The Effect of Perceived e-Service Quality and Other-Word of Mouth on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention - In a Family Restaurant Website (온라인 서비스품질에 대한 자신의 인지적 평가와 타인의 구전효과가 고객만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 패밀리 레스토랑 웹사이트를 대상으로)

  • The current paper aims to analyze the influence of users' self evaluation of e-service quality and others' word-of-mouth(WOM) on customer satisfaction and revisit intention in a family restaurant web site. The research model includes the constructs of service quality, WOM, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention. This study examines the hypothesized model using data from 175 college students around the Seoul metropolitan area who have visited a family restaurant as well as used its web site during the last three months. The findings show that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and a full-mediation effect between WOM and customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a significant influence on revisit intention. Family restaurants need to have an effort to manage service quality factors and social influences such as online WOM in order to use a web site as a tool of customer relationship management.

  • The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

  • 최근 온라인 학습의 비중이 증가함에 따라 온라인 학습 서비스의 일부인 온라인 상담 부분도 비례하여 증가하고 있으며, 많은 상담량으로 인해 상담 서비스의 품질이 저하되고 답변의 속도, 효율성도 감소하는 문제가 발생한다. 국내 교육기관에서는 서비스 개선과 사용자 맞춤형서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 연구를 진행하고 있으며 민원을 처리하는 챗봇 등 자동 답변 서비스 도입을 추진하고 있다. 챗봇 및 자동 답변 서비스는 서비스 제공자 입장에서 저예산으로 단순한 질문에 대하여 신속하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며 서비스 이용자는 즉각적인 답변과 유사한 답변 예시를 확인함으로 질문을 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 국가 공공기관에서 제공하는 학습 서비스는 단순하고 반복적인 문의가 많고 정형적인 질의응답이 주로 등록이 되고 있다. 자동 답변 서비스는 이런 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안이 된다. 서비스 이용자가 등록한 문의를 기반으로 학습한 답변 서비스는 담당자의 반복된 업무처리 경감과 사용자의 답변감소, 일관된 답변처리로 서비스 품질개선에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 질문에 효율적인 답변 및 민원 처리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제시하며, 관리자의 업무능력 향상과 효율성을 위해 기간별 키워드 빈도수를 계산하여 Word cloud를 생성하여 제공함으로써 사용자들에게 일정 기간 내 빈도수가 높은 키워드 관련 공지 및 안내를 할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 연구는 기술개발 품질강화 모형 설계목적으로 하며, 기술개발방향과 시장요구를 적절히 이해하고 외부협력을 통해 시너지효과를 창출할 수 있는 기술품질 확보방법을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 기술개발 품질강화모형을 위해 품질기능전개의 품질의집을 활용하였으며, 한국지질자원연구원 연구원을 대상으로 직접면담 및 온라인 설문조사방법을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지질자원기술의 사회적 수요의 중요도, 수요대응도 및 투자요구도를 제시하였다.

  • In O2O environment (Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via websites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to explore the effect of perceived service quality on consumer's trust and attitude, who have purchased products in O2O context. For testing the hypothesized research model, the current paper conducts survey and empirical test.

  • The rapid changes in the industrial environment are providing crises and opportunities for small and medium-sized export enterprises. This study focused on overseas marketing support projects, especially effective consulting support for online marketing, in response to changes in the role of SMEs. Through a survey on companies participating in the online export support project, it was analyzed that both the consultant's competence and service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction, and that satisfaction had a significant effect on corporate performance. Also, satisfaction showed some significant mediating effects. In order to achieve business results, the competence of the consultant and the quality of service must be achieved together. This study presents the criteria for determining substantive factors necessary for the improvement of export support projects, and further studies on capacity-building measures for each factor should be conducted in the future.

Online Shopping: Satisfaction of Return Services and Return Reasons According to Types of Fashion Shopping Malls (패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에 따른 반품이유와 반품물류서비스 만족도)

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

  • This study is based on the results from the previous one. It proved that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived service quality, perceived risk are the independent variables. Research model and hypotheses by using the use intention and recommended intention as the dependent variable. The results were as follows: First, perceived usefulness and perceived service quality have positive effects on use intention and recommended intention. Second, perceived risk has negative effects on use intention and recommended intention. Third, the perceived ease of use has positive effect on use intention in Social Commerce, in contrast, it has no significant effect on use intention in Online Shopping. The results of this study presented the proposal for operators at social commerce area.
