Generation United News In Education Using Knowledge Sharing Service (지식공유서비스를 활용한 세대통합형 NIE)

  • 정보생산을 촉진하는 새로운 형태의 사이버공간이 나타나면서 지식의 창출과 지식을 얻는 형태가 변화하고 있다. 최종사용자에게 웹 애플리케이션을 제공하는 컴퓨팅 플랫폼인 web 2.0의 도입으로 손쉽게 자신이 필요한 정보를 분류할 수 있는 웹 컨텐츠가 활발히 제공되고 있으며 제공된 컨텐츠를 활용하여 수많은 정보 속에서 자신만의 보석을 찾아 손쉽게 지식을 쌓아 관리를 하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유서비스는 무분별한 정보, 중복된 지식, 그리고 단순한 관리로 인해 자신이 원하는 지식을 얻기란 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상의 정보를 탐색하기 위해서 인터넷을 이용하던 네티즌들이 정보생산자로서 참여하는 공간으로 등장한 '지식공유서비스'를 기반으로 지식 창출 및 관리자로서 시니어를 활용하여 지식의 수용자로서 유아들을 위한 NIE (News In Education) 활용 교육 체계를 제안한다. 뉴스는 유아부터 성인까지 활용될 수 있는 좋은 교육 자료로서 NIE를 통하여 사고력, 논리력, 표현력, 창의력 등 여러 영역에 걸친 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히 유치원이나 학교의 교과과정에 맞추어 이러한 능력들을 더욱 배가 시킬 수 있다는 점에서 NIE가 더욱 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 융합의 결과로 인터넷 뉴스를 활용해 생활과 분리되지 않은 통합교육을 할 수 있는 SCORM 기반의 유아용 콘텐츠를 생성하여 유아 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 또한, 유아용 NIE 교육 콘텐츠는 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성하였을 때 학습 자료로도 활용된다. 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성함으로써 시니어의 일자리 창출 및 지역사회 통합과 1세대인 여성시니어와 3세대인 아동 간의 세대통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하는 것에 목적을 두고 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠를 생성하고자 한다. NIE에 생성되는 지식을 생성하고 관리하기 위한 지식 솔루션으로 위키의 기능을 추가하여 개발하고자 한다. 위키를 사용하므로 개별적으로 존재하던 지식을 공동의 지식으로 공유할 수 있으며 의견을 하나로 통합하는 과정에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 위키를 이용한 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠에서는 교수 학습 계획안 및 NIE 아이디어를 공동 작업을 통하여 효율적으로 지식을 생성할 수 있으며 여러 사람들이 여러 단계를 거치면서 하나의 정제된 지식을 생성하게 되므로 양질의 교수 학습 계획안이나 NIE 아이디어를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.

UGC를 제공하는 웹사이트의 서비스 품질이 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향

  • User Generated Content(이하 UGC)는 웹사이트 이용자에 의해 생산된 콘텐츠를 일컫는 말로, 미디어 조직에 속하지 않은 일반인들의 비직업적 활동의 산물로서 웹 공간에 공표한 콘텐츠를 의미한다. 본 연구는 UGC가 활성화되기 위해서 풀어야 할 과제를 도출하고, 도출된 요인을 바탕으로 개선된 형태의 UGC 웹 서비스 품질(Web Service Quality)의 최적화된 모형을 제시하고자 한다. UGC 웹서비스 품질은 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성 등의 6가지 요인으로 나누어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도 간에 매개 변수로서 관여도를 두어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도간의 영향 요인을 온라인상 UGC 사용 및 이용 경험이 있는 사용자 총 355명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 연구하였다. 연구 결과, UGC 웹서비스 품질 요인으로 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성은 모두 고객 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 고객 만족도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고객 만족도 또한 관여도에 영향을 미친다. 매개 변수로서 관여도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • With explosive growth in the area of the Internet and IT services, various types of e-documents are generated and circulated. An e-Document is a sort of electronic records which a organization performs works and goals. In this study, we propose a security algorithm for secure use and distribution of e-documents. Especially, the proposed method can be applied to generate digital signature which can guarantee authenticity, integrity, confidentiality of an e-document and authenticate authorized users. Also, we can get higher security level as using a smart card that provides highly storing capacity and security. We carried out an experiment to verify efficiency and security of the proposed method.

  • The purpose of this study was to systematically organize the information for the regional resources from the agricultural management entities of convergence industry in Chungcheongnam-do. The target was the Sixth Agricultural Industry Association in Chungcheongnam-do; total 70 kinds of resources were investigated. The content was organized by name of regional source, introduction, photo, company and product information, feature of product, introduction of experience program, and etc., containing the value and meaning of products in stories of the regional sources and images. The material was organized in order of grains, fruits and vegetables, marine products, livestock, Korean sauces Kimchi, fermented broth concentrates, beverages tea, and other. It was saved as pdf file to distribute to the members; it may be utilized for online promotion, product promotion in exhibition festival sales promotion, posts for bulletin board hall, and etc. but also for promotional material in overseas marketing after translating to each language.

  • The traditional barcode based medicine logistics system have the problems such as loss, management error, online track, public information due to the hand-operated logistic process. Otherwise, quick response allows that the company observe the requests consistently and design medicine and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the product stocked. In this paper, we analyzed how to process medicine circulation logistics and information steps practically and proposed the RFID based medicine logistics system for the quick response in hospital. The proposed method provided the medical history tracing service, the traditional system connection, the efficiency logistic service, and the narcotic specified management service using the medicine logistics information from RFID tag. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the productivity will be improved the efficient medicine logistics by reducing the loss as well as the management error.

  • As China has rapid economic growth and the increase of national income that makes the development of Chinese cosmetic industry has huge market potential of the industry. But most of the cosmetics market is monopolized by foreign companies, the local cosmetics production enterprises are not equipped with professional production equipment. In these reasons Chinese cosmetics have low quality, inadequate research and development, poor cosmetics brand, unclear marketing, trade and technical barriers and other issues. In order to fulfill the purpose of this paper, data analysis was carried out focusing on domestic & foreign research papers, statistics, reference books, research reports, internet websites etc. As a result of the analysis, in order to increase the export of Chinese cosmetics, it should be strengthened the development of manufacturing technology and brand creativity, eradicating illegal copies, use the online market circulation way, the construction scheme, and cosmetic technical barriers and deregulation should be through the diversification of propaganda, etc. This paper describes that the project of Chinese cosmetics export increase and find the inspirations from other products of export. But national, regional specific programs which have huge information is the future research topics.

A Study on the Development of a New OSMU Education Model Applying Local Content as a Source (지역 콘텐츠를 이용한 OSMU 교육모델 개발에 관한 연구)

  • OSMU is now one of the most important keywords in the media industry. However, how to educate future media workers who can design and implement OSMU is an unsolved problem to media educators. In order to overcome the limitations of two perspectives of OSMU, namely economic perspective and storytelling perspective, this study propose a new OSMU education model for college students. Beginning with creating local content using MediaWiki, this model consists of five phases of media windowing, including MediaWiki, smartphone application, Web design, multimedia e-magazine for tablet PC, and publication. A Chuncheon-based university has been experimenting with this new OSMU education program. MediaWiki has played important role for creating local content collaboratively. All That Chuncheon application is now on service via SKT Tstore and Chuncheon Web pages has been designed successfully. Multimedia e-magazine and book publication is under preparation. The experiment has been successful so far, mainly due to the strategic choice of local content as the source of following media window. Also students have been strongly motivated for participating in this OSMU program.

  • Most of studies concerned with on-line Brand community show that it makes users to increase their brand loyalty and brand attachment. But it wouldn't be explained that on-line brand community could be the field of consumer's public complaining in service failure. So, this study tried to focus the dimensions of negative emotions and customer characteristics that may cause relationship dissolutions in on-line brand community. The findings of the present study following as, high relationship quality of on-line brand community user directly effects negative emotions, especially, disappointment and betrayal. second, disappointment and betrayal influences the desire of revenge. Third, customer's negative reactions (for example, negative replies about the brand or public complaining in community) are mediated by customer's desire of revenge. The analysis was held with brand community customers who has been experienced service recently by using SPSS14K and Smart PLS 2.0. The study verified the structural equation model hypothesizing the between emotional factors and negative reactions. In conclusion, this article provides implications into understanding of customer's negative emotions and user's characteristics that cause negative reactions in on-line brand community. thus, this may allow marketers to have managerial insights on handling of on-line brand community independently operated by consumers.

  • Social media is divided into Owned Media, operated by companies according to information sources, and Earned Media, which third parties produce contents. Social media research developing the logic that brand-related content in social media increases awareness of potential customers and positively changes brand attitudes, resulting in increased sales and business performance. However, there are limitations in previous researches that can not fully explain the difference of media synergy effect according to the information source of social media. it is very important for the consumer to integrate media management because consumers are more likely to choose appropriate media information for the information needed at each decision making stage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of eWOM of review site and social media (owned media and earned media) on movie sales. To do this, we collected 3,589 review data from films released in 2017. The results of the study showed that eWOM of review site, social media (owned media and earned media) had a positive effect on movie sales. However, it was found that the effect of moderating eWOM of review site was different between the owned media and the earend media.

  • This study aims to examine the characteristics of news content and users' reactions in local broadcasting Youtube news' channel, and explore how the local media should response in the new online video environment. YouTube Open API sampled 3,950 news-related videos uploaded over a month on 31 YouTube news channels nationwide. The content analysis was performed on the basis of the analysis of individual videos, such as characteristics of each content and users' reactions. As a result, a few news channels have produced digital-only content, but the ratio has been very low, most were broadcast replay videos with titles and formats uploaded as they were. In some cases, it still operates as a comprehensive channel, which failed to show its expertise as an independent digital news platform. This shows that theses YouTube channels lacks differentiation from TV or its own web page, and is still skewed to the auxiliary role or online archive function of TV platform. Nevertheless, digital-only content, which can be a national issue based on regional expertise, has led to a higher number of views and users reactions, suggesting that is a realistic and effective strategy with expandability in online space in the future.
