The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the online lifelong education program which is a key words card production and demonstration on the job preparation skills for work for part-time developmental disabilities. The subjects of this study were three developmental disabilities workers working in a restaurant business on a part-time basis, and the experimental environment was composed of the home and subway stations where they reside. The study method used a single subject study, and the baseline, intervention, and maintenance were reflected as the design conditions of the experiment. As a result, the subjects of the study effectively acquired and maintained the job preparation skills for work work through the online lifelong education program for the production and demonstration of key words cards. Through the results of this study, it was possible to discuss and conclude that the significant functional relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables is valid.

This study requires a new paradigm for universities in line with the global pandemic and the 4th industrial revolution. Accordingly, we propose an educational plan for the H university online graduate school in Korea. As a research method, the implications of scholars and experts on future education were synthesized, and the cases of overseas universities using it were analyzed to propose an online graduate school education plan. As a result of the study, online graduate school needs diversity as a venue for providing new opportunities as lifelong education, and to realize this, they use a microcredit. Blockchain technology is introduced so that microcredit can be transparently verified. In addition, to correspond to various convergence major programs and further develop them, problem-solving-oriented teaching methods enhance students' convergent skills as well as active learning and interaction. More detailed curriculum research at online graduate schools is needed in the future, and we hope that you will contribute to the development of online graduate school education based on this study.

In response to changes in Fourth Industrial Revolution in recent years, the field of education has focused on development of the human resources in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI: Artificial Intelligence) and industrial robot. Due to particular interest in these areas, the importance of developing integrated human resources equipped with artificial intelligence technology is emphasized in higher education and vocational competence development. In regards to rapid changing environment, this study created a program "Fostering personalized AI integrated human resource" and established an operational model correspond to latest personalized education trend. The established operational model was conducted twice using Delphi survey with experts in AI and innovative education in order to verify the suitability of program's basic structure, training process, and the sub-components of the operational strategy. The final training model was applied to the online vocational training platform (STEP) and a plan was proposed to establish a personalized training model to foster an AI integrated competent individual.

This study was conducted in order to figure out sexual experience among in Korean adolescents and its affecting factors. For the research method, it was a secondary analysis using raw data from the 13th(2017) Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey Data and the data from 62,276 adolescents were used for the analysis in this study. For the data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and logistic regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS 23.0 program, As a result of the research, the factors on sexual experience in male students included grade, school record, living type, economic state, depression, perceived stress, suicidal ideation, drinking, smoking, drug, and experience of sex education(p<.001) while those in female students included grade, living type, father's education, economic state, depression, suicidal ideation, drinking, smoking, drug, and experience of sex education(p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to approach for helping from clinical settings, communities, and school healthcare through effective education and programs for preventing sexual problems, which reflect the factors associated with sex experience among adolescents in future.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of secondary school career education in a lifelong learning society. In that direction, first, it is necessary to strengthen teacher capacity and develop professionalism. Second, career education programs need to be improved and diversified. Third, it is necessary to strengthen collaboration and communication with career education experts as a way to strengthen cooperation and connection outside the school. Fourth, it is necessary to support online career education through improvement of career information network. Fifth, there are policy support and institutional improvement plans. Sixth, it is necessary to expand the subject of career education to the entire life. To this end, career education in secondary school is designed to flexibly cope with changes, overcome crises and turn them into opportunities, and provide experiences to solve problems. Comprehensive support for individually customized career education from a lifelong perspective that manages the degree is needed. Second, it is necessary to expand field-oriented career and job experience to provide sufficient job-related experience and support mentoring by field experts. Third, it is necessary to establish a career education network where schools, education offices, and local communities work together. Fourth, retraining of career counseling teachers is also necessary to support the strengthening of career education capacity of all teachers.

The development in information technology resulted in an interest for lifelong education, which caused a rapid growth in the educational web based e-Iearning industry. The spread of e-Iearning industries and educational facilities emphasized the need for educational contents with the purpose of online lecturing along with the rapid development of contents production technology. Flash contents provide multimedia, animation, and etc. with diverse and visual expressions, so the complicated interactions with the learner can be easily materialized. The advantage of having a high quality, user-centered interface is that it provides a trigger of interest and arousal of concentration for the user, but it is difficult for teachers to directly create or manipulate educational flash animation contents. This paper is written to technologically methodize the automation of educational programs that the teachers wish to make by reusing the educational flash animation contents.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuing education model desired by the academic librarians in the present digital environment. For this purpose the study undertook a questionnaire survey of academic librarians in Korea. As a result it was shown that 61.4% of the librarians participated more than once(average 2.6 times) in the continuing education program during the last one year. The most preferred program type was one week or 2-3 days workshop. The theme of the program was regarded the most important factor for the activation of the continuing education. and the preferred theme of the program was user instruction. information retrieval. electronic licensing. planning and strategy, library marketing, virtual reference service etc.

This study aims to examine online students' informal information seeking behavior during their loaming process and online loaming environments to support their informal information needs. The participants of the study were 29 online students in the Professional Development Studies of Rutgers University. Data was collected by the questionnaire and was analyzed with content analysis and descriptive statistics. This study focuses on when and why online students need human interaction to solve their learning problems and how they communicate with others to meet their informal information needs. Moreover, how online students think about their personal communication opportunities and the functions of their online learning system to support their loaming problems is also examined. Finally, online students suggest the ways to effectively support personal communication needed during learning process in online teaming systems. Based on the findings of this study, a few considerations are suggested in conclusions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the landscape of knowledge and information services that public libraries around the world have been providing since modern times. In particular, as social distancing has become routine, the contraction of cultural activities and the shift to online platforms have negatively impacted library visitation and use services, greatly reducing borrowing and reading, use of spaces and facilities, interlibrary loan services, program operations, and outreach services. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the current status of services provided by public libraries in Korea and abroad in response to COVID-19, and proposed practical ways to improve and expand services in response to COVID-19 based on the results of a survey of librarians' perceptions. Specifically, these include improving the online reservation system for reading and borrowing services and developing and providing various outreach services, acquiring and expanding electronic resources, expanding online program services (reading, culture, lifelong learning, etc.), strengthening library services for vulnerable populations, providing information portal services related to new infectious diseases, strengthening facilities and space provision services, preparing infectious disease response guidelines, and providing education and training to strengthen librarians' capabilities.

This research has been conducted to investigate the satisfaction level of the learners on after school caring education and the mechanism to improve the drawbacks. In doing so, questionnaire has been carried out on the learners who have finished after school caring education. The results indicates that satisfaction level have been the highest in those who are not married(SD=27.18), has graduated high school(SD=25.55), earn between 2mil and 3mil Won a month(SD=27,42), participate in the program through internet(SD=25.91) respectively. In addition, there have not been significant differences in the level of satisfaction according to motivating factors including benefits for obtaining certificate(SD=27.12), benefits for finding job(SD=26.76), benefit for leisure activity(SD=26.20) and benefit for promotion(SD=24,32). These results imply that there needs to be educational facility and program which can satisfy the learners.
