  • 초고속 인터넷 서비스는 정보화 시대에 살고 있는 우리에게 없어서는 안 되는 존재가 되고 있다. 이에 맞추어 KT는 기존의 가입자 동선 케이블을 이용하여 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해 서비스 속도 향상과 음영지역 해소를 위한 다양한 해결방안을 모색하여왔다. 그 결과로써. 옥외 통신장비를 수용하기 위한 방안으로 광전송장비를 지하에 수용할 수 있는 CEV의 필요성이 대두되었으며 CEV의 개발이 완료되는 시점이 다가옴에 따라 KT는 언제 어디서든 고품질의 인터넷 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 인프라를 갖추게 되었다.

A Study on the Visual Preference of Pergolas and Shelters (옥외휴게시설의 시각적 선호에 관한 연구 -차양시설을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find major factors which are influential in visual preferences of pergolas and shelters. 33 pergolas and shelters were selected for the study by slides test method. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows. 1. In the degree of visual preferences, pergolas and shelters which are traditional Korean ones in harmony with surrounding environment, and provide sculptural effects, unique images and shade, obtain relatively high scores. 2. The result of factor analysis showed that [dimensions] of visual preferences factors for pergolas and shelters were composition and use and place. 3. The result of regression analysis indicated that the best predictors of visual preferences for pergolas and shelters were atmosphere, aesthetics of form, harmony with surroundings, unique image etc.

2006년도 적용 건설공사 기계설비부문 표준품셈 개정내용

  • 한국건설기술연구원은 지난 해 12월 30일 2006년 1월 1일부터 적용되는 46개 항목의 건설공사 표준품셈을 관계기관 실무자로 구성된‘품셈 위원회’의 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정, 공표했다. 건기연은 신기술의 적용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용되는 공법을 중심으로 기계설비부문에서는 발열선등 5개의 품셈이 신설되었고, 기존 품셈의 조문정리 등 체계보완이나 적정성 조정을 위해 재료 할증률등 4개 항목을 보완했다. 기계설비부문의 발열선 품은 배관 동파방지를 이해 가구내 급수 급탕 계량기 주위, 가스보일러 하부배관 및 옥외지하주차장 배관 등에 발열선을 설치하고 있으나 적정품이 없어 전기표준품셈의 Heat Tracing System을 준용하고 있어 가구내와 공용부위로 구분해 신설한 품이다. 건기연은 품셈개정을 위해 지난해 3월 각 발주기관과 관련단체의 의견을 수렴해 대상항목을 선정한 데 이어 지난해 10월까지 건설현장에 대한 실사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 품셈을 신설∙보완했다고 밝혔다.

A Study on Social Carrying Capacity in Outdoor Recreation Setting: An Exploratory Analysis on the Perceived Crowding Path Model in National Park (옥외휴양공간에서의 사회적 수용능력연구: 국립공원에서의 혼잡지각의 경로모형 분석)

  • The primary concerns of recreation plan are to provide visitors with quality of recreational experience and to protect of recreation resources. The quality of recreational experience is often defined in terms of social carrying capacity. The carrying capacity is revealed as perceived crowding. In this respects, measuring perceived crowding is useful tool of social carrying capacity determination. This study is to test the structural equation model that includes variables affecting perceived crowding. Through an on-site questionnaire survey, 467 visitors on Naejangsan national park were collected. The results of the study are follows. The encounter level on facility area is higher evaluated as crowding factor than other area in the park. It can be concluded that visitor perceived crowding when facility area situates high density use level rather than other areas expose high density use level. In the path analysis, the input variables(attitude, experience, encounter level) on the structural equation model affect significantly on perceived crowding. Especially, the attitude on the park management polocy is the most affecting factor on perceived crowding.

무한공간 전자장 해석을 위한 유한 및 경계요소합성법

  • 유한요소법과 경계요소법의 합성으로 전자계 해석을 하는 기법은 각 방법의 장점을 수용하여 경계가 없는 무한영역의 전자장을 분석하는 기법으로서 어떤 복잡하고 어려운 기하학적 구조의 문제도, 비선형이나 비균질성 재질의 문제도 쉽게 formulation이 가능하여 용이하게 해석할 수 있지만 전체 System matrix방정식이 비대칭이며 부분적인 full matrix를 형성하여 계산시간이 길어 진다는 단점도 있다. 적용예에서 보여 준 것과 같이 합성요소법은 그 해가 실제에 근사한 값을 가질수 있다고 생각되며, 계산시간을 단축시키기 위하여 직접법이나 반복법을 사용한 새로운 해법들이 도입되고 있다. 최근에는 system전체 node의 순서를 고려한 NDRA(Nested Dissection Reordering Algorithm)이 도입되고 있고, System matrix자체를 유한 요소법의 형태로 유지시키며 풀수 있는 방법으로 알려진 Absorbin 경계조건을 사용하여 전자파에 대한 해석을 하고 있다. 유한 및 경계요소 합성법은 초고압 옥외용 전력기기의 전자장 해석과 설계, 레이다나 안테나 등의 전자파 해석문제, 초전도 응용, 전력기기의 전자장해석과 설계, 우주공간에서의 전력전송문제 등을 쉽게 model화하여 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to make planning factors for outdoor space in elementary school site, with analyzation focusing on a Japanese elementary school examples. We evaluated the planning factors which encourage the development of children’s behaviors from quality of space. And we can get the important points as planning factor for school site as follows: 1) The base point of zoning is school building, building entrance, entrance of site and track 2) The importance of linked space plan with inside of site and surrounding environment 3) Preservation linked system of space in school site for linked pattern of child’s behavior.

A Prediction on the Pollution Level of Outdoor Insulator with Regression Analysis (회귀분석을 활용한 옥외 절연물의 오손도 예측)

  • The degree of contamination on outdoor insulator is ons of the most importance factor to determine the pollution level of outdoor insulation, and the sea salt is known as the most dangerous pollutant. As shown through the preceding study, the generation of salt pollutant and the pollution degree of outdoor insulator have a close relation with meteorological conditions, such as wind velocity, wind direction, precipitation and so fourth. So, in this paper, we made an investigation on the prediction method, a statistical estimation technique for equivalent salt deposit density of outdoor insulator with multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, we proved the superiority of the prediction method in which the variables had a very close(about 0.9) correlation coefficient. And the results could be applied to establish the Pollution Prediction System for power utilities, and the system could provide an invaluable information for the design and maintenance of outdoor insulation system.

  • The degradation process of silicone rubber was investigated by leakage current monitoring in Inclined-Plane method. DAS (Data Acquisition System) with 12-bit, 8-channel A/D converter was prepared. Average current, cumulative charge, current waveform and the number of peak pulses were measured on-line. And, FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis was performed with stored current waveform. Besides, maximum erosion depth was measured in order to use as the indicator of the degradation process. So, the results of leakage current components and maximum erosion depth measurements were compared to find one or more components which have trends of changing similarly to that of erosion process. The result suggests that the ratio of peak current to r.m.s. current, harmonic contents and the number of peak pulses are well corresponding with the degradation process.

Human Hazard by Outdoor Electrical Facilities in Submerged Area (옥외 전기시설물 침수시 누설전류에 의한 인체영향)

  • We show three-dimensional distribution of voltages resulted from the leakage current originated from outdoor electrical facilities in a submerged area. In case these facilities are grounded by the neutral line multiple grounding method, the existence of ungrounded electrical facilities can cause a disastrous effect on near-by passengers. In order to investigate this situation, we installed a real-scale test field for the experiment type I (for the leakage current path between a enclosure grounded electrical facility and another enclosure grounded one), and that for the experiment type II (for the leakage current path between a enclosure grounded electrical facility and another ungrounded one). For both cases, we carried out three-dimensional monitoring of the voltage distribution while varying additional conditions such as the exposure of the underground cables and the finishing of cable connection part. The result shows that a disastrous effect on human safety can arise from the leakage current without a pertinent measure for the construction and maintenance of outdoor electrical facilities.

An Experimental Investigation of a Effect of the Nitric Solution on the Aging Characteristics of the Outdoor Silicone Rubber Insulator (산성비 중 질산 성분에 의한 옥외용 실리콘고무 애자의 열화특성 연구)

  • In this paper, aging characteristics of outdoor silicone rubber insulator resulting from the acid rain have been investigated with regards to nitrate ion ($NO^{-1}_{3}$ ). For this purpose, silicone rubber was aged by immersing into the nitric solutions with different level pH during 1500 hours and various tests (tracking, tan $\delta$, breakdown voltage, SEM, EDS, contact angle) were performed. It was observed that the degradation was increased to pH 2.5 slightly and at pH 1.5 highly. And thus, it could be expected that there is certain critical point between pH 1.5 and 2.5, which leads to throught degradation.
