Cutaneous angiosarcomas are uncommon malignancies which account about 1$\%$ of sarcomas. They are found most commonly in the head and neck regions, frequently on the scalp. Although preferred treatment has been combined surgery and postoperative radiation therapy, the extensiveness and multiplicity of the lesions set limits to such an approach and the patient is often referred for radiotherapy without surgery. As the entire scalp usually needs to be treated, radiation therapy is a challenging problem to radiation oncology staffs. We report a case of angiosarcoma of the scalp, which was treated successfully by radiation therapy with a simple and repeatable method using mixed Photon and electron beam technique. Using a bolus to increase the surface dose of the scalp and to minimize dose to the normal tissues of the brain desirable but difficult technically to be well conformed to the three dimensional curved surface such as vertex of the head. A helmet made of thermoplastics filled with paraffin was elaborated and used for the treatment, resulting of the relatively uniform surface doses along the several points measured on the scalp, the difference among the points not exceeding 7$\%$ of the prescribed dose by TLD readings.

In this paper, design of small microprocessor unit is implemented using research purpose VHDL and CAD tools by top-down design method. For this, original basic MPU and its pipelining architectures are suggested. Once, design target, instruction sets, architecture are decided, the operation is confirmed by C language simulation, and then the operation is confirmed by checking internal register contents for given inputs in the case of VHDL simulation. Then, design layouts are made by full/semi-custom design methods by research CAD tools and related simulation is implemented. The feasibility of suggested pipelined structure for performance improvement is confirmed by simulation, and related problems and future research directions are discussed. In conclusion, the MPU design methodology is set up and the design change of architecture is possible by this paper.

In this paper, equivalent properties of 2-2 mode piezocomposites were studied. Variation of the properties of 2-2 mode piezocomposites was analyzed by the finite element method, and the result was compared with experimental measurement data to confirm the validity of the analysis. The equivalent properties of a single phase material to represent the piezocomposite composed of PZT-5H and polymer were derived by the asymptotic averaging method. Accuracy of the derived equivalent properties was enhanced by minimizing the discrepancy between the impedance spectra of full 2-2 piezocomposite and equivalent single phase material resonators of various vibration modes by the least square method. The equivalent properties of 2-2 piezocomposites derived in this study can be utilized to the design of diverse acoustic sensors.

In the quality control of the aerosol skincare products containing powders, it is essential to guarantee that the contents in the bottle can be completely used without leakage or clogging of the nozzle. In this paper, the clogging caused by powder was investigated and the clogging can be effectively removed by emulsifying the contents containing powder with the LPG using a proper surfactant. And the spraying test shows that the contents in the bottle are completely propelled to outside by LPG when properly emulsified by POE(40) HCO.

Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease(PTLD) has emerged as a potential life-threatening complication of immunosuppressive therapy after organ transplantation. The occurrence of PTLD is usually associated with an Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection in patients who are treated by aggressive immunosuppressive therapy. PTLD is represented by diverse manifestations ranging from reactive lymphoid hyperplasia to high grade malignant lymphoma. This is a case report of a late PTLD in a child. The patient is a 14-year-old girl, who presented as malignant lymphoma 44 months after successful renal transplantation. There was no evidence of EBV infection. On bone marrow study, many neoplastic lymphoid cells were defected. Aggressive chemotherapy for PTLD had resulted in clinical remission. However the patient expired from uncontrolled sepsis and septic shock after 77 days.

Objectives: This is a five-year survival case report on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with western medicine and traditional Korean medicine. 44-year old man diagnosed NSCLC IIIB in 2015 went through two months' concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) first, however the cancer did not response. After CCRT he began to take intensive integrative therapy including acupuncture, abdominal moxibustion, wild ginseng pharmacopuncture, herbal medicinal product of ginseng, hyperthermia, Thymosin α1, and mega vitamin C injection for 4 years and 9 months. After three months of intensive treatment, the state of cancer changed first to partial response and then complete response. He finally succeeded in five-year survival without any recurrence or complication in 2020, We suggest that integrative approach including traditional Korean medicine can be a meaningful treatment option for nonoperable NSCLC. Further studies with more cases should be performed to establish proper treatment protocol of integrative medicine for lung cancer.

This study analyzes the mediation or moderation effect of the characteristics of perceived organizational support (POS) and relational culture on the ambidextrous organizational performance such as exploration and exploitation. This study empirically verified using the human capital corporate panel 548 data provided by Korea research institute for vocational education & training. The empirical results of the present study are as follows. First, it is shown that formal learning and informal learning provided to the members have a positive effect on ambidextrous organizational performance. In addition, POS showed that full and partial mediation effects of the formal learning and informal learning on ambidextrous organizational performance. Finally, relational culture have an important influence on positively moderating the relationship between informal learning and exploitative performance.

Pancreatic cancer is commonly presented with distant metastasis. However metastasis to central nervous system (CNS) of pancreatic cancer was rarely reported. 79-years-old man was hospitalized with sudden onset right arm dysesthesia and weakness. In brain magnetic resonance imaging, multifocal high signal intensity lesions in cerebral and cerebellar cortices were observed. Leptomeningeal and parenchymal enhanced lesions were also noted in contrast-enhanced T1 images suggesting a metastasis from the pancreatic cancer. Stroke like manifestation of CNS metastasis of pancreatic cancer is extremely rare. Careful history taking and evaluation should be performed to find the origin of the sudden neurologic deficit.

A 54-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer underwent a distal gastrectomy, D2 lymph node dissection, and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy. After a year, in a follow-up PET-CT, lymph node metastases were observed in the neck and abdomen, and therefore, the patient underwent chemotherapy. After treatment, the follow-up PET-CT revealed a growth of the posterior neck lymph node. Thus, an excisional biopsy was performed, and the growth was diagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma. Therefore, the patient received chemotherapy with FOLFIRI. Another follow-up PET-CT after chemotherapy revealed a growth in the right inguinal lymph node, and the patient underwent salvage radiotherapy for this lesion. The PET-CT taken for the response evaluation showed no evidence of further metastasis of the lymph node. We hereby report a case of advanced gastric cancer with neck and inguinal lymph node recurrence showing complete remission after palliative chemotherapy and salvage radiotherapy.

A 77-year-old man presented with abdominal discomfort and was diagnosed as Borrmann type 3 advanced gastric cancer with multiple lymph node metastases. An abdominal computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) showed AGC, clinical stage IIIC (T4aN3M0). We started neo-adjuvant chemotherapy with FOLFOX (5-fluorouracil (5-FU))+Leucovorin+Oxaliplatin). After 3 cycles of FOLFOX chemotherapy, follow-up endoscopy showed remarkable improvement. Primary lesion and metastatic lymph nodes decreased size on follow up computed tomography (CT). The patient underwent radical total gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy and histopathology revealed no remnant malignant cells at previous primary cancer lesion. The patient has currently completed his 3 cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy without recurrence. After an abdominal CT response assessment, further course of therapy will be decided.
