The Analysis regarding Inducing and Hindering Factors of Online Fashion Product Browsing

  • In this study, I analyzed the inducing and hindering factors of online shopping malls on browsers in the process of browsing fashion products in online shopping malls. In-depth interviews were conducted by presenting browsing-related questions to women in their 20s and 50s who are interested in browsing fashion products online. Based on the answers of the interviewees, using grounded theory, we analyzed and presented six factors such as price factor, promotion factor, purchase review factor, visual information factor, product information factor, and service factor. Based on inducing and hindering factors to browsing analyzed in this study, a strategy to design a browsing environment in terms of shopping malls was suggested, which will be helpful for practical strategies and marketing in related industries. Basic data will be presented in a thesis on a new type of shopping mall browsing environment related to the rapidly developing information and communication technology. In addition, the negative emotions experienced in relation to the detrimental factors of shopping malls in the browsing process are expected to be helpful in researching fashion product browsing related to consumer psychology.

MVC Implementation of Online Digital Contents Shopping Mall (온라인 디지털 컨텐츠 쇼핑몰의 MVC 기반 구현)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 컨텐츠를 판매하는 쇼핑몰에서 각 컨텐츠에 대해서 개별적으로 신용카드 기반으로 결제/판매할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 PHP 기반 쇼핑몰 전반부(front-end)와 Spring MVC 기반 쇼핑몰 후반후(Back-end)를 분리하여 구현하였다. 전반부에서는 기본적으로 판매되는 각 디지털 컨텐츠를 분류별로 보여주는 기능을 구현하였고, 후반부에서는 각 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상세정보를 보여주며 신용카드 결제/IP 기반 접속제한/로깅(logging) 기능 등을 제공하도록 하였다. 특정 디지털 컨텐츠를 온라인으로 결제시에는 그로부터 24시간내에는 몇 번이고 다운로드 할 수 있도록 서비스 하기 위해서, E-rnail을 통한 인증코드(access code)를 제공하는 기능도 구현하였다. 또한, 이러한 구현을 Spring MVC 3.0 기반 구조에 의거하여 구현함으로써, 향후 시스템 유지보수성을 획기적으로 향상시켰다.

A Study on the Influence of Digital Experience Factors on Purchase Intention and Loyalty in Online Shopping Mall - Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Flow - (온라인 쇼핑몰에서 디지털 경험요인이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 플로우의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the effects that digital experience factors influence on purchase intention and the purchase. The study targeted an online shopping mall with a strong digital experience value among industries. The research model was derived by adding variables to independent and mediating variables according to the industry context of online shopping which is based on the theoretical background and previous studies. Product variety, price efficiency, convenience and conversation were used by terms of digital marketing mix as independent variables. Personalization has been very important factor in online shopping malls, and therefore added as a independent variable. Flow has been added as a mediating variable. Purchase and purchase intention has been used as dependent variables. For empirical testing of established research models and generalization of research results, research was conducted on online shopping malls where digital experiences are important. To do this, a survey was conducted for existing users of online shopping malls. In hypothesis testing, the hypothesis was established that product diversity, price efficiency, convenience, conversation and personalization influenced the intention to purchase online shopping. In particular, the product diversity and conversation variable were tested as the most influential factors on purchase intention. For price efficiency and personalization there were no statistically significant effect. Flow has been shown to be a partial mediator between Product variety and purchase intention in online shopping. In particular, in the case of personalization, it was tested to have a significant influence on purchase intention only when there was a flow experience called pleasure and immersion. This is because the flow experience of pleasure and immersion has played a full mediating role and significantly has affected the purchase intention, because the consumers themselves have to carry out the overall purchase journey without human help due to the nature of online. In the digital experience economy, since consumers are mostly digital consumers, where communication and sharing are the basics, they have been conducting digital word-of-mouth communication and sharing naturally before purchasing. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications were suggested.

  • Following the increase in the supply of smartphones and the increase in the use of wireless Internet, the online shopping environment is also changing into mobile shopping. However, the domestic mobile shopping services fall short of people's expectations compared to desktop Internet shopping malls. These are mainly due to the restricted screen size and inconvenient data entry of mobile devices, the slow Internet speed, and other restrictive conditions. Accordingly, in this paper, the usability of three main domestic mobile shopping malls was evaluated using a heuristic evaluation method. The factors that must be considered when producing a mobile website, the consideration for the mobile users, and the main functions of a shopping mall, were considered to define an evaluation form. The results of the evaluation were then analyzed to propose the problems of mobile shopping malls and the directions for their improvement.

  • The Internet has brought many changes in our daily lives. Now the recognition on the Internet fashion shopping matt has increased and it requires scientific and systematic research to understand the Internet fashion marketing system more correctly and to strengthen the marketing activity at the virtual space. A big shortcoming of an Internet fashion mall is that the consumers can't wear clothes themselves. Currently there is no system to cover the shortcoming, It would be nice if a 3D avata wears the clothes on behalf of a consumer after inputting the information of physical sizes of a consumer. The consumers can select many clothes, accessories and even the background. After establishing a complete virtual fashion shopping mall, the consumers who sue the Internet fashion shopping mall could wear the clothes at an online shop establishing an online shopping environment. It will be a sole way to ensure the trust of the consumers. This paper studies the read in reflection by PC camera and sample the edge detection. Virtual fitting system that wears virtual fitting model some clothes is establishment.

  • 최근 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 활성화 되면서 각 쇼핑몰의 카테고리 분류 체계에 대한 사용자의 접근 편이성이 중요한 요소로 부각되었다. 따라서, 카테고리 분류체계에 대한 사용성 평가를 통하여 각 카테고리의 타당성 검증 및 개선에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 D 쇼핑몰의 각 카테고리 항목을 대상으로 카드 소팅 기법을 실시하여 새로운 카테고리 분류체계를 제안하였다. 뿐만 아니라 기존의 카테고리와 새로 제안된 카테고리의 사용성 평가를 실시하여 비교 및 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 기존 온라인 쇼핑몰의 카테고리의 분류 체계를 재정립하며, 사용자 중심의 인포메이션 아키텍처를 설계하는데 활용 가능할 것이다.

  • 최근 비교 쇼핑 에이전트 기술을 적용하여 소비자가 원하는 상품을 최적의 가격으로 구매할 수 있도록 여러 쇼핑몰들의 상품 정보를 검색해 주는 비교 쇼핑 사이트들이 등장하고 있다. 이들 비교 쇼핑 사이트들 각각이 인터넷상의 모든 쇼핑몰 정보를 수집하는 것이 아니므로, 소비자들이 상품에 대해 최저 가격을 알기 위해서는 각 비교 쇼핑 사이트를 방문해야 한다. 그리고 온라인 검색의 경우, 상품에 대한 정보를 쇼핑몰들이 출력해 주는 형태대로 보여주기 때문에 소비자가 자기가 원하는 상품에 대한 가격 비교가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 각 비교 쇼핑 사이트에 동시에 상품 정보 검색을 요청하여 해당 상품의 최저 가격을 제공할 수 있는 메타-비교 쇼핑 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 가공 에이전트(Processing agent)가 있어 쇼핑몰들의 출력을 사용자가 원하는 상품에 대한 가격 정보만을 여과하여 보여준다.

Effects of Shopping Motivation Factors on Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on the Companion Animal Online Shopping Mall (쇼핑동기요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 반려동물 온라인 쇼핑몰을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is, for the first time in Korea, to examine the effects of companion animal online shopping motivation factors on customer satisfaction. In addition, we analyzed the moderating effect of the number of companion animals raised. The factor analysis of survey data yields the following five dimensions: convenience, economic, hedonistic, product characteristics, and information-knowledge shopping motivation. Multiple regression analysis shows that both convenience shopping motivation and information-knowledge shopping motivation have significant positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that there is a moderating effect of the number of companion animals raised on the relationship between information-knowledge and customer satisfaction.

  • 시각장애인이 이미지로 구성된 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 정보를 얻기 어려운 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 이미지 텍스트 변환 알고리즘 연구를 진행하였다. 해당 연구를 기반으로 개발한 어플리케이션 <들리네>는 쇼핑몰 홈페이지로부터 정보를 수집하고, 이미지 속 텍스트를 추출하여 전처리 및 음성 변환 과정을 거쳐 사용자에게 제공한다. <들리네>는 사용자가 이미지 정보로 이루어진 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 명확한 정보를 편리하게 얻는 것을 목표로 한다.
