The purpose of this study is to find out key factors of successful urban regeneration based on previous studies and relationships between those factors and revisit intention. To draw a conclusion, this study makes surveys including the variables of success factor(External environment factors, Internal environment factors, Internal cultural factors), degree of satisfaction, and degree of revisit intention. And it collects the data from respondents who had been to Gamcheon culture village in Busan. The data is analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis. The result of these analysis describes that the Internal environment factors and Internal cultural factors affect the satisfaction degree positively and the degree of satisfaction has positive effects on the revisit intention. The study finds out that unique resource properties should be considered when underdeveloped cities are regenerated. Future study is to generalize the theory through the sampling covered the whole country.

This study has examined the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation(EO), dynamic capability(DC) and export performance of international new ventures(INVs). Also, the moderating effect of external environment factors(the hostility at domestic markets and the industrial dynamics) were analysed. Empirical analysis was performed on 101 INVs. It was conducted using the PLS(Partial Least Square). The result of empirical analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between EO, DC and export performance. The result of moderating effect showed that two external environment factors have positive moderating effect on the relationship between EO and DC. However, there was not moderating effect of external environment factors on the relationship between DC and export performance.

회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

기업 내부 및 외부 환경 요인 분석을 통한 올바른 비즈니스 전략 수립은 기업의 최상의 결과 창출로 이어질 수 있다. 때문에 SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) 분석을 통해 기업 내부의 강점요인과 약점요인을 인지하고, 기업 외부의 기회요인과 위협요인을 정확하게 분석하는 과정은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 많은 기업들이 그들의 상대적인 강점요인과 약점요인, 기회요인과 위협요인에 대해 정확하게 판단하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 기업이 환경분석 과정에서 보편적으로 활용하는 분석모델 중 하나인 SWOT 분석을 지원하는 도구를 설계 및 구현한 것으로, 각 분야의 전문가들이 작성한 SWOT 분석 결과를 바탕으로 SWOT 분석 사례 DB를 만들어 사용자가 데이터베이스에 저장되어있는 각각의 환경요소를 조회하여 기업에 적합한 환경요소들을 선택, 수정, 추가하게 함으로써 SWOT 분석 시에 기업들이 고려해야하는 내부 및 외부 환경 요인에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업들이 자신의 내부 역량에 대해 보다 정확하게 인지하고, 외부 환경 변화에 대한 고찰을 도울 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

우리나라의 스포츠 산업 관련 분석은 그동안 영리 차원의 마케팅을 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 하지만 스포츠에 있어 핵심 요소는 경기력과 보급에 있고 이 기반 없이는 스포츠 산업의 확장도 기대할 수 없다. 최근 스포츠는 올림픽과 월드컵 등 메가스포츠 이벤트의 규모와 중요성이 더욱 커졌고, 각 스포츠의 국가별 경쟁도 갈수록 치열해지는 양상이다. 국가단위의 스포츠산업 활성화는 세계화를 통한 이러한 국제단위의 경쟁에서의 우위가 필수적이고 각국의 스포츠협회가 그 역할을 수행해야 한다. 따라서 스포츠산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 그 종목 스포츠협회의 외부 환경 분석이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 스포츠 협회중 가장 큰 조직인 대한축구협회에 대해 산업분석을 시행하여 외부환경에 대응하는 대한축구협회의 역량을 효과적으로 강화시킬 수 있는 경영전략를 제시하고자 한다.

The best business strategy leading to innovation and productivity can be achieved by carefully analyzing internal and external environments of a company. Many companies often require, but difficult to find a tool to determine their own internal/external environmental factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats(SWOT). SWOT is one analytical base model that is utilized in this research to design semi-automated environmental analysis process. This study investigates on SWOT generation system that is built on existing analysis database created by experts in each field. Companies can search and choose their best expressing environmental elements that are stored in the database. This semi-automated SWOT tool is expected to contribute that companies can recognize their internal capabilities more accurately, and help consider external environment changes around them.

열상카메라는 빛이 전혀 없는 야간에도 선명한 영상을 획득할 수 있도록 구성된 장비이다. 이러한 열상카메라는 야간 영상 획득에 있어서 많은 분야에서 사용되고 또한 반드시 사용되어야만 한다. 또한 열상카메라를 구성하기 위하여 사용되는 렌즈의 재질은 온도에 대한 굴절률의 변화가 크고 경도가 낮아 외부 환경에 대한 영향성이 크다. 열상카메라의 성능에 영향을 주는 외부 환경 요소로는 열상카메라가 사용되는 환경에서 발생하는 진동의 요인과 내부 및 외부로부터 받는 온도에 대한 요인이다. (중략)

This study is to look at the relationship of entrepreneurship(innovativeness, risk-taking), the learning competence, environmental factors(the domestic market hostility, the speed of technological change) and export performance in international new ventures(INVs). In addition, the integrated model is constructed for the purpose of analysis of the moderating effects of environmental factors. Through the existing investigation, nine hypotheses are set up. PLS(Partial Least Square) analysis method is used to sample of 115 INVs. Analysis, the two elements of entrepreneurship influenced the positive(+) in the learning competence and export performance. And the relationship of learning competence and export performance is significant. In the moderating effects, only the domestic market hostility has a significant moderating effects between the learning competence and innovativeness. The results of this research shows that innovativeness influence the learning competence playing a positive role in the performance in the domestic market is higher. This point illustrates the practical implications of the importance of innovation in learning empowerment.

This study examines the effect of external environments such as technological change and competitive intensity on standardization. It was empirically tested by a Korean sample to verify the validity of the research framework. The empirical result confirms that external environments increase the odds of marketing standardization and technology standardization. The result also indicates that technology change and global standardization are related. The data support that firms facing a high rate of technology change stress marketing and technology standardization. The result also confirms that competitive intensity directly influences marketing standardization.

The purpose of this study is to identify environmental factors affecting manpower utilization of container terminals. 300 questionnaires were distributed to employees working in terminal operators in Busan and Gwangyang port. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, first, it is proved that technology development, organizational culture and social·external environment have a significant impact on manpower utilization of container terminals. Second, this study found that technology development and social·external environment have a significant impact on manpower utilization of container terminals system. Third, it is found that technology development, social·external environment, safety and security change the composition of the workforce between office and field employees. Forth, the number of workforce is expected to gradually decrease due to technology development. Finally, it is found that technology development, organizational culture, social·external environment and terminal operation have a impact on specialization and training system of human resoures.
