  • It is very important to reduce the construction duration of the Reactor Containment Building (RCB) when considering the more than 50 months on average from concrete placement to completion. The purpose of this study attempts to evaluate the single-stage workability of the system given a change in the height of the setting of RCB exterior wall formwork to be used in nuclear power plant construction. As a result of this study, it is possible height of 3.5m~4m uses formwork when analyzing the construction period and material costs an increase in formwork by concrete lateral pressure, to ensure the workability of the RCB exterior wall formwork. Through this study, I want to provide as basic data for the improvement of workability and RCB shortening the construction period.

  • 박막 태양전지(Thin Film Solar Cells)는 기존의 결정질 실리콘 태양전지와는 달리 유리 등 저가의 기반을 활용하고 표면에 박막으로 실리콘 등 재료를 증축시킨 2세대 태양전지이다. 그동안 변환효율이 실리큰형보다 낮아 건물 외벽이나 기둥 등 일부 용도에만 사용이 국한되었다. 그러나 최근 들어 제조과정에 에너지가 적게 소모되어 짧은 기간 내에 투자비용을 회수할 수 있고, 소재비용도 대폭 줄일 수 있는 등 뛰어난 경제성으로 인해 태양전지 업체들이 투자를 늘리고 신규업체가 진입하는 등 박막 태양전지가 유망 태양전지 아이템으로 부상하고 있다.

  • This paper describes the experimental thermal performance results of four experimental model buildings insulated differently. For the purpose of examining the thermal characteristics of external walls and indoor thermal conditions, four experimental model buildings are constructed as externally insulated, internally insulated, non-insulated &light-weight curtain wall types with different K-values and heat capacities, respectively.
    Through the measurements of temperatures at various points and solar insolation, the effects of insulation and heat capacities are evaluated, and the evaluated effects of each experimental model buildings are compared. Hence, the characteristics of temperature profiles, time-lag effects and decrement factors are discovered.

  • This paper is related to remote meter-reading using magnetic sensor. Scan system which is developed recently has week point of temperature, humidity, dust, oscillation To solve these problems, this study used magnetic action to measure the consumption of gas. Gas consumption was detected by interaction of a permanent magnet and hall element. Permanent magnet was pasted on rolling change-gear in normal gas meter and hall sensor was pasted on the external wall of normal gas meter. This experiment proved high accuracy and wasn't influenced by temperature, humidity, oscillation and dust

A Study on the Performance of the Boiling and Condensation Heat Transfer of Vertical Closed Two-Phase Thermosyphons with Low Integral-Fins (관 외벽에 낮은 핀을 가진 수직 열사이폰의 비등 및 응축열전달 성능에 관한 연구)

  • An Experimental study on the boiling and condensation heat transfer performance of thermosyphons with low intergral-fins was performed to investigate its heat transfer characteristics. A plain thermo syphon having the same inner and outer diameter as the finned thermosyphons was also tested for comparison. Water and CFC-30 was used as working fluids. The experimental results have been assessed and compared with same existing theories. Good agreement with the theories of Imura and Nusselt was obtained. The vertical closed-type thermosyphons with low integral-fins gave significant increases in the overall heat transfer coefficient compared to plain thermosyphon. In addition, the overall heat transfer coefficients and the operating characteristics was obtained as a function vof operating temperature for the practical applications. Also, the closed two-phase thermosyphons with low integral-fins would be highly recommended to achieve some inexpensive and compact heat exchangers in the range of low temperatures.

  • 압력기반의 유한체적법과 k-$\varepsilon$난류모델을 이용하여 신생아 보육기 내의 삼차원 정상난류유동해석과 대류현상에 의한 열전달을 해석하였다. 보육기 내의 주된 공기유동은 입구에서 유입된 공기가 보육기 위쪽을 지나 출구로 이동하며 각진 구석에서 작은 와류들이 관찰되었다. 보육기의 입구부를 제외한 대부분에서의 유속은 0.1m/s 이하로 나타났으며, 신생아의 다리부분에서의 속도가 머리부분보다 다소 크게 관찰되었다. 입구쪽의 온도가 출구쪽의 온도보다 1~2$^{\circ}C$ 높게 나타났으며 속도 크기가 큰 다리부분에서의 온도가 머리 또는 목부분보다 다소 낮았다. 보육기 내의 온도변화는 약3~4$^{\circ}C$로 다소 크게 나타났는데 이는 입구에서 유입된 공기가 상벽과 직각으로 만나며, 보육기 외벽의 각진 구석부분에 의한 영향으로 생각된다. 따라서 입구속도를 적절히 줄이거나 유선형의 유동을 갖도록 설계하여 열손실을 최소화한다면 보다 효율적인 보육기가 될 것으로 생각된다.

  • 대면적 OLED 기판의 유기물 증착에 사용되는 리니어소스의 온도분포를 전산해석을 통하여 구하였다. 해석결과 기존의 히터구조로는 분말의 온도가 승화에 필요한 온도에 도달하였을 때 노즐의 온도가 너무 낮아 노즐 표면에 유기물이 응축할 수 있는 위험이 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 히터의 위치를 하우징 내벽에서 크루시블의 외벽으로 변경하는 것을 제안하여 노즐의 온도가 적정온도에 이르도록 하였다.

  • It is difficult to estimate for deterioration of exterior wall by infrared thermography, because of amount of infrared-ray radiation effected by environmental factors such as temperature properties of materials, the outside air and the amount of solar radiation. Therefore we measured the distribution of temperature by times in the same reinforced-concrete structure in order to reduce problems, occasioned by environmental factors, then we analyzed physical influence factors of the infrared thermography. It is the aim of this study to suggest basic data with regard to method of estimation-system for deterioration of exterior wall in reinforced-concrete structures.

  • 폐 결절과 폐 종양은 전 세계 사망의 주요 원인인 폐암의 초기 증상일 수 있기 때문에 임상적으로 중요하다. 그래서 많은 학자들은 이를 검출하기 위해 컴퓨터를 통한 이미지 분석을 시도하였고, 그러기 위한 첫걸음으로 폐 윤곽선을 추출했다. 본 논문에서는 파티클 필터를 이용한 폐 윤곽선을 추출함으로써, 폐 외벽에 붙어있는 폐 결절 및 폐 종양도 분리할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

  • Research has begun to change the waterproofing design of domestic underground structure parts from the current negative-side waterproof design to the positive-side waterproof design. For this, active review from the design stage to prevent the ingress of external ground water into the waterproofing measures of the underground of apartment buildings is needed. Therefore, in this study, proper waterproofing method for the major leaks identified in the previous studies and a waterproofing method for the waterproof design of the underground floor and the outer wall is proposed. It is hoped that a follow-up study, such as a review of field applicability, for the proposed methods will provide an alternative to secure leakage stability in waterproof design.
