This study aims to analyze the preference factors of the Korean MZ generation with regards to the online programs developed by museums abroad during the COVID-19 pandemic. World renown museums such as the British Museum, the National Gallery of London, Van Gogh Museum, J. Paul Getty Museum, Hasting Contemporary, Uffizi Gallery, and the Guggenheim Museum tackled the social-distancing situation with various creative online programs and events to continue their role as socially relevant institutions. Ten acclaimed programs conducted by these museums were shown to the Korean MZ generation, the most digitally savvy and frequent visitors to museums, to extract their responses to the various types of programs. The study showed that the Korean MZ generation prefer online programs which most closely reflect the onsite experience of a museum, and online contents with educational elements.

The willingness of online music users to pay is the key to the protection of music copyright and the sustainable development of the industry. This paper aims to study the influencing factors of online music users' willingness to pay based on exploratory analysis. Based on the theory of customer perceived value, the unified theory of technology acceptance and use, and the theory of fan enthusiasm, the research model is constructed. Validate the obtained 583 valid data. Through analysis, I got that perceived value, interpersonal influence, fan enthusiasm, and personal payment awareness directly affect online music users' willingness to pay; practical value and hedonic value have a positive impact on perceived value, and the impact of economic cost and compilation cost has not reached a significant level; Online word-of-mouth negatively moderates the impact of perceived value on users' willingness to pay for music. Music platforms can formulate operating policies based on this.

The scale of e-procurement through online shopping malls of public institutions including government comprehensive shopping malls is increasing day by day. This study aims to examine how public officials evaluate products, delivery, and post service of online shopping malls for public institutions and to explore ways of improving their satisfaction. The results from a survey conducted among public officials of public institutions who have experience using online shopping malls of public institutions showed generally high satisfaction levels, although there was dissatisfaction with product diversity. Perception of delivery quality was generally positive, but there was room for improvement in delivery service. Furthermore, employing structural equation modeling, the study examined the influences on satisfaction and intention to reuse. Perceived product quality, delivery quality, and delivery service quality were confirmed to influence satisfaction considerably. Therefore, more efforts should be directed towards managing the information and quality of products to prevent returns, exchanges, and repairs and, in case of issues, handling them promptly and transparently.

ICT-convergence cluster is considered as critical policy means because it can create higher value-added products and services in the era of creative economy. Previous research has focused on comprehensive ICT-convergence cluster strategy based on Porter's diamond model. This paper adopted AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model and investigated a specific domain of government supporting policies related to non-R&D support. For two weeks, we gathered and analyzed 181 data from companies located in Chungbuk province. The results showed that support for technology, commercialization, and participation conditions positively leads to companies' interest in ICT-convergence cluster, which, in turn, makes positive impact on their intention to participate in it. It is significant that this paper verified AIDA model in the Government-to-Business(G2B) context. Future research will need to adapt AIDA model to national projects.

This paper examines the influence of neutralization techniques and voluntary actions on intention to comply information security policy. Data were collected through an online survey and hypothesis results were all hypotheses were supported. The results of this study improve understanding on the voluntary nature of employee behavior for participating in the organization's policies and the rationalization of the employees trying weakening the organization's policy intentions. The organization shoud implement specific education and training in order to suppress the rationalization of employees and develop a plan to have a kinship with the employees of the organization.

Collection development policies(CDP) are becoming increasingly important to libraries of all types and sizes. The paper addresses the elements to develop a collection development policy to guide the librarians for the science and technology information resources. Instead of focusing on how well a given item fits into or supports the collection, the policy gives general guidance on the selection of information resources. The general collection development guidelines for the information resources include relevance and potential use of the information, demand for the information, ease of use of the product, subject and magnitudes, stability of the coverage of the resource, longevity of the information and evaluation mechanism.

교육은 끊임없는 대화로 이루어지므로 웹을 통한 온라인 학습 시스템에서도 사회적 상호작용이 활발히 일어날 수 있는 환경을 만드는것이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인터넷을 활용한 효과적인 문제 해결학습을 위해 플랫폼 독립적인 상호작용도구를 이용하는 웹 기반의 문제 해결학습시스템을 개발하였다. 문제 해결 모델은 학교 현장에서 학습효과를 증진시키기 위한 문제 해결 학습 모형으로 전문가 모둠 활동과 향상점수를 활용하여 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문제해결을 위한 핵심적인 기법이라고 할 수 있는 문제분석과 결정분석 두 가지 기법을 중심으로 학습 프로그램 내용을 조직하고 지원하는 여러 가지 기능을 개발하였다.

2003 년에 정부에서 여러 가지 활동과 2004 년 1월에는 산업자원부에서 'e- Learning 산업발전법' 을 공표함으로써 e- Learning 산업의 앞날이 밝아오고 있다. 하지만 아직은 전통적인 교육보다 e-Learning이 일반적으로 성과나 만족도가 떨어진다는 연구가 지배적이다 [1, 17] 이러한 상황에서 e-Learning을 확산한다는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이것은 e-Learning을 경험하는 학습자들의 만족을 통하여 e-Learning의 확산을 촉진할 수 있는데, 이를 위하여 e-Learning 환경에서 학습자들이 어떠한 요인들로써 만족을 느낄 수 있는지 알아보아야 한다. 학습자의 특성에 따라 만족도에 미치는 요인들을 찾아내어 학습자의 특성에 맞게 관리를 해줌으로써 온라인 환경에서 학습자들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있어야 한다.

최근 모바일 장치의 발전으로 인하여 이동 객체의 위치를 기반으로 하는 위치 기반 서비스(LBS:Location Based Service)가 발전되고 있다. 위치 기반 서비스에서는 이동객체의 위치 정보가 시간의 흐름에 따라 그 변화량이 방대하게 증가되기 때문에 대용량 데이터를 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 데이터베이스 시스템은 하나의 서버가 모든 처리를 담당하므로 동시 사용자 수가 제한되고, 사용자의 수가 증가할수록 성능이 저하된다. 특히, 사용자 질의의 급증에 대해 유연하게 대처하지 못해 시스템이 정지하여 서비스를 제공하지 못하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 데이터를 관리하고, 사용자 질의가 급증하여도 서비스가 계속되는 GMS/Cluster를 제안한다. 제안한 GMS/Cluster는 비공유 데이터베이스 클러스터로 독립적으로 질의를 처리할 수 있는 노드와 노드들의 묶음인 그룹으로 구성된다. GMS/Cluster는 분할 정책의 사용으로 대량의 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하여 성능이 향상되고, 복제 정책의 사용으로 서비스를 하던 노드가 정지되어도 복제본을 가진 노드가 대신 서비스를 하여 가용성이 높아지며, 서비스를 중지하지 않고 실시간으로 온라인 확장을 하여 급증하거나 접근 패턴이 변경하는 사용자 질의에 대처할 수 있다.
