동인자(operating factor) 및 설계인자(design factor)의 3가지로 나눌 수 있다. 작동인자로서는 기관회전수, 공기연료비, 점화 시기 또는 분사시기 등이면 설계인자로서는 행정체적, 압축비, 흡배기계통의 구조 및 치수, 냉각 방식 등으로 기관에 따라 고유한 값을 가지는 인자이다. 그러나 외적인자인 대기조건 즉 대기 압력, 대기온도 및 대기습도는 계절, 지역 및 기상조건에 따라 달라지므로 이것에 따라 기관이 흡입하는 공기의 압력, 온도 및 습도는 변화하게 된다. 그러므로 대기조건의 변화에 따라서는 기관작동인자인 공기연료비에도 영향을 미치게 할 것이고 또한 연소상태의 변화로 유효압축비 에도 영향을 미치게 할 것이므로 대기상태의 변화는 곧 바로 기관 출력의 변화를 초래하게 될 것이다. 그러므로 같은 운전조건에서의 기관출력도 대기상태의 변화에 따라 변화하게 되므로 임의의 대기 상태에서 측정한 기관출력을 표준대기상태의 기관출력으로 환산해서 평가할 필요가 생긴다. 이것을 일반으로 출력수정(output correction)이라 하고 있으며 각 나라마다 공업규격 또는 기타규격으로 출력정식을 제정하고 있다. 예를 들면 K.S.B 9102, SAE J816B, B.S. 765, DIN 70020, JIS B 8013등이다. 이들 출력수정식들은 많은 문제점을 가지고 있으므로 종래의 출 력수정식으로 출력수정을 하여도 정확하게 맞지 않은 경우가 많다. 출력수정에 관한 문제는 수 10년전부터 많은 연구자에 의하여 연구되고 거론되어 왔으나 과거의 연구자들이 제안하고 거론 되어 왔으나 과거의 연구자들이 제안하고 있는 출력수정식, 또는 규격으로 정하고 있는 출력수 정방법은 어느 것이나 실용상 만족스러운 것이 아직 없다. 그러므로 본 자료는 스파아크 점화 기관의 흡기습도에 관한 출력수정의 문제를 실험적으로 수행한 실험적 출력수정방법에 의한 것과 종래의 출력수정방법에 의한 것과를 비교 검토하였다.

This paper describes external and internal stability of reinforced earth wall using large-scale modular block and geogrid reinforcement. The evaluation for external and internal stability was conducted to analyze effect of wall height, reinforced soil (or backfill soils) and reinforcement strength. The external stability showed that the analysis cases were satisfied with design criteria, when the required minimum length and vertical spacing of reinforcement were 0.7H and 1m, respectively. The internal stability conformed that some cases were satisfied with design criteria in $25^{\circ}$ of internal friction angle of reinforced soil. Expecially, it will be applicable as wall structure considering a structural stability and economic efficiency based on evaluation of internal stability.

This paper was to explore the effect of the locus of control on life satisfaction and preparation for old age among middle-aged adults in the time of Convergence. This survey was conducted from September to December 2013, and 284responses were used for the analysis. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The research findings could be summarized as the followings. First, the locus of control had significantly positive effect on life satisfaction, Second, the locus of control also had significant effect on preparation for old age among middle-aged adults. Third, life satisfaction between preparation for old age had positive correlations with life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between students' motivation for participating in leisure sports, students' physical self-concept and the life satisfaction of university students. A total of 419 students were finally analyzed using the convenience sampling method of non-random sampling method after selecting those university students participating in leisure sports at a university located in J district. The results of analysis using SPSS version 21.0 program are as follows. First, there is a positive (+) correlation between the motives of participation of university students and their physical self-concept and satisfaction with university life. Second, the influence of the motive to participate in sports has a positive (+) effect on sports competence and this is affected by health fitness and social interaction, physical activity is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and conditioning, self-esteem, muscular strength is affected by pleasure, health fitness, condition, and society, flexibility is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and society. Third, the influence of participation motive had a positive (+) effect on school satisfaction is affected by pleasure, health fitness, physical condition, external display, socialization, and fellow satisfaction is effected by pleasure and condition.
