This paper investigates weakening-free fuzzy logics with three weak forms of associativity (of multiplicative conjunction &). First, the wta-uninorm (based) logic $WA_tMUL$ and its two axiomatic extensions are introduced as weakening-free weakly associative fuzzy logics. The algebraic structures corresponding to the systems are then defined, and algebraic completeness results for them are provided. Next, standard completeness is established for $WA_tMUL$ and the two axiomatic extensions with an additional axiom using construction in the style of Jenei-Montagna.

This paper examines discussions surrounding cognitive liberty, neuro-privacy, and mental integrity from the perspective of Neuro-rights. The right to control one's neurological data entails self-determination of collection and usage of one's data, and the right to object to any way such data may be employed to negatively impact oneself. As innovations in neurotechnologies bear benefits and downsides, a novel concept of the neuro-rights has been suggested to protect individual liberty and rights. In Oct. 2020, the Chilean Senate presented the 'Proyecto de ley sobre neuroderechos' to promote the recognition and protection of neuro-rights. This new bill defines all data obtained from the brain as neuronal data and outlaws the commerce of this data. Neurotechnology, especially when paired with big data and artificial intelligence, has the potential to turn one's neurological state into data. The possibility of inferring one's intent, preferences, personality, memory, emotions, and so on, poses harm to individual liberty and rights. However, the collection and use of neural data may outpace legislative innovation in the near future. Legal protection of neural data and the rights of its subject must be established in a comprehensive way, to adapt to the evolving data economy and technical environment.

배수식 방수방식으로 지하 30m에 건설된 NATM터널 통신구를 준공 7년후 완전방수식 방식으로 변경하였다. 터널 라이닝에 30m의 수압을 작용할 경우 발생하는 단면력을 구조검토하고 배근상태가 안전한가 분석하였다. 또한 라이닝의 시공단면을 확인하기 위하여 충격반향기법(Impact-Echo Method)탐사와 GPR탐사, 배근상태를 파악하기 위하여 철근탐지기를 사용하였다. 그 결과 30m 수압에 안전할 것이라는 판단하에 배면주입 방수공법을 적용 통신구를 완전방수 하였다. 그리고 배수식 통신구를 운용하는 비용과 완전방수공사비를 분석한 결과 배출되는 지하수량이 많은 경우 완전방수시공이 경제성이 있다고 분석되었다.

현재 PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)와 S/MIME(Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension)와 같은 여러 가지 이메일 보안 프로토콜들이 제안되어 사용되고 있으나 이들 프로토콜은 최근 중요시되고 있는 보안 요구사항인 전방향 안전성을 보장하지 못한다. 최근에 이 요구사항을 충족하는 이메일 보안 프로토콜들이 제안되었으나 현실적이지 못한 가정 하에 설계되었거나 효율성 측면에서 개선이 필요한 프로토콜들이다. 또한 일부 프로토콜들은 실제 완전한 전방향 안전성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 부분을 개선하고, 완전한 전방향 안전성을 제공하는 안전한 이메일 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안되는 프로토콜은 Zheng 의 signcryption 기법을 사용하여 효율적이고 안전한 인증을 제공한다.

폰탄술식 후 수술사망률이 감소하고 생존자가 증가함에 따라 대정맥-폐동맥 순환의 부자연스러운 생리와 관련된 합병증이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 혈역학적인 문제로 인하여 발생한 합병증 중의 하나가 단백소모성 장질환이다. 단백소모성 장질환은 폰탄술식 후에 발생하는 드물지만 매우 위험한 합병증이다. 많은 다른 치료경향이 제안되었지만 성공적인 치료보고는 제한되어 있다. 폰탄술식후 단백소모성 장질환이 발생한 3명의 환아에서 완전 대정맥-폐동맥 연결로 전환을 시행하였다. 완전 대정맥 폐동맥 연결로 전환함이 만족할 만한 치료방법임을 보고하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

More detailed calculations of extension to general anisotropic transport equation with fission are studied. These calculations involve that the operator can be splitted into scattering and fission operators when we prove the completeness of general anisotropy. Applying these operators to the equation makes it easy to extract the slowing-down transient of zero-measure, and completely solves the transport equation. In addition, the number of the eigenvalues of the second anisotropy is classified with Cs unknown, B$_1$and B$_2$known constants.

For verifying consistency and completeness of some UML diagrams as a representative of a graphical notations for object-oriented designs, I first give an analysis of some UML diagrams and apply some verifying rules to the UML diagrams. In this paper, I design effective verifying system which possesses both diagramming facility and the consistency and completeness checking capability. The verifying system uses a set of frames to represent internal diagramming information.

이 연구에서는 완전 조립식 교량 하부구조의 비선형해석을 위한 전산플랫폼을 개발하였다. 완전 조립식 교량 하부구조의 비선형거동을 정확하게 파악하고 합리적이면서 경제적인 설계기준의 개발을 위한 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 재료적 비선형성에 대해서는 균열콘크리트에 대한 인장, 압축, 전단모델과 콘크리트 속에 있는 철근모델을 조합하여 고려하였다. 사용된 부착 또는 비부착 텐던요소는 유한요소법에 근거하며 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 부재의 콘크리트와 텐던의 상호작용을 구현할 수 있다. 그리고 접합면요소는 세그먼트 접합부의 비탄성거동을 예측할 수 있다. 제안된 해석기법은 수치예제에 대하여 비선형거동을 비교적 정확하게 예측하였다.

This study intends to evaluate the quality of the Digital Library System DB and to suggest methods for its quality control. The evaluation criteria are hit rates, redundancy, completeness and accuracy. In spite of high hit rates excessive records representing one work resulted serious redundancy. The average completeness rate of records was $48.12\%$ due to low level of description. The Analysis of accuracy showed various errors in most of records corresponding to $92\%$. Emphasis on analysing the errors in detail detected the causing factors and suggested practical guidelines for school libraries' catalogers.
