건축물 에너지절약 설계기준 개정에 따른 온돌시스템 기술개발 방향

  • 건축물의 에너지 이용을 효율화하기 위하여 단열기준 등을 기존보다 20% 이상 강화하는 것을 골자로 하는 건축물의 에너지절약 설계기준(건설교통부 고시 제2001-118호)이 지난해 6월 1일부터 시행되고 있다. 개정 기준의 가장 큰 특징은 단열기준의 적용 부위를 외기에 직접 면한 부위와 간접 면한 부위로 구분하고, 지역을 중부와 남부, 제주도로 구분$\cdot$설정하여 부하조건과 에너지 소비특성에 따라 건축물의 단열기준을 세분화한 것이다. 특히, 종래에는 최하층 바닥에만 적용하였던 거실 바닥(온돌)의 단열기준을 중간층까지 확대$\cdot$적용하였고, 여기에 온돌시스템의 열적 특성을 고려하여 단열기준의 적용 부위를 보다 구체적으로 설정하고 있다. 따라서 종래의 온돌시스템에서 채움층으로 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 현장 타설식 경량기포콘크리트의 열전도율이 0.13W/mK 내외임을 고려한다면 현행 습식온돌시스템의 열관류율은 $1.0W/m^{2}K$ 이상이 될 것으로 예상됨으로서 앞으로 온돌시스템의 배관층 하부에 $1.0m^{2}K/W$ 이상의 열전도저항을 지닌 단열층이 구성되어야만 개정기준에서 정하는 열관류율 $0.81W/m^{2}K$(기준층 기준)의 성능과 배관하부의 열전도저항값 적용비율을 만족할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

An experimental research on the heating characteristics and the elimination of noise in electric ondol for off-peak storage use (축열형 전기온돌의 난방특성과 진동소음 제거에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 전기온돌의 안방열손실을 감소시키고 축열효과를 향상시키기 위한 방법을 검토하였으며 전기온돌에서 발생하는 진동소음을 감살시킬 수 있는 대책을 제시하였다. 저육들은 6.6[m$^{2}$] 크기의 전기온돌 model을 이용하여 건물의 구조차이와 하향열단열층의 설치유무에 따른 보온특성의 차이를 기록분석하였으며 그 결과 열전도계수가 0.03[kcal/m.hr.deg. C]정도인 내열성 Styropol과 지석 Mortar로 구성된 하향열단열층을 전기온돌의 마닥에 설치할 경우 난방부하의 감소로 인하여 축열효율이 약 2배나 향상된다는 결론을 얻었다. 또한 전기온돌공사시에 발열선을 지지할 수 있는 대각선형 Spacer를 설치하고 발열선이 매설콘크리트가 완전히 양생된 이후에 전력을 인가하면 흔히 전기온돌에서 발생하는 120-960[Hz]의 가청진동소음을 방지할 수 있다는 사실을 실험적으로 확인하였다.

A study to choose damping material used to reduce floor impact noise considering structural stability of Ondol layer (온돌층의 구조안정성을 고려한 바닥충격음 완충재의 선정기준에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, long-term compression displacement of damping materials used to reduce floor impact noise and compressive load that crack begins to happen in Ondol layers including the material were measured as basic research to make guide line for right choice of damping material considering structural stability of Ondol layer. From the result, it was found that compression displacement by elapsed time as well as early displacement of damping material when load is applied on Ondol layer are should be included in the guide line for the choice of damping materials. And no problem is expected to be in structural stability of Ondol layer in case choose a damping material that compression displacement at three months later from inflict load is within 10% than initial thickness.

  • Recently, floor impact sound has become a serious social problem in Korea. There is an increasing need to improve floor impact sound performance using floor covering installed on the floor of apartment houses. KS F ISO 717-2 and KS F 2863 require measurement under conditions in which the resilient material is not installed. But most apartment houses in Korea install resilient materials to reduce floor imapct sound. The performance evaluation method of floor covering should provide reduced performance for use by residents of apartment houses with resilient materials. Therefore, this paper proposes a reduction performance evaluation under the conditions in which a resilient material is installed to verify the performance of floor covering.

  • This study reports the results of the transient temperature response of a floor heating panel according to variation of the hot water supply temperature and the pipe embedding depth. Also, this experiment compares the temperature responses of floor heating panels under the continuous and intermittent heating system. Furtthermore, this study presents some details of the thermal response of Ondol-heated buildings to varying loads and patterns of heat input. The analysis of the thermal performance fo Ondol heating system have been presented.

  • This study is experimental analysis to verify heating efficiency of Ondol in floor heating panel developed. For this one, an experiment tests producing an each test speciment and measuring heating efficiency. The result of an experiment, supplying hot water temperature is $45^{\circ}C$ and the result of measuring on parts temperature of test speciment on supplying for 8 hours, mortar surface that is superstructure plumbing of heating system developed is $49.4^{\circ}C$, the gap of piping on center of mortar surface is $44.1^{\circ}C$ and airspace is proved $25.3^{\circ}C$. In floor structure of standards, mortar surface is $46.2^{\circ}C$, the gap of piping on center of mortar surface $37.7^{\circ}C$ and airspace is $24.7^{\circ}C$. On the other hand, energy consumption accumulating of development technology is identified, in case of hot-water supply on $45^{\circ}C$ as 4,646 kcal and in existing technology, as 4,814 kcal. developing technology is verified and lower than existing technology.

  • This research is intended to provide basal material on institute composition of nursing homes that will be built in the near future. According to the result, five of the passages are central type, one of them is extensive type, and the other is group type. Secondly, in living space bedroom area is widest, and both sizes of bedroom system and floor heating system are the same. Thirdly, the sizes of clinic room and physical therapy room are similarly widest in medical space, and people use physical therapy room most frequently. Fourth, dining room and kitchen area are widest in public space, and it is hard to move to program room. Fifth, office area is widest in superintendent space, and it is located near lobby on the first floor. Sixth, the dimension per individual doesn't reach the standard of bedroom size per individual. Seventh, in each space, the rate of whole dimension of living space is highest.
