The purpose of this study is to explore the trend of blockchain technology through analysis of patents and news articles using text mining, and to suggest the blockchain policy agenda by grasping social interests. For this purpose, 327 blockchain-related patent abstracts in Korea and 5,941 full-text online news articles were collected and preprocessed. 12 patent topics and 19 news topics were extracted with latent dirichlet allocation topic modeling. Analysis of patents showed that topics related to authentication and transaction accounted were largely predominant. Analysis of news articles showed that social interests are mainly concerned with cryptocurrency. Policy agendas were then derived for blockchain development. This study demonstrates the efficient and objective use of an automated technique for the analysis of large text documents. Additionally, specific policy agendas are proposed in this study which can inform future policy-making processes.

This study aimed to determine the changes of awareness and preference of dental hygienists according to the experience of using a digital intraoral scanner through a convergence study. Data collected by an online survey for dental hygienists in Busan, Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 program. When dental hygienists had an experience of using a digital intraoral scanner, the awareness and preference of digital intraoral scanners were significantly higher. The experience of using a digital intraoral scanner showed a positive correlation with the clinical application experience of digital intraoral scanners; the clinical application experience of digital intraoral scanners, with the awareness of digital intraoral scanners; and the awareness of digital intraoral scanners, with the preference of digital intraoral scanners. In conclusion, the dental hygienist's experience in clinical application of digital intraoral scanners is expected to increase the awareness and preference, resulting in the improvement of dental hygienists' work ability. Therefore, it is believed that continuous education and learning about digital oral scanners are needed.

최근 인터넷을 중심으로 한 전자정보 통신의 발달은 종래의 연속간행물 출판과 배포에 새로운 국면을 제공하고 있는데 바로 전자형태의 저널 및 잡지의 출현이다. 특히 디지털도서관의 출현으로 대부분의 학술잡지들을 인쇄본과 함께 전자형태로 출판하는 추세에 있으며, 이러한 추세에 맞추어 각 출판사, 대학, 연구소 및 전운정보센터에서는 학술지를 중심으로 대부분의 자료들을 디지털화하여 온라인으로 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 주요 도서관들이 이러한 새로운 정보매체, 즉 전자형태의 저널 및 잡지를 수용하는데 있어서 한정된 예산으로 해당 도서관들이 필요로 한 전자저널과 전자잡지를 선별·수집할 때 적용할 수 있는 평가요소를 연구하였다.

This paper also suggests the Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery which is suited to domestic environments in order to solve these problems and promote safe and convenient transmission of the electronic evidences. The suggested Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery is the system that submit digital evidences to Court's Sever through the Internet using Public Key Infrastructure and Virtual Private Network, and solves the problems - such as privileged and privacy data, trade secret of company, etc.

This study aims to verify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between online social relations service utilization(PC, mobile) and life satisfaction for middle-aged and Older Adults. For this purpose, the '2017 Digital Devide Survey' data collected by the National Information Society Agency was used, and among 2,300 middle-aged and Older Adults aged 55 or older, 1,488 people using the Internet were selected as the final analysis target. Then, using the structural equation, the mediating effect of social support was verified in the between online social relations service utilization and life satisfaction. As a result, it was verified that higher levels of mobile-based social relations service utilization have a positive effect on social support and life satisfaction. Also, it was confirmed that social support has a mediating effect in the relationship between the utilization of mobile-based social relations service and life satisfaction. However, the utilization of PC-based social relations services did not show to affect social support and life satisfaction. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as basic data for practical measures to increase the connection between mobile-based social relationship service education and social support promotion education for middle-aged and Older Adults. In addition, the study is meaningful in that it overcomes the limitations of measuring the use of online social relations services as one, and selects tools that are practically effective by dividing them into mobile and PC.

This study aims to investigate the online class preference depending on students' gender and school level. To achieve this aim, the study conducted a survey on 4,803 elementary, middle, and high school students in 17 regions nationwide. The valid data of 4,524 were then analyzed using the Apriori algorithm to discern the associated patterns of the online class preference corresponding to their gender and school level. As a result, a total of 16 rules, including 7 from elementary school students, 4 from middle school students, and 5 from high school students were derived. To be specific, elementary school male students preferred software-based classes whereas elementary female students preferred maker-based classes. In the case of middle school, both male and female students preferred virtual experience-based classes. On the other hand, high school students had a higher preference for subject-specific lecture-based classes. The study findings can serve as empirical evidence for explaining the needs of online classes perceived by K-12 students. In addition, this study can be used as basic research to present and suggest areas of improvement for diversifying online classes. Future studies can further conduct in-depth analysis on the development of various online class activities and models, the design of online class platforms, and the female students' career motivation in the field of science and technology.

This study aims to provide basic data for the development of teaching methods to improve the performance confidence of performing core basic nursing skills in nursing students while availing of online education owing to COVID-19. Data were collected from 146 students in the Department of Nursing at N University located in C city. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, difference, correlation analysis, and multiple regression by using SPSS 23.0 program.. The subjects' performance confidence of core basic nursing skills was dependent on self-directed learning readiness (r=.368, p<.001), intrinsic goal motivation (r=.232, p=.005), extrinsic goal motivation (r=.344, p<.001), task value (r=.237, p=<.001), control of learning beliefs (r=.262, p=<.001), and self-efficacy for learning and performance (r=.443), p<.001) with a significant positive correlation. The results indicate that the factors influencing the subjects' performance confidence of core basic nursing skills were the 4th grade (β=0.413, p<.001), extrinsic goal motivation (β=0.307, p<.001), and self-efficacy for learning and performance (β=0.316, p=.005), and the explanatory power was 35.8% (F=8.354, p<.001). The research results showed that it is necessary to develop and apply various online-centered teaching and learning methods to increase the extrinsic goal motivation and self-efficacy for learning and performance of nursing students to enhance their performance confidence of core basic nursing skills. This will serve as a basis for preparing effective online centered nursing education strategies to improve performance confidence of core basic nursing skills.

Rapid technological innovation led by digitization has significantly changed the business of digital content goods, and has led to the emergence of new forms of services, such as music streaming. However, whether the streaming service is a threat to the traditional downloading service is still under debate. In this study, we examine whether music downloading is a substitute for or a complement to music streaming by investigating the moderating effects of LTE technology penetration. Using a unique dataset on the online music market from a dominant music platform in Korea, we found that music downloading services are complementary to music streaming services, but this complementary relationship is significantly and positively moderated by the introduction of LTE technology.

This study aims to propose considerations for improving search services in local archives. In this study, evaluation areas and factors were derived through the analysis of previous research and case studies of finding aids and archival contents in local archives. Afterward, an interview was conducted with five experts to verify the developed evaluation area and factors. Through the evaluation factors and considerations suggested in this study, it will be possible to objectively identify the search service of the institution. In addition, it is expected that practitioners can use it as basic data in the future, and furthermore, it will help improve the search service.

The purpose of this study was to examine the operation status of digital literacy programs for the elderly in public libraries and to understand the perception of librarians in charge of the programs in order to suggest plans to improve them in Korean public libraries. To this end, this study performed the following: first, the status of digital literacy programs in 157 public libraries across Korea was examined and analyzed. Second, digital literacy programs provided for older adults by overseas public libraries were explored. Third, an online survey was conducted with 92 librarians in charge of library programs at Korean public libraries. Based on the results, this study suggested plans to improve older adults' digital literacy programs in public libraries in terms of operational and content aspects. This study is expected to provide basic data for the operation of older adults' digital literacy programs in Korean public libraries.
