Specifically, the direction of internal innovation consists of high-value-added HR and service and cost-reduction downsizing. We assumed that the high-value-added direction of HR and service will have a positive mediating effect. And assumed that cost-reduction downsizing direction has negative mediating effect. The data were collected from 2013 workplace panel survey(WPS) of the Korea Labor Institute(KLI). Among the 1,775 companies, 896 companies classified as wholesale and retail, transportation, professional scientific services, education services, health social services, financial services, and other services (such as information society support services) were extracted and used. In addition, the direction of high value-added innovation of HR and service was positive effect on service performance, and cost-reduction downsizing innovation direction has a negative effect on service performance. And the direct effect of high commitment HRM on service performance has not been confirmed. First, fashion models' flow experience could be divided into characteristics such as temporality, spatiality, relationality, physicalness and pleasure. Second, the process of this flow experience ultimately led to the complete moment. The complete moment can be said to be the aesthetic experience that provides both the meaningful experience and the aesthetic pleasure; it is the experiential knowledge at the dimension of mysterious integration that their body and mind are integrated into one. The beauty that fashion models exercise at the aspect of this aesthetic experience is that of performance and is an individual physical movement where they perceive their role and exercise their inner ability to express their costume most beautifully. Accordingly, the beauty of performance can be said to mean that the fashion show was successfully held by inducing both the performer and the audience into an aesthetic response. The process of specialized planning and preparation is required for fashion models to exercise the beauty of performance at the complete movement reached through flow experience and a successful fashion show. Diverse elements of the fashion show should be more organically constituted through such a process. Fashion models should exert efforts to embody acts such as walking, posing and turning through the performance of their excellent role as well as develop a training program to complete it.

Although there has been a widespread debate on the merits of the quality of employment, there have been few studies dealing with how the quality of employment contributes to organizational performance. For the empirical analysis, we analyzed the mediating effect of employee outcomes on the relationship between employment quality and employee outcomes (human capital competence and collective organizational commitment) and employment quality and organizational performance for 501 Korean companies. The results showed that the higher the quality of employment, the higher the employee's human capital competence and collective organizational commitment, and the employee outcomes mediate the relationship between the quality of employment and organizational performance.
