  • O2O(Online-to-Offline) commerce, a kind of multi-channel, is used in various industries such as accommodation, food and beverage, transportation, and real estate. The O2O commerce, a channel of integrating online and offline, overcomes the limitations of traditional online commerce, where a customer made a purchase decision without direct experience. Despite this advantage of O2O, if the online-offline channel is not effectively linked, customer's complaints would occur due to service failure. This study, with regard to O2O service failure circumstances, intends to investigate the effect of customer's perceived justice on their emotional response, recovery satisfaction, followed by intention to repurchase. Perceived justice in this study is composed of distributive justice, interactional justice, and procedural justice. Furthermore, this study explores the moderation effect of O2O industry types in the relationship between perceived justice and emotion. An O2O industry type is classified into accommodation, food and beverage, and transportation. A hypothesized research model was empirically tested using a structural equation model. The current study collected 433 questionnaires and the target respondents are customers who have experienced service failure in O2O commerce. The empirical results showed that O2O commerce more effectively conducts service recovery strategy and causes positive customer response by integrating online and offline channel. One of the ultimate purposes of O2O service providers is to reduce the likelihood of service failures and to recover more quickly and efficiently by linking two channels rather than using a single channel. This study suggested that the O2O channel is effective in influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty by inducing customer's positive emotions in recovering service failure.

The study involves eight female participants who are in their twenties via digital platform. The participants were instructed to choose digital image similar to COVID-19 and to write down facts based upon the image and the researcher will look into the result microscopically. The researchers found that the isolation factors include decreased face-to-face communication, reliance on social media, heavy usage of OTT platform, limited outdoor occasion and activity, limitation of untact technology and education program, fear over the pandemic and so on. The study has shown that the one-person experience design should be heading in a direction where it adopts space design that can crossover online and offline world, digital complex design to embody realness as well as the communication design to regain the relationships with others.

  • Currently, education is being conducted through face-to-face classes and instructional design using blended learning, an integrated online and offline model that utilizes online characteristics. As the paradigm of education has changed from face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face classes since COVID-19, teaching methods to respond to changes are required in the educational field. In this paper, as a instructional design model using online, we proposed a instructional design model that conducts online classes in non-real time and then conducts online face-to-face classes using virtual classrooms in real time. In addition, a teaching strategy that can apply the online face-to-face teaching design model using the proposed virtual class room to software classes was presented. The proposed instructional design model will be able to prepare for a paradigm shift in education with a teaching design that can accommodate the characteristics of face-to-face education online.

  • Privacy protection can only be achieved by enforcing privacy policies within an enterprise's on and offline data processing systems. There are P-RBAC model and purpose based model and obligations model among privacy policy models. But only these models each can not dynamically deal with the rapidly changing business environment. Even though users are in the same role, on occasion, secure system has to opt for a figure among them who is smart, capable and supremely confident and to give him/her a special mission during a given period and to strengthen privacy protection by permitting to present fluently access control conditions. For this, we propose Integrated Privacy Protection Model based on RBAC. Our model includes purpose model and P-RBAC and obligation model. And lastly, we define high level policy language model based XML to be independent of platforms and applications.

On the other hands, Vocational track can be divided into two sub-models and those are $W^3$ and corporate university. Finally, we summarized several key points for the successful setup and operation of K-Dual system.
