  • 1990년대부터 정부정보에 대한 형태적 범위가 마이크로자료뿐만 아니라 컴퓨터매체로 처리되는 통신상의 정보까지를 포함함에 따라 정부 정보관리에 대한 새로운 개념과 제도 및 프로그램이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정부간행물을 온라인 상에서 취급할 때 과제와 문제점에 관하여 논하고, 이로써 앞으로 계획의 미비 혹은 성급한 실행으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 제시하도록 한다.

The Development of a Model for Web-based Children's literature Education (웹 기반 아동문학 교육모형 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a general model for web-based children's literature education and to validate the model. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used for the analysis of this study. The findings of this research were three point. At First, the model of web-based children's literature education have five major components i.e., objects, construction of activity, display of activity, management of it, and evaluation of it. At second, the creative writing was revealed the core of the web-based children's education. The third, web-based children's literature activity can be followed by cyber learning community activities.

  • 최근 고객관계 중시와 내부 프로세스 혁신의 대 명제 하에 경영 패러다임이 급속히 변화하고 있는데, 인터넷과 네트워크를 기반으로 하고 있는 최근의 비즈니스와 경쟁전략에 대한 연구는 대부분 새로운 비즈니스 창출이라는 측면에서 지나치게 온라인 기업들에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러한 점에서 본 연구의 주된 목적은 고객만족과 내부 프로세스 최적화라는 품질경영의 핵심원천을 지원하기 위하여 IT와 결합된 전자적 품질경영기법의 구성요소를 제시하고 주요성공요인을 파악하여, eCRM과 관련된 학술적 연구자료를 제공하고 기업의 입장에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정의 기반을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 e-비즈니스 내부활동, 업무성과, 경영성과, 그리고 상황요인으로서의 비즈니스 특성 및 정보관리 인프라간의 관계에 관한 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구모형의 분석을 통해 업무성과 향상을 위한 전자적 고객관리 활동에서 정보시스템 기능성과의 상호작용효과를 확인한 점은 본 연구에서 중요한 시사점인 동시에 기여점으로 작용하였다고 할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 온라인상에서 제공되는 다양한 정보와 기술을 사용하여 20세기민중생활사 연구단의 디지털아카이브즈 시스템을 보다 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 자료 관리를 위하여 기본적으로 더블린 코어 표준에 기초한 20세기민중생활사 디지털 아카이브즈 시스템 데이터베이스를 사용하였으며, Daum과 Naver에서 제공하는 Open API를 통하여 디지털 아카이브즈 데이터를 보다 현장감 있게 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Effects of Online Product Reviews Attributes and Site Familiarity on Consumers' Loyalty in Online Product Searching Site (온라인 상품검색사이트의 이용후기 특성과 친숙성이 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Currently, online searching sites offer a variety of services such as just sorting by price, manufacturer, sorting by release date for sale as well as the product reviews to help and enjoy online shopping provided consumers with more shopping information. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of online product reviews attributes (informativeness and usefulness) and familiarity on consumers' loyalty in online product searching site via trust and satisfaction. To identify these relationships, the secondary data or past studies were collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain the relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 8 Hypotheses were established, there was executed the survey of 175 customers. As the result of test that make the relations of used variables clear, i can get the conclusion; site familiarity and informativeness, Usefulness of online reviews have the positive effect empirically on trust building and loyalty. From the empirical test, i suggest the strategic advices in online product searching site. To increase the consumers' loyalty, it would be developed that a variety of methods and ways to raise the site familiarity and informativeness, usefulness in online product reviews. It is necessary for sticking the consumers to raise the positive trust building and satisfaction. The results of this study would help companies operating the online product searching site.

Current Status and Future Perspectives of Academic Library Online Services in the Pandemic Era (팬데믹 시대 대학도서관 온라인 정보서비스의 현황과 과제)

  • After the pandemic, universities are shifting to distance learning, and the information use environment of libraries is rapidly changing. Therefore, there is a need for academic libraries to provide learning and research support services to users in response to these changes. This study analyzed the following contents, focusing on the contents of online services of academic libraries in order to understand the services provided by academic libraries after the pandemic, 1) the current status of online information services provided by 60 academic libraries at domestic and foreign and 2) the experience and requirements for using the online information services of academic library were investigated. As a result of the study, academic libraries at domestic and foreign responded to the untact environment by providing various online information services and users showed high experience and requirements for the electronic resource service and online user education service of academic libraries after the outbreak of the pandemic. Based on the analysis of the current status of online information services provided by domestic and foreign academic libraries after the outbreak of the pandemic, as well as the experiences and requirements of university students, several strategies were proposed to improve the quality of university education and library online information services and to plan services that respond to user needs.

Information Sharing and Group Learing Using Electronic Communication Media (전자매체를 통한 정보공유와 공동학습)

  • With the introduction of Internet-based education such as online learning and virtual campuses. there are increased interests and demands for electronically delivering educational contents in comparison to the traditional educational methods. Our preilminary study showed that approximately $50\%$ of virtual groups formed online for the scope of collaborative learning encountered harriers that prevented them from forming an effective learning team and making satisfactory progress toward reaching the learning objectives. In this study, we asked the undergraduate students. who were the members of the online learning team, to work on the given discussion topics through the use of emails and threaded discussion boards. Then. we investigated the roles played by two electronic communication medium during the virtual discussion with respect to the learning outcome. We also studied how information was shared amongst the virtual learning team members. The results of our study showed that the email based online learning had the advantage of individualized and friendly information transfer. However. it also caused certain difficulty in exchanging ideas due to the one-sided nature of the email-based communication. On the other hand, the threaded discussion board provided easier information sharing and broadcasting. which enabled active participation by the virtual team members. However. It also had the disadvantage of difficulty in accurate information conveyance and duplication of the posted information. In summary, our study results showed that there was a high correlation between the characteristics of the electronic communication medium and the decision that the online learners made regarding which medium to use. There was a high correlation between the type of the electronic communication medium and the online learners' experiences in using these media.

A Study on the Status of Building Reference Shelf and Analysis of Types of Online Reference Sources in the University Library (대학도서관의 온라인 참고서가 구축현황과 온라인 참고정보원의 유형분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to investigate present status of online reference shelf and analyze access point in the home page and types of online reference sources in the university library. Data were collected by accessing home pages of 41 university libraries in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi-Do. 30 libraries had prepared reference shelf out of 41 libraries, and "User Service", "Electronic Reference Sources", or "Reference & Information Sources" were mostly used as home page menu. Types of references sources varied among libraries, and "Directories", "Dictionaries", "Statistics" or "Encyclopedias" were mostly loaded types in the reference shelf. For the enhancement of reference services through reference shelf, establishing and applying standards for evaluation, ease of access, access by subject, and continuous updates and additions of reference sources were suggested.

An Empirical Study on Price Changes in e-Commerce (인터넷상점의 가격변화에 대한 실증분석)

  • With the advancement of Internet, electronic commerce has rapidly expanded and considered as a major retail channel. In the early days of the Internet, many studies compared offline and online stores on their price level and dispersion. Since e-commerce is considered matured, we need to see price change behavior in e-commerce rather than comparing it with traditional channels. Thus, this study investigated the trend of price changes in e-commerce. The data that was gathered from a price comparison site also contained six product categories. The decrease in minimum and average price was identified and the increase in maximum price was also identified. The critical factors in the increase of maximum price are number of sellers (positive effect) and the time span after a product was released (negative effect). The differences in price changes between product categories were also investigated.

The Effect of Social Anonymity on Community Quality : Mediated by Self Expression, Self Control, and Community Ties (사회적 익명성이 커뮤니티 품질에 미치는 영향 : 표현욕구, 자기통제, 유대감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social anonymity on community quality and find out mediating factors that affect the relationship between social anonymity and community quality in online community sites. This study focuses on the factors such as self expression, self control, and community ties to investigate their mediating roles on the relationship between social anonymity and community quality. Also, discussion quality and information quality are used to measure online community quality. The results of this study show that social anonymity is directly related to discussion quality but not related to information quality. As for the mediating effects, self expression, self control and community ties are all shown to have strong mediating effects on the social anonymity and community quality relationship.
