본 논문에서는 지속되던 코로나-19 바이러스로 인한 일상의 제약이 점차 완화되는 추세 속에서 이전에 영위하지 못하던 개개인의 여가생활을 지원하기 위해 개발하였다. 제약이 완화되면서 많은 사람들이 국내 여행의사가 점차 증가된다고 분석된다. 지금 우리의 일상 속에는 인간이 직접 의사결정을 하는 부분들이 많이 줄어들었다. 공공데이터를 이용한 자동화된 경로 추천 시스템을 통해 사용자들은 의사결정의 단계 없이 제공되는 경로를 지도 API를 통해 시각적으로 이용하며 나들이 준비 과정을 간소화 시킬 것으로 예상된다.

준희박과 농축용액에서 약간의 유연성을 갖는 강성막대형 고분자의 회전확산계수와 zero shear rate 점도를 예측하기 위해 한정된 강성 사슬모델이 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 이제시된 모델을 분자량 분포를 갖는 다분산계로 확장시켰다. 분자들의 분자량 분포 (MW/Mn) 와 분포 함수를 알수 없기 때문에 해당분자에 가장 적당한 분자량 분포와 함수를 취하였다. 만약 이것들을 알고 있다면 제시된 모델로 회전확산계수와 zero shear rate 점도 등과 같은 인자들을예측할수 있었다. 단분산계의 경우와 같이 다분산계에서도 회전확산계수 의 평균분자 윤곽길이 의존도는 L-7 에 비례하는 것으로 나타났다. Doi와 Edwards 의 튜브 모델에 의한 L-9 과 다른 이유는 분자들의 거동을 관찰하기 위해 임의로 선정된 하나의 막 대형 고분자운동을 제약하는 정도가 심하지 않았으며 따라서 제약 완화시간도 훨씬 짧았기 때문이다. 더구나 점도와 회전 확산계수와 단분산계에서는 정성적으로 일치한데 제약 완화 시간도 훨씬 짧았기 때문이다. 더구나 점도와 회전적인 일치를 나타내었다. 이 모델로 기준 으로 하여 분자들의 길이와 종류에 관계없이 하나의 master curve를 그릴수 있었다.

In this paper, we presents a spatially adaptive noise detection and removal algorithm. Under the assumption that an observed image and the additive noise have Gaussian distribution, the noise parameters are estimated with local statistics, and the parameters are used to define the constraints on the noise detection process, where the first order Markov Random Field (MRF) is used. In addition, an adaptive low-pass filter having a variable window sizes defined by the constraints on noise detection is used to control the degree of smoothness of the reconstructed image. Experimental results demonstrate the capability of the proposed algorithm.

Context-sensitive spelling errors (CSSE) are hard to correct, since they are perfect words when analyzed alone. Determined only by considering the semantic and syntactic relations of their context, CSSEs affect largely the performance of spelling and grammar checkers. The existing Korean Spelling and Grammar Checker (KSGC 4.5) adopts a rule-based method, which uses hand-made correction rules for CSSEs. Using rule-based method, the KSGC 4.5 is designed to obtain the very high precision, which results in the extremely low recall. In this paper, we integrate our previous works that control the CSSE correction rules, in order to improve the recall without sacrificing the precision. In addition to the integration, facultative insertion of adverbs and conjugation suffix of predicates are also considered, as for constraint-loosening linguistic features.

산업연구원에서 발표한 '2013년 경제 산업 전망'에 따르면 우리나라의 2013년 국내경제는 수출이 급격히 둔화되면서 전반적으로 부진했던 2012년에 비해 다소 완화될 전망이다. 세계경제 부진 완화에 따른 수출회복, 유가안정에 따른 교역조건 개선에 힘입어 2013년 실질 국내총생산(GDP) 증가율이 3.1%에 이를 것으로 예상된다. 수출은 세계경제 부진 완화로 하반기로 갈수록 증가율이 높아지면서 연간 5.8% 내외 증가가 예상되며, 수입은 증가세를 회복하겠으나 수출과 내수의 낮은 증가세 및 유가안정 등에 따라 6.3%의 다소 완만한 증가가 예상된다. 민간소비는 가계부채 부담이 제약요인으로 작용하나 유가안정과 환율하락에 따른 교역조건 및 구매력 개선에 힘입어 2%대 후반 증가가 예상된다. 2013년 10대 주력산업은 세계경제의 부진 완화에 힘입어 2012년보다 회복될 것으로 보인다. 특히 일반기계와 반도체가 생산과 수출에서 상대적으로 호조를 나타내면서 10대 주력산업의 회복을 견인할 전망이다. 한편 10대산업이 전체 수출에서 차지하는 비중이 2010년 73.9%에서 2012년 69.0%로 크게 감소했으며 2013년에도 하락세가 지속될 추세다. 전통 주력산업의 수출 견인차 역할이 시장 성숙, 경쟁 심화 등의 이유로 인해 위축되고 있어 신수출동력의 발굴이 필요하다.

This study analyzes the effects of KOSDAQ-listed firms' convertible bonds, which have recently increased rapidly in number and size. Although KOSDAQ companies are called mid-size companies, KOSDAQ companies belong to SMEs. Furthermore, convertible bonds have traditionally been a critical capital raising tool for SMEs in the US and Europe. In Korea, KOSDAQ companies actively employ convertible bonds. Convertible bonds provide investment incentives for hesitant investors, allowing companies to raise capital at low interest rates. This study analyzes whether capital raising through issuance of convertible bonds by KOSDAQ companies affects their financial constraints. Financial constraints result from incomplete capital markets, which are embedded in most companies and countries.. In particular, financial constraints have a significant impact on the growth and survival of SMEs. The seminal study FHP(1988) is the most important and effective study of firm's financial constraints. We find that FHP's financial constraint measures show that convertible bond issuance would mitigate the financial constraints of KOSDAQ companies. However, the significance of the evidence is not strong.

The risk mitigation service based on network provides monitoring of the risk event data to be inputted and analyses its big data to be stored in real time. Furthermore, it performs the analysis of the plant disease risk such as a red tide, and livestock disease risk such a food-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, and rinderpest, and provides the mitigation service. The application model for risk mitigation is the real time acquisition monitoring of risk events, and mitigation service for the risks.

웹 상에서의 자연어 처리 응용에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서, 웹 문서에서 자주 나타나는 특징인 문장 표현에 있어서의 자유로움은 문장 처리의 기술적인 어려움을 가중시킨다. 특히, 문장 내의 부분적인 비정형적 표현이 흔히 나타남으로 인해 구문 분석이 자주 실패하게 되는데, 이에 대한 강건성 확보를 위해서 실패에 대한 복구 작업이 필요하다. 우리는 두 단계 구문 규칙을 사용하여 1 단계에서 정형적 표현의 문장들을 처리하고, 2 단계에서 구문 규칙의 제약을 완화하여 부분적인 비정형적 표현까지도 포용할 수 있도록 한다. 후-실패 완화과정에서 일관성 있게 구문 규칙을 사용함으로써 효율적인 구조적 파스 트리의 구조도 가능하게 하며, 차트의 재사용을 통해 구조적 애매성과 분석 시간의 단축을 가져온다.
