YouTube, a video platform used by millions of people worldwide, provides a rapidly growing video service. This study aims to understand the characteristics and cultural differences of each country using the Kaggle dataset, one of the public datasets, and to show the usefulness of the public dataset. For this purpose, we analyze data from 11 countries, 15 categories, and about 1.1 million trending videos. This study adopts Python to obtain the number of videos by category for data analysis, the selection period of videos rapidly increasing in popularity, and the ratio of unique videos. In the future, based on machine learning, we plan to research to help diagnose individual videos and establish channel operation plans and strategies by predicting the selection possibility and selection period based on machine learning.

본 논문은 교육 서비스의 안정적인 품질을 제공하고 개방된 외부 인터페이스를 통해 외부 LMS 등과도 연동이 손쉽게 되며 영상자료공유 연동을 통해 동영상에 대한 공유가 가능한 실시간 화상 외국어 교육 플랫폼에 관한 것으로 타 교육 솔루션보다 확장성, 안정성, 기능성 면에서 차별화 되는 특징을 가지며 사업 현실에 적용이 유리한 이점을 제공한다. 또한 3rd 파티 어플리케이션의 이식도 가능하여 새로운 번들형 서비스를 손쉽게 만들어 낼 수 있고 그 개발비용을 최소화 하여 유사 솔루션에 대한 가격 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the educational needs for employment competency of college students in management. For this purpose, a survey about importance and retention level of employment competency was administered to 215 students at A college in Chungcheong between December 2 and 6, 2019. The difference between importance and retention level was analyzed through the corresponding sample t-test, and the educational needs was confirmed through the IPA technique. The results of Study were as follows: 'major knowledge capabilities' was found to be in the high priority of educational needs in all students.; male showed high-priority needs for 'information search, foreign language utilization' and female showed high-priority needs for 'information search, setting employment goals'; 'information search' was ranked as priority educational needs in all grades, it was necessary to add 'information search', 'foreign language utilization', 'fill out the necessary documents for job search' for 1 grade and 'Self-understanding', 'foreign language utilization' for 4 grade. The findings of this study may produce data useful for designing the employment support program for college students in management.

1970년이래 외국어학습 및 교수법에 있어서 어휘에 관련된 문제들에 많은 관심과 그 중요성이 인식되고있다. 특히 Fleischer/Buz (1992)등에 의한 당해 영역의 연구물 뿐 아니라, 전문서적 및 어학 자료(교재)등에서도 이러한 중요성이 강조되어 왔음을 알 수 있다. Fleischer등은 조어규칙의 개념과 조어모델을 규정하는 근거들로 생산성 Produktivitat, 용인성 Akzeptabilitat, 조어참여성 Aktivitat등 중요한 매개요인으로 간주하고 있으며 $G\"{o}tze/ Hess-Luttich$ (1999)등의 학자들은 어휘체계에서 두 개 이상의 구성성분들이 결합하여 당해 시대의 시대정신이나 시대상에 부합되는 신조 어휘들을 생성하며, 또한 그 사회의 정보화와 기술화에 이바지하며, 이를 통해서 전문어의 생산력을 한층 높혀 주는 통로로 작용함을 주장한바 있다. 본고에서는 조어론의 이러한 기본원리나 개념들에 입각하여 독일어 수업에서 목표어의 습득에 관여적인 역할을 수행하는 조어모델, 즉 합성어와 파생어를 형용사와 명사의 층위에서 구체적으로 분석하고 기술했다. 예컨데, 합성어에 있어서 접두사와 접미사, 조어의 유형 가운데 축약어, 그리고 외래어 기저와 고유어 접미사 및 접두사, 고유어기저와 외래어접미사(접두사) 뿐만 아니라, 의미론적 관점에서 본 합성어의 형태, 합성 연결소의 형태와 기호의 사용, 명사적 파생어에서 고유어접미사(접두사), 축약조어와 축약어 단어형성, 형용사조어의 특성, 명시적파생 가운데 고유어(외래어) 접미사(접두사) 등이 어휘생성과 어휘신장의 관점에서 교수법의 적용가능성이 논의되었다. 결론부에서는 외국어를 습득하고자하는 학습자에게 일방적이고 획일적인 암기식 위주의 어휘학습방법에서 벗어나, 목표어가 요구하는 새로운 어휘를 획득하는데 비교적 용이하며 또한 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있도록 인지론에 기대어 텍스트, 문장, 어휘영역 등이 투입되어 적용되었으며, 이에 상응되게 구체적인 몇몇 방안들이 제시되었다. 학습자들이 텍스트를 읽고 중심내용을 찾아내며, 단락을 구획하고 또한 체계를 파악하는데 있어서 어휘연습은 외국어 교수법 측면에서도 매우 관여적이며 시의적절한 과제라 생각된다.

Self-theories regarding general intelligence and English ability were measured from two countries (Korea and Pakistan) and their relationships with self-reported overall academic achievement and English language achievement were examined. No significant mean differences between the two countries were found regarding college students' self-theories. There were significant mean differences in overall academic achievement and English achievement between the two countries. Both the overall academic achievement and English achievement were significantly correlated with various self-theories while taking both samples together. Achievement measures were predicted by self-theories of general intelligence and English language ability. The current study highlighted the relationship between self-theories about general intelligence and English language ability and their relationship with self-reported achievement in two cultural contexts. This research also introduced new instruments to measure self-theories that can be used in studying self-theories in different domains.

This paper studies optimal discretionary monetary policy in the presence of uncertainty in the housing sector. In particular, we allow two possible regimes regarding the evolution of housing price inflation and the effects of housing price inflation on the aggregate demand. Estimation results with the US data confirm the presence of two distinctive regimes, one 'normal' and the other more akin to the housing price 'bubble' state. The optimal policy is 'asymmetric' in that the optimal responses in the 'normal' regime require the central bank to lean against the wind to inflationary pressure from CPI and housing inflation, while the central bank is recommended to accommodate it in the other regime.

외래어란 외국어로부터 들어와 한국어에 동화되고 한국어로서 사용되는 언어이다. 나날이 우리의 언어사용 문화에서 외래어의 사용 비율은 높아져가는 추세로, 전문분야에서는 특히 두드러진다. 그러므로 더 효율적이고 효과적인 자연언어처리를 위해서 문서 내 외래어 인식은 중요한 전처리 과정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 bidirectional LSTM(이하 bi-LSTM)-CRF 모형의 심층학습을 이용한 음절태깅 기반의 외래어 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템의 외래어 인식 학습 과정은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습용 말뭉치 자료의 한글 음절들과 공백, 마침표(.)를 토대로 word2vec을 통해 학습용 피쳐(feature) 자료를 생성한다. 둘째, 학습용 말뭉치 자료와 학습용 피쳐 자료를 결합하여 bi-LSTM 모형 학습 자료를 구축한다. 셋째, bi-LSTM 모형을 거쳐 학습된 결과물을 CRF 모형에서 로그 가능도(log likelyhood)와 비터비(Viterbi) 알고리즘을 통해 학습 결과물을 내놓는다. 넷째, 학습용 말뭉치 자료의 정답과 비교한 뒤 모형 내부의 수치들을 조정한다. 다섯째, 학습을 마칠 때까지 반복한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템을 이용하여 자체적인 뉴스 수집 자료에 대해서 높은 정확도와 재현율을 기록하였다.

This is a descriptive study to identify the importance and satisfaction on nursing core competencey(NCC) for the clinical practical centered nursing education curriculum revision. The subjects were 136 staff nurses and nurse managers at A and B hospitals in K city. The data were collected from December 1 to 15, 2012. It were analyzed using the SAS program through t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test. There was a significant differences in the score of the importance and satisfaction on NCC within nurses(t=12.64, p<0.0001) and within nurse managers(t=6.20, p<0.0001). Also there was higher in the score of importance on professional knowledge and personality area of the NCC, But there was the most lowest in the score of satisfaction on foreign language skills. Therefore education and health care systems should work closely to promote professional competency of nurses and to strengthen the liberal arts education, including personality and foreign language skills of students nurses.

In an attempt to shed light on the effects of overseas internships on foreign language development, this study investigated the differences in English compositions written by 10 Korean university students who joined an overseas internship program for 15 weeks. For data collection, the participants each wrote an English composition before and after the internship. Data collected was analyzed to discern differences in the two writings, and statistical analyses were carried out of the results. Results showed that the participants appeared to have attained lexical fluency, generating longer sentences embedded with multisyllabic, more diverse types, more complex and less redundant words in more complicated structures after the internship. This study revealed that overseas internships facilitated the growth of linguistic abilities. Korean SMEs need to enhance the global capacity of their human resources via overseas internships to strengthen their global competitiveness, apart from improving their industrial competencies such as productivity and product quality.
