  • 최근 일본에서 발생한 지진이 우리나라에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 등 더 이상 우리나라도 지진에 안전한 나라가 아니라는 것이 입증되고 있으며, 과도한 지진 발생시 통신두절에 따른 파급효과를 감안할 때, 이제는 본격적으로 통신시설물에 대한 내진대책을 강구할 필요가 있다. 통신시설물은 크게 통신빌딩(전화국 건물), 옥내시설(통신설비, 전원설비, 기계설비), 옥외시설(통신구, 관로 및 맨홀, 철탑, 위성안테나, 전주 등)로 구분하는데, 통신빌딩을 제외하고는 확실한 내진규정이 없는 실정으로 지진에 가장 민감한 시설로 옥내시설의 통신설비인 장치(랙)으로 알려져 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 치국의 장치(랙)에 대한 내진실험 및 기준을 고찰하였으며, 이를 토대로 우리나라에서 적용할 수 있는 장치(랙)의 내진성 확보 방안을 제시하였다.

Thermo Physiological responses of Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics at outdoor in summer (옥외에서 원적외선 방사직물 착용시 온열생리반응)

  • This study was performed to define the effects of Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics as summer garments during outdoor work by human trial. One healthy male subject was volunteered for this study. Experimental garments consisted of three kinds of trousers (Cotton, Cotton/linen blended, Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabric/wool blended) and basic garments (panty, socks, shirts, and dress shirts). The measurements were rectal temp., skin temp., microclimate inside clothing, heart rate, subjective sensation etc. The results were as follows : 1. Rectal temperature showed the lowest in Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics among 3 garments. 2. Skin temperature (forehead, chest abdomen temp.) and mean skin temperature were lower in Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics than in others, especially during early stage of work. 3. Heart rate showed lower value in Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics than in others but there was no significance among the garments. 4. Humidity inside clothing and total weight loss showed the highest value in Far Infrared Ray Radiation Fabrics.

  • 일반적으로 PV모듈은 태양전지의 내구성을 보완하기 위해 유리, EVA, Back-sheet, Frame등을 사용하여 보호하게 된다. 이렇게 하나의 PV모듈로 만들어져 약 20년간 옥외에 노출 되면서 다양한 하중에 노출된다. PV모듈의 변형이 발생하면서 PV모듈 내부에 위치하는 태양전지도 다양한 원인에 의해 외부에서 힘을 받음으로써 변형이 일어나고 심지어 태양전지의 파손이 발생 되는 경우도 있다. 따라서 PV모듈 내에 존재하는 태양전지가 외부하중에 의한 내구성을 확보하기 위해서는 유리, EVA, Frame과 같은 PV모듈 구성소재가 하중에 대한 변형량을 분석함으로써 태양전지 파손을 방지할 수 있는 구조 및 재료 연구에 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이를 분석하기 위해 강화유리를 중심으로 EVA, 태양전지, Back-sheet의 적층화 과정에서 외부하중에 대한 변형량 비교와 강화유리, EVA 두께 변화에 따른 변형량, 라미네이션(Lamination)된 모듈과 프레임 사이의 접착력이 변형량에 어떤 영향을 미치는 확인하였다.

  • As tourist and cultural city, Chungju city struggles to exploit the new tourism resources including lighting scenic spots. This study aims to analyze the present lighting situations and suggest the alternatives for improving outdoor lightings of Hoamji Park - one of the most famous landmark in Chungju city. For the purpose, field surveys and experiments were performed on selected settings. Illumination levels were measured to compare with the KS standard by using MINOLTA T-10 instruments and some findings were discussed. As a result, some alternatives to improve the park's night images including new lighting concept, lighting fixtures and installations were suggested.

  • In this paper, we were investigated leakage current properties of outdoor insulator on climatic environmental factor. Contamination is one of the most important factor to determine the performance of insulator. Thus, it is very important to exam the contamination degree on the outdoor insulator. There are many limits, such as reliability of data, interval of measurement and similarity of environmental conditions, in conventional method. So, we measured phase and leakage current of outdoor insulator using the temperature & humidity chamber. In this investigation, phase difference was measured to compare the variance of phase difference with the contamination degree and relative humidity.

  • Because they have superior insulating properties and lower in price than their ceramic equivalents, polymeric insulators have been used in outdoor insulators. But polymeric insulators mainly using in an heavy contamination area of outdoor could be easily attached to contaminants such as salt and by-products of industrial processes. To understand its effect on contaminants adhered to these insulators, we dismounted polymeric insulators adhered contaminant in the field, and evaluated its electrical characteristics, CA, and ESDD. We also manufactured slurry mixed by some kaolin and salt for the artificial contamination test and measured the degree of contaminant, AC leakage current for these contaminated samples. Consequently, the adhered contaminants to its surface is likely to be affected the performance of insulation.

  • Because of the progress of civilization, outdoor electricity facilities as a street light, signal light and standing signboard etc. have being increased rapidly. Therefore the application of underground distributing wires is largely expended. In this paper, capacitance for the kinds of 600V CV cable is measured and leakage current for underground cable is calculated. The measurement of capacitance is done which there are defects of cable sheath or not Calculated leakage current is applied to choose the circuit breaker and the like.

  • In this paper, We studied about effects of human safety due to leakage current on the point of cable connection for outdoor electrical facility in the submerged condition and conducted its evaluation in the testing field. In this case, the reason of leakage on the point of cable connection is caused by formation of electrical pass between the grounded outdoor electrical facility and the enclosure of electrical facility which is connected to grounding system.

  • 실리콘 고무는 내열성, 내후성, 발수성, 내오염성, 내트래킹성 등이 우수하여 옥외절연물용의 외피 재료로 널리 사용되고 있다. 폴리머 애자에서 전기방전 (코로나, 트래킹 등)에 의한 외피표면의 발수성 저하가 절연물의 장기성능에 있어서 가장 중요한 인자들 중에 하나이다. 실리콘 고무에는 ATH가 다량 첨가되는데 ATH의 첨가량, 표면처리상태, 입도 등에 의해 실리콘 고무의 발수성과 발수성회복 특성은 다르게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 입도가 다른 2종의 ATH를 선택하여 실리콘 폴리머 대비 ATH의 첨가량을 달리하여 실리콘 고무의 발수성에 관련한 특성을 조사하였다. ATH의 입도 및 코로나 처리시간에 따라서 접촉각의 변화를 관찰하였으며, 코로나 처리 후 경과시간에 따른 발수성의 회복특성을 접촉각의 측정을 통하여 조사하였다.
