Recently, the number of People who want to study by online has been gradually increased. In addition, people's desire is increasing that represents their special knowledge and personality with new paradigm of UCC(User Created Contents). Most of the educational web-sites offer currently boring and unified educational contents without interesting objects. Therefore I want to solve these problems of existing online educational web-sites and I strongly propose the method of design to make the place educational and useful that everyone can enjoy and manifest the user's dispositions. On this study, it's possible to make pleasant environment and improve educational effects on cyber space by designing it in accordance with the individual tastes which have various design elements, beauties and facilities by the customized design method. As a result, this study proposes the model of online educational web-site having various interfaces and focusing on the customized design.

A syllabus can be considered to be a masterplan for good educational results. This study tries to diagnose the current status of landscape architectural design education and suggest improvement strategies for better landscape design courses through the analysis of the syllabi of mid-level landscape design studio classes collected from the four-year undergraduate programs. The findings and suggestions are as follows. First, it is necessary to take advantage of a syllabus as a contract as well as a plan and a learning tool. Second, it is crucial to make more detailed statement from the perspectives of learners. Third, more customized components for design courses should be developed; the syllabus should give the structure of a design class as an integration and synthesis of other courses. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the interrelationship and relevance among the components, especially between course objectives and evaluation criteria, and course activities and references. Fifth, a syllabus needs to function as a communication tool in a flexible manner. Sixth, a syllabus needs to give a comprehensive information about the site and the design project. Finally, instructors need to introduce a set of detailed evaluation rubrics or criteria acceptable to students in order to increase the fairness and transparency of the evaluation.

The purpose of this study was to use Google Classroom for Cooking Practice Subject. We would like to present a practice class operation method suitable for the current educational environment and conditions. If the Untact Class in the Practice Subject is conducted in the future, we want to cultivate the core competencies and practical skills of the major. In addition, Q Methodology, which can be extracted by type, was applied by analyzing subjective opinions or perception structures for the cooking major students who are currently experiencing the curriculum. The survey period was conducted from March 23 to April 30, 2020 for first-year Cooking Major students taking the Cooking Practice Subject. Type 1 (N=11): Development of cooking training kit, Type 2 (N=7): Special lectures from industry experts, Type 3 (N=7): Development of practice form self-directed learning, respectively. Based on this study, it is expected to contribute to the Q Methodology on the development of the curriculum for the operation of the cooking practice subject, the effectiveness of education, and the application of learning methods.

The objective of this study is to examine the factors affecting adolescents' intention to buy e-Learning web site, expecially focuses on the moderating effect of adolescents's conformity. The main results are as follows. First, teacher's ability, personalized service, easy for service search, interaction between students, service revival for joining e-Learning sites affect intention to buy e-Learning web site through perceptual usefulness, except for entertainment. Second, perceptual usefulness has positive effect on intention to buy. Third, According to conformity, personalized service has different effect on perceptual usefulness. The result shows higher in high conformity group than low conformity group. It means e-Learning companies should focus on reference group or special group to effect their marketing strategy on adolescents. Lately, preceded studies investigated using SERVQUAL or SERVERF which were suit to offline. But, this study found e-Learning factors which are suitable to online. So, the factors and the results are more useful to e-Learning companies.

온라인상에서 발생하는 혐오 표현은 사회가 직면한 주요 문제 중 하나이다. 이러한 필요성에 입각해, 최근 인공지능을 활용하여 발화에 대한 교화 목적을 가진 대응 발화 쌍을 통해 혐오 표현에 대한 실질적인 완화를 진행하는 연구들이 생겨나고 있다. 그러나 각 혐오 표현에 적합한 대응 발화의 구축은 다수의 전문 인력이 요구되므로 데이터를 구축함에 있어 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되며 대응 발화 생성 또한 어려운 문제로 여겨진다. 해당 문제를 완화하기위해, 본 논문은 사전에 기 구축되어 있는 혐오 표현 데이터를 기반으로 의미 기반 검색을 적용하여 자동으로 데이터를 증강할 수 있는 쉽고 빠른 데이터 증강 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로세스의 타당성과 증강된 문장의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사전학습 모델을 기반으로 비교 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 프로세스를 적용하였을 시, 그렇지 않은 모델 대비 높은 폭의 성능 향상을 보였다.

It is necessary for the engineering students to have a business mind for the contemporary world of business. We developed a focused management education program for engineering students in C-University. The management education program consists of both on-line and off-line learning. ABEEK requires 720 engineering students of C-University must take basic management course. The on-line lecture was developed to overcome the shortage of qualified lecturers in business school. On-line lecture made by the business school faculty(not lecturers) can evenly provide high-quality content for every engineering students. In addition, the program is designed that off-line classes administered by lecturers complements the limitations of on-line lecture. Having in mind that selected senior engineering students understand technology and basic business, we developed an advanced course focusing on technology-oriented venture businesses. On and off-line blended learning and two-step approach of management education for engineering students of C-University may shed some light on other engineering schools in similar situation.

The purpose of this study is examining the status of Education Welfare Priority Support Project and providing constructive strategies for future direction. In order to collect data, we have used on-line survey, in-depth interview personnels in charge of 17 school districts and open forum with municipal board members of education along with related literature review. As results, since 2003, the effectiveness of the Education Welfare Priority Support Project has been proved and the areas have been expanded. Furthermore, institutional stability has been confirmed along with the supports of enforcement ordinance of the Elementary and Secondary Education Acts and Ministry of Education Ordinances. However, since the management authority of the project has transferred to 17 provincial offices of education, it shows the tendency of that the overall programs were not fully activated and gradually stagnated. According to these issues, we proposed various implemental policy suggestions though the revision of Article 28 of elementary and secondary education-related law.

Click-through rate (CTR) prediction is an estimate of the probability that a user will click on a given item and plays an important role in determining strategies for maximizing online ad revenue. Recently, research has been performed to utilize CNN for CTR prediction. Since the CTR data does not have a meaningful order in terms of correlation, the CTR data may be arranged in any order. However, because CNN only learns local information limited by filter size, data arrays can have a significant impact on performance. In this paper, we propose a multi-array CNN model that generates a data array set that can extract all local feature information that CNN can collect, and learns features through individual CNN modules. Experimental results for large data sets show that the proposed model achieves a 22.6% synergy with RI in AUC compared to the existing CNN, and the proposed array generation method achieves 3.87% performance improvement over the random generation method.

This study set out to investigate internet experience effect on youth's delinquency. Specifically, internet experience means internet deviant behaviors and the frequency of the internet use including chatrooms, computer game, and pornography. Data came from Korea Youth Panel Survey 2007. Analysis methods hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, results showed that adolescents use computer every day about 2 hour 40 minutes for using internet such as chatrooms, computer game, and pornography. And 29.4% of adolescents reported internet deviance. Second, the internet use and the internet deviance influenced positively juvenile delinquency. Third, the relationship between internet use and juvenile delinquency was mediated by aggression and internet deviance. These results means that youth spend much time online every day for using internet, and engaged internet deviance. This online experience influence juvenile delinquency offline world. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

In information system research. there has been a strong interest in developing the user-centered interface. Interface metaphors have been regarded as a user friendly device of the information retrieval systems. This study is to discover overall opinions about metaphors and to evaluate the usability of metaphors used in the homepages and retrieval interfaces of academic and public libraries. It is found that some metaphors cause users to confuse because they are similar each others or don\`t have unique meaning and because some have weak relationship between texts and images of metaphors. It is necessary to develop a metaphor model suitable for the a specific interface. This study proposes to develop functional metaphors which can help users easily understand how to operate and remember the procedures, and which are based in user\`s knowledge and experiences. The organizational metaphors of a virtual community also will be considered as a new type of retrieval interfaces.
