The response properties of continuous automated system using an enzyme reactor for determination of urea were investigated. The enzyme reactor was constructed to packed-bed form which filled with nylon-6 beads (42∼48 mesh), which immobilized urease with glutaraldehyde, in teflon tube (2 mm I.D., 20 cm length). The system was composed of the enzyme reactor, gas dialyzer, and tublar PVC-nonactin membrane ammonium ion-selective electrode as an indicator electrode in serial order. The response characteristics of this system were as follows. That is, the concentration range of linear response, slope of linear response, detection limit, and conversion percentage were $5.5{\times}10^{-6}$∼$2.4{\times}10^{-3}M$, 57.8 mV/decade, $1.5{\times}10^{-6}$, and 80.8%, respectively. The optimum buffer and life time of urease reactor were 0.01M Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH 7.0∼7.8) and 0.01M phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.9∼7.5) and about 150 days, respectively. And the urease reactor had no interferences of the other physiological materials.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of protective factors on the relations between deviant peer's influences and delinquent behaviors in adolescence. To investigate the moderating effects, simple slope and region of significance test based on multiple linear regression(MLR) model were used. This study used data from wave 1-2(2003-2004) of the Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS). Results showed that for female adolescents, self-esteem, parent monitoring, and attachment to parent moderated the link between best friend's deviancy and delinquent behaviors. For male adolescents, however, best friend's deviancy and protective factors didn't show any significant moderating effects. These results help clarify the conditions under which exposure to deviant best friends can influence delinquent behaviors in adolescence. Practice and policy implications as well as further research topic were discussed to aid the search for highly effective preventive and treatment interventions.

본 연구의 목적은 대퇴부가 절단된 다리의 생체 역학적 기능을 복구할 수 있게 하는 의지의 개발을 위하여 5축 링크, 슬관절 완충장치를 사용하여 보행시 입각기를 제어할 수 있는 대퇴 의지 시스템 개발에 있다. 이를 위하여 입각기시 대퇴의지와 지면간 접촉 중 충격 에너지 흡수를 하는 슬관절 완충장치의 기계적 특성 및 거동을 분석하였다. 임상시험을 통하여 개발된 대퇴의지의 성능을 검증한 결과 대퇴 절단 피검자들의 보행특성은 정상인의 보행에 근접한 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 입각기 대퇴의지는 입각기시 현저한 보행 안전성을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether non-self perspective(NSP) reduces the negative effects of life stress experienced by middle-aged adults. an online survey was conducted using a sample of 207 adult men and women in their 40s and 50s, and a hierarchical regression analysis and simple slope analysis were performed. As a result, it was found that NSP modulates the negative effects of life stress on perceived stress and subjective well-being. Specifically, NSP reduced the positive effect of life event stress on perceived stress and reduced the negative effect on subjective well-being. The results of this study suggest that eastern and Buddhist self-view, NSP, has a buffering effect on life stress experienced by middle-aged adults. This study suggests that NSP should be considered as an important factor for coping with stress in middle-aged adults in counseling and clinical settings, and is expected to promote subsequent empirical research on the Buddhist concept of non-self. Finally, limitations and future studies are suggested.

The shock absorbing equipment for railway rolling is one of the most important components. It's effects on the safety of both passengers and vehicle itself and reduce shock, vibration and noise. The shock absorber equipment is mainly consisted of the yoke, plate and rubber draft gear. The objective of the this paper is to evaluation of structure and strength for the yoke in railway vehicles. Structure and strength analysis has been performed by use of finite element method and experimental stress analysis.

Nitrogen charging trailer applied to KUH-1 is a device to charge Nitrogen in main front wheel buffer, tail bumper buffer, brake accumulator and tire of aircraft. As the name suggests, it is a device that has mobility along with nitrogen charging. Originally supplied by Tronair in the United States, it was imported from Korea, and the locally developed product not only satisfies the performance of the existing product, but also designed to be easier than the product introduced in the operation. It was selected as the joint investment project of the 15th civilian government building, and development needs analysis and test evaluation were carried out under the support of development and management of Korea Aerospace Industries and Defense Agency for Technology and Quality.

Piping systems of the power generating stations have been generally protected by hydraulic and mechanical snubbers which can allow large displacements arising from temperature change while those can reduce or absorb stresses due to vibrations. However these snubbers require amounts of budget for maintenance or replacement because of the leakage, lubrication and finally short life cycle. Recently the snubbers consisted of wire rope have been proved to reduce vibrations of piping systems. While the wire rope snubbers are free of maintenance such as leakage and lubrication, imported price are so high. Now it is necessary to design, manufacture and certificate these wire rope snubbers.

By legislating safety regulations for design, manufacturing and operation of rolling stock through rolling stock safety law, diverse of safety requirements have been established. On the other hands, differences of technical level in practical circumstances between domestic and overseas are pointed out that not be able to be overcome in short period. About collision safety requirements for rolling stock, European countries have been applying TSI requirement to all of rolling stock and domestic collision safety requirements in rolling stock safety law are based on TSI. In following thesis, it is showing an analysis simulation for current rubber cushion and hydraulic buffer system to verify if they are fit to collision safety requirements and result of the simulation program for prior verification. This also suggests a method to prove the performances of coupler system for future.

CdTe는 최근 적외선 검출기 개발에 응용하기 위해 활발한 연구가 진행 중인데 이는 HgCdTe(MCT)와 격자 불일치가 0.3% 이하로 대구경 단결정 MCT박막 제작이 용이하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 MBE 공정으로 GaAs 물질이 완충층으로 증착된 Si(100)기판을 사용하여 CdTe 물질과 Si기판간의 격자 불일치를 줄여 대면적 CdTe 단결정 박막을 얻고자 완충층의 두께별 결정성 및 표면 특성을 보았다. CdTe 박막의 증착은 Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition system (MOCVD)를 이용하였고 실험결과 2nm의 GaAs 완충층이 사용된 박막에서 단결정 CdTe(400) 박막이 성장 되었으며, GaAs 완충층의 두께가 증가 함에 따라 $1{\mu}m$ 완충층에서는 다결정 박막이 성장 되었다. 본 연구결과는 Si 기판에 성장된 단결정 CdTe층을 이용 대면적 HgCdTe웨이퍼의 제조에 널리 이용 될 수 있으리라 여겨진다.
