과학기자들은 '엠바고제도가 보도에 필요한 준비를 할 수 있는 충분한 시간을 주기 때문에 쓸모가 있는 제도'로 보고 있다. 그러나 엠바고제도에 대한 비판적인 과학자가 많다. 미국의 물리학과 천문학 분야의 저널들은 한때 엠바고정책을 유지해왔으나 차츰 완화하고 있으며 미 화학회는 논문공개방법을 바꾸는 새로운 온라인 출판정책을 채택했다. 또 의학ㆍ생물학저널들도 논문의 신속한 공개를 위해 웹과 인터넷을 사용하고 있어 일부 과학자들은 '온라인 프리프린트는 엠바고제도를 퇴물로 만들었다'고 주장하고 있다.

온라인 게임 서비스의 약관과 관련하여 실무상 많은 분쟁이 있는 쟁점으로서 약관과 운영정책이 어떠한 방식과 절차를 거쳐야지만 게임 운영정책이 계약의 내용이 될 수 있는 지와, 게임 서비스 운영정책의 운용과 관련하여 자주 분쟁이 발생하는 영역으로서 게임 봇(Bot)을 이용한 게임 이용자와의 법적 분쟁 시 게임 이용자의 행위를 증명하기 위하여 어떠한 데이터를 기록하고 관리하여야 하는 지에 대하여 살펴보았다.

On-line shopping allows consumers to order goods via internet and receive them at homes or workplaces. Emergence of online shopping industry has brought the changes in the structure of freight industry, in the location selection pattern of industrial clusters and in the consumer's travel pattern. This trend is likely to continue, especially in Korea, as the society sees increases in women's participation in workforce, in population of the elder and in production pattern of manufacturing individually customized goods. Despite on-line shopping's heavy influence on travel demand, no study on this particular topic has been done yet, and thus the effect of on-line shopping on travel demand has not been properly reflected on policy making process. This paper suggests the transportation strategy to cope with this change based on the analysis of the effect of on-line shopping on personal travel demand.

In this paper, the first online journalism in South Korea on the research itself in reality only have 3, only 2 cases in the United States the study of online journalism, in online journalism for the public to feel the necessity of research. These online agents not journalist the role of public journalism, the media can perform that role, we felt the need for the rest. In the process of the last 16 presidential election, as reported in South Korea of journalism online newspapers will want to research about the policy.

This study analyzed the different needs between the after-school programs of elementary schools in metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas to understand the areas that need addressing to meet with the requisites of the programs. To this end, this study conducted a survey among teachers with experience in after-school management (n=233), and the needs and performance recognized by teachers were analyzed in the IPA model matrix. To sum up the results, 'Online educational infrastructure', 'Efficient administrative operation', and 'Supply of professional after-school instructors' were identified as the prior needs in metropolitan area. On the other hand, non-metropolitan area, 'Supply of professional after-school instructors', 'Quality educational contents', and 'Online educational infrastructure' were identified as the prior requisites to be addressed. Based on research findings, the study suggested implications in developing and implementing related policies. Research findings will be expected to refer as baseline data for activating after-school online program operations and improving its programs to meet with the different needs of regions.

본 연구는 대학도서관을 중심으로 전자 정보서비스의 현황을 파악하고 이용자와 사서의 인식을 조사하여 도입 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학도서관에 온라인 실시간정보서비스의 운영방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이론적 연구와 실증적 연구에서 분석된 결과를 기초로 하여 계획, 정책, 실행의 측면으로 운영방안을 제시하였다. 서비스와 이용자의 특성을 고려한 계획과 기존 전자 정보서비스를 반영한 정책을 기반으로 효율적 교육 및 홍보와 평가를 통한 실행이 요구된다.

본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 기술을 통해 원격의료 원격진료 원격검침 원격제어 등 편리한 생활이 가능하고, 대화형 TV VOD(Video On Demand) 온라인 게임 등의 각종 오락을 가정에서 편리하게 즐길 수 있어 여가 시간을 효율적으로 활용 가능하게 하여 즐거운 가정을 이룰 수 있다. 방범 방재 안전한 개인 정보 관리 등을 통해 개인 및 가정의 프라이버시를 보장받고, 도난 재난 등을 24시간 방지하여 안전한 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 양방향 홈쇼핑 홈뱅킹 에너지 관리 등 개인의 경제 활동을 가정에서 처리하고 전기 가스 등의 공공 자원을 외부에서 효율적으로 관리함으로써 윤택한 가정을 누릴 수 있는 국내외 홈네트워크 기술 동향 및 국내 기술개발 정책에 대해 연구하였다.

정보기술의 발달에 따라 교육분야의 변화는 교수자 중심에서 배우는 학습자 중심으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 변화하는 사업환경의 요소들 중 기업교육에서 웹 기반온라인교육에 대한효과를 조사 하고자하였다. 또한 웹 기반교육의 수강생, 교육환경 요소, 학습자료와의 상호작용을 통한 교육의 영향을 파악하려고 한다. 본 연구결과는 강의의 구성내용과 기술적인 지원은 수강생에 따라 교육실현 정도와 연구 성취도에 영향을 미치고, 강의의 구성을 통하여 교육의 만족도와 효과에 대하여 빠른 학습 능력을 발휘하고, 수강생이 온라인 교육에 대하여 긍정적인 태도를 가진다면 교육효과에 긍정적인 영향을 발휘하고, 수업의 만족도에 대해서도 긍정적인 영향을 발휘한다는 것을 알았다.
