This study explored the effectiveness of the online English learning program contents for elementary school students. The study used the online English learning program served by Gyeonggi province office of education. 107 students attending P elementary school in K city volunteered for the program. After studying English via the website for almost one year, they were asked to respond the questionnaires related to the contents of the online English program. Since the research investigated that the relations of students' grades, the time for the study, their diagnostic test scores, and the effectiveness of the contents, the survey responses were analyzed with Spearman correlation. As a result, older students thought that the type of problem-solving, the type of performing a task, WBI (Web Based Instruction) were not efficacious. Also, these types of online English program were chosen as ineffective from the students at the higher level. Whereas the type of private lesson, the lessons based on a story, and the type of animation were preferred to the students who spent longer time on the website. This highlights the need to consider the students' characteristics such as students' grades, the time for the study, and their English level when developing the contents of the online English learning program.

본 고는 시행령 발표를 앞두고 있는 '온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법'에 대한 전문가의 글이다. 온라인 '온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법'은 기존의 법령만으로 한계가 있는 온라인디지털콘텐츠 관련 산업의 보호 육성을 위해 제정된 것으로 그동안 여러 차례의 공청회와 관계부처간의 회의를 거쳐 완성된 것이다. 그러한 과정에서 지적된 문제점과 해결점 등을 보완하여 최종적으로 확정되어 시행령 발표를 앞두고 있는 것이다. 본고는 '온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법'의 태생과 나아갈 길에 대해 비교적 상세한 검토를 한 논문으로 시행령에 앞서 본지에 게재한다.

This article focuses on analyzing the cases of on-line archival contents services of the national archives' web-sites and explaining their types and characteristics. This study defines the concept of on-line archival contents services through literature review. Then, it examines the cases of on-line archival contents provided by web-sites of the USA, the UK, Australian and Korean national archives. The types of on-line archival contents services are classified in accordance with the main purpose of use, the structure, and the way of interaction between contents and users. Lastly, it summarizes their structural and thematic characteristics by type and country.

인터넷이 발달함으로써 기존에 아날로그 콘텐츠들을 디지털 콘텐츠로 이용하게 되고, 오프라인의 불편한 점을 온라인으로 이용함으로써 해결하게 되었다. 디지털 콘텐츠의 발달로 인해 다양한 분야에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 이용하여 오프라인 시스템을 대체하게 되었다. 기존의 오프라인 온라인 도서관의 경우 사용자가 직접 도서관을 방문하여 이용해야 하고 도서관이 보유하고 있는 책의 종류가 적고, 부족한 장서로 인한 불편함이 있다. 이를 디지털 콘텐츠화하여 e-Book으로 이용하게 되었으며, 온라인으로 디지털화된 콘텐츠를 이용함으로써 편리하게 도서관을 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 디지털 콘텐츠의 공유가 쉽다는 특성으로 인해 무분별한 유포로 출처를 찾기 어렵고, 해당 콘텐츠의 저작권 문제, 무단 복제로부터 안전한 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스를 이용하고, 콘텐츠를 암호화하여 DRM 시스템을 이용하여 무단 배포를 방지하고 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 안전하고 편리한 온라인 도서관을 이용하도록 하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Information society, which requires knowledge-workers having creative and active problem-solving ability, needs development of on-line educational contents technique from existing teacher-oriented to learner-oriented education. 본 연구에서는 온라인 상에서 대학학위 과정 교육을 목적으로 제작된 외국어 콘텐츠의 웹 아이덴티티 규명의 필요성과 규명된 웹 아이덴티티와 학습동기유발간의 상관관계를 연구하는데 중점을 둔다. 본 연구에서 채택된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠는 타 교육 분야보다 각 민족 언어의 아이덴티티가 시각적으로 재현되는 방식이 다양하다는 점에서 연구대상으로 부각되었다. 본 연구는 기존에 제시된 바 있는 웹 아이덴티티 분석 기준에서 출발하여 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 측면에서 이를 적용 및 재해석하고, 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 의 웹 아이덴티티 기준을 추가하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4년제 학사 학위를 수여하는 국내 0 사이버대학교의 외국어 교육 콘텐츠(영어, 일어, 중국어)의 사례를 웹 아이덴티티를 구현하는 세부 요소--시각디자인측면, 사운드측면, 인터페이스측면--에 맞추어 분석을 시도하였다. 또한 웹 아이덴티티가 적용된 각 외국어 교육 콘텐츠의 교육 효과 획득을 위한 학습동기유발 효과와의 상관관계를 알기 위하여 웹 아이덴티티가 적용, 제작된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠와 웹 아이덴티티가 적용되지 않은 채 제작된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠 간의 주의력, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 등 학습동기유발 효과를 비교하는 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 온라인 외국어 교육 콘텐츠에 있어서 웹 아이덴티티의 개발과 적용이 외국어 교육 효과를 높이는 학습동기유발에 유의미한 역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다.

This study is aimed at identifying the possibility and effectiveness of teaching methods education for professors through the development of online teaching content and providing important implications for future online teaching content development and utilization strategies by looking at the differences in the experience and needs of professors who have taken online teaching content. A university surveyed 83 professors who took the seven teaching contents developed between 2015 and 2018, and took them from 2017 to 2019. As a result of the study, professors often took online teaching content for self-development purposes, were satisfied with the overall content, and cited the low psychological burden and resistance of education through personal learning, and the possibility of repeated learning online. The differences between importance and execution in content composition, the areas of statistically significant difference were easy-to-understand delivery, appropriate and sufficient examples, interest and motivation, facilitating interaction between learners, appropriate difficulty, reflection of current trends, appropriate presentation order and ethical composition. The importance level recognized by professors in the area was higher than execution level. In conclusion, opinions for improving online teaching content were appropriate and sufficient examples in the area of content composition, interest and motivation, and reflection of the latest trends. In the area of ease of use, there was stable playback, relay function, and location-independent.

비실시간 온라인 수업은 학습자가 원하는 시간에 학습을 할 수 있고, 공간의 제약이 없다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 실시간으로 이루어지는 수업이 아니다 보니 수업 콘텐츠에 문제가 있거나, 설명이 부족한 부분에 대한 학습자들의 의견이 교수자에게 전달하는 것에 한계점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 수업 콘텐츠를 듣는 학습자들의 피드백 정보를 교수자에게 전달하는 시스템을 제안한다. 학습자에게는 온라인 녹화 수업 콘텐츠를 정지했을 시 정지 사유를 조사하고, 정지 사유와 정지한 콘텐츠의 시간 정보를 교수자에게 전달할 수 있고, 교수자에게는 학습자들의 온라인 녹화 수업 영상의 피드백 정보와 정지시간을 교수자에게 그래프로 나타내어 한눈에 수업 콘텐츠의 문제점이 많은 부분을 파악할 수 있게 해서 전달한다. 교수자는 피드백을 반영해 콘텐츠를 재업로드하여 질 높은 수업 콘텐츠로 인해 학습자들은 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

College's existence is threatened through the decreasing of students, even though it made big growing. In these situations, College makes on-line contents for promotion and announce information of college. However, previous research has limit about statistic theory with influence of application and registration with an applicant for admission to a college. In this paper, we analyze difference of application and registration in period of application, and find the difference recognize rate with students by period of application.
