The purpose of this paper is to propose convergence education for creative manpower training between foreign language and Information technology department's students. Academia and industry, and government have attempted a number of changes and efforts for the employment of university graduated students and they have also promoted various projects and plans to suggest a better way. But the graduates employment rate is still left as serious social problem. To solve this problem, we seek to propose convergence education plan to enhance the employment rate of foreign language department that is relatively low unlike other departments. This proposal will make a new paradigm in education - Creativity, Difference, Locality, and Convergence. Based on these paradigms, it is expected to overcome the limitation of labor market.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, which has led to a shift towards remote work, the frequency of external access to important internal resources by companies has increased exponentially, exposing them to various security threats. In order to address these access security issues, ZTA (Zero Trust Architecture) has gained attention. ZTA operates on the principle of not trusting external or internal users, and manages access authentication and authorization strictly according to pre-established policies. This paper analyzes the definition of ZTA and key research trends, and summarizes different ZTA solutions for each company.

This paper discusses the possibility of enhancing the efficiency in Second Language Learning with the help of an educational information and content search system that utilizes a Cloud system based Big Data. The proposed system plays a role in tracing the exact information that user request considering the interest, level, and aptitude of each individual. Also, the system screen outs unnecessary learning materials if they do not correspond to the user level which in result is one of the key factor in the proposed system. Since it requires multiple steps of verification in providing the extracted results finding out a way to reduce the steps to shorten the time of process.

In the fourth industrial era, when various technologies are fused and combined, new and advanced technologies from other industries are used extensively in the maritime industry field. New security threats are also increasing along with the development of new technologies. In addition, in incorporating convergence technologies into the maritime industry, various problems, such as communication definitions and procedures between technologies and customer-customized delays, occur. In this paper, for the problems mentioned above, research results on the network configuration of safer autonomous vessels by supplementing and fusing existing solutions rather than developing new technologies are proposed. In conclusion, the entire network consists of VDI and presents additional configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which are the three security elements. According to the composition of such a convergence network, it is intended to help prepare countermeasures to protect internal data from external threats.

The purpose of this study is to make it easier, more fun and more convenient to learn a foreign language through the development of an efficient audio contents platform that utilizes each person's native language ability. In order to achieve the goal to produce audio contents centering on the native language used in real life. Contents that are created without much effort in daily life could be used as precious contents for foreign language learners to learn the natural use of the language. Currently, most of the online foreign language learning platforms have problems with the contents depletion and the low practicality of contents. Accordingly, I am expecting this platform improves the existing shortcomings, giving foreign language learners the opportunity to learn a foreign language more realistically and at the same time giving native speakers an opportunity to generate additional revenue by utilizing their spare time.

우리나라는 지리적 여건 상 대외무역에 대한 의존도가 높기 때문에, 해상운송에서의 물동량을 예측하여 항만시설을 개발하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 한편 우리나라 컨테이너 운송의 75%는 부산항을 통해 운송되고 있기 때문에 경기 회복을 위해서는 부산항의 경쟁력 강화가 급선무이다. [1] 물동량은 경제적 수입 뿐만 아니라, 지속가능성을 예측하는 측면에서도 가치가 있다. 본 연구에서는 물동량, 경제지수, 기후정보 등 다양한 입력변수와 LSTM 모델을 이용하여 보다 정확한 부산항 컨테이너 물동량 딥러닝 예측모델을 구현하였다.

This paper focuses on the development of a system that improves the convenience of foreign language learning and enhaces the learning ability of the target language through the use of IT devices. In addition to the basic grammar, the importance of pronunciation and intonation have somewhat crucial effect in everyday communication. Pronunciation and intonation of English are different according to the basic characteristics of a native language and these differences often cause problems in communication. The proposed system distinguishes acceptability in English communication process and requests the correction in realtime. The proposed system minimizes system intervention by collecting various voice signals of foreign language learners and setting that can be considered as acceptable threshold points. As a result, the learner can increase the learning efficiency with minimal interruption of the utterance caused by unnecessary system intervention.

최근에 IT융합에 대한 관심이 높아지는 시점에서 문화지도DB, 전자문화지도와 같이 학제 간 연구의 성격을 띠는 학문에 대한 연구 또한 활발하다. 전자문화지도는 기본적으로 다양한 문화적 양상을 점, 선, 면, 기호 등을 활용해 지도위에 나타내며 사용자는 주제, 공간, 시간 값의 조작을 통해 세 가지 값이 연계된 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자문화지도 기반의 학술지도를 구현한다. 본 시스템은 효율적인 학문동향 파악 및 학술 정보제공 시스템으로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단되며 세부적으로 인문, 지역학을 연구할 수 있는 방안으로 활용하고자 한다.

This study is to propose a communication strengthening teaching model using action learning for Spanish learners, and to verify its effectiveness through a case study of Spanish lessons. This study was conducted under the same conditions by dividing 91 students from September 1 to December 20, 2019 into experiment and control classes. As a result of the experiment, both classes improved their writing ability to some extent, but the learners in the experimental class applying action learning showed more meaningful results in terms of the content, expressions, fluency of the text, and the affective domain test also showed a significant difference. The development of this teaching model, which is necessary for learner-centered convergence activities, is expected to be of academic significance as it can be used for other foreign language class activities as well as improving Spanish communication.

Deep learning methods and attention mechanisms have been incorporated to improve facial emotion recognition, which has recently attracted much attention. The fusion approaches have improved accuracy by combining various types of information. This research proposes a fusion network with self-attention and local attention mechanisms. It uses a multi-layer perceptron network. The network extracts distinguishing characteristics from facial images using pre-trained models on RAF-DB dataset. We outperform the other fusion methods on RAD-DB dataset with impressive results.
