The purpose of this study is to analyze the curricula of counseling-related departments in 35 offline colleges and 20 cyber colleges to analyze improvement points and development directions. Curriculum was analyzed with educational goals, open subjects, practice, and operation process. As a result of the study, the terms 'professional counselor, psychologist, and professional counselor' were used the most frequently in the educational goals of the department using the term 'counseling'. In the subjects, the most frequently opened courses were in the first year in counseling basics, in the second year in counseling theory and technique, in the third in psychological evaluation, in the second in statistics and research, and in the fourth in counseling practice. Counseling theory and practice, counseling process and interview technique are operated in the lower grades, and counseling practice, supervision, counseling practice and case study, and domestic and foreign internships were mostly operated in the fourth grade. Based on the above, we will discuss the improvement points and development direction of the curriculum of departments that use the term 'consultation' in offline and online universities.

e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 대학 내뿐 만 아니라 중ㆍ고등학교나 기업체 등에서도 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 사교육비의 과대지출로 중ㆍ고등학교에서의 e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 교육사업에 커다란 부분을 차지해 갈 것이 분명한 사실이다. 기업체 또한 기업 내 인력양성을 위한 모든 교육을 시간과 장소의 구애를 받지 않는 e-learning을 통한 교육으로의 전환이 이미 많이 이루어졌고 앞으로 더욱 많아지리라 생각된다. 하지만, 사교육이나 기업 내 추가적인 인력양성 교육에서의 e-learning의 도입을 통한 교육의 성과보다는 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 교육이 일반 대학생들이 오프라인 수업의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로서 과연 대학 내 대표적인 e-learning 수업진행을 맡고 있는 OCU를 기본모델로 현재 e-learning을 통한 OCU수업을 듣고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 본 학습에 얼마나 많은 이해를 가지고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 오프라인에서의 수업과 e-learning을 통한 수업의 이해도와 만족도에 얼마나 차이가 있는지 실증분석 해 보려 한다. 이 결과로 앞으로 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 학습에 문제점이 있다면 분석하여 오프라인의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로 나아가는데 지식전달의 효율성 측면에서 나아갈 방안에 대해서 연구해 보려 한다.

Purpose: This study is a structural model study to grasp the moderating effect of online and offline social support in interpersonal and depressive relationships of nursing students. Methods: This study surveyed 264 nursing students. The collected data is analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and PLS-SEM(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model) using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. Results: Interpersonal relationship problems and online social support had a significant effect on increasing depression, and offline social support had a significant effect on reducing depression. In addition, in the relationship between interpersonal problems and depression, only offline social support was found to be significant in the moderating effect. Conclusion: To reduce depression due to interpersonal problems of nursing college students, offline social support should be actively provided, and to investigate the moderating effect of online social support, a repetitive study is proposed that includes relevant variables such as social relationship types through SNS.

Recently, the COVID environment has had a serious impact on the university education system. Career guidance methods of students, which have a significant impact on enrollment and employment rates of universities, should be changed in the COVID environment. While a traditional career guidance activity mainly use offline counseling methods, it should consider online counseling methods more seriously in the COVID environment. In this paper, I propose a hybrid(online and offline) career guidance model that can be effectively used in both online and offline education environments. The proposed hybrid model, which has the characteristics of online and offline, can effectively guide college students even in the COVID environment. In this paper, I show the usefulness of the proposed model by applying it to a real-world counseling case.

본 논문은 금형의 마무리 연마 작업을 로봇을 이용하여 자동화하기 위한 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템개발을 그 내용으로 하고있다. 3차원 자유곡면 형상을 갖는 금형을 연마하기 위한 로봇 작업 경로를 효율적으로 생성하기 위해서는 기존의 교시 방법이 아닌 CAD시스템과 연계된 시뮬레이션 방식의 자동 경로 생성 방법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서 개발된 금형 연마 작업을 위한 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템은 연마 작업 시뮬레이션을 위한 기하학적 모델링 기능, 로봇의 작업 공간을 고려한 작업장 배치 기능, 연마 로봇의 효율적인 기구학 해, 3차원 그래픽 시뮬레이션, 3차원 물체간의 충돌 검사 기능 및 유기적인 관계형 데이타 베이스 기능 등으로 구성된다. 본 시스템의 시뮬레이션 결과를 로봇의 위치 보정 과정을 거쳐 로봇 작업 프로그램 으로 변환함으로써 최종적으로 실제 연마 작업이 가능한, 정확하고 안전한 로봇 프로그램을 생성하였다.

Traditional face-to-face university education has shifted its course to combine the advantages of both online and offline education in a blended-learning approach. However, there is still much that is unknown about the actual effect of blended learning, particularly it's learning outcomes in terms of cost effectiveness. This study qualitatively examines the costs and the learning outcomes of blended learning at an on-line college and off-line university. Online college level English pedagogy courses and blended with offline operations at an online university were studied across two semesters in terms of the quality of education, and both direct and indirect cost savings. Other causes for various learning outcomes and cost implications are proposed and validated.

Sudden implementation of online classes in higher education due to Covid19 pandemic implies a lot of worries about academic performance declining. Thus, this paper analyzed a class(CalculusI) taught 100% online which was the same as the offline class before. This class tried to maintain the same quality as the offline one by utilizing various teaching strategies. The result shows the academic achievement level was similar or higher than that of offline class, and so was the students' perception and satisfaction degree. However, this was not just the outcome of online class, but it came from the professor's well-designed teaching plan and smooth operation of the class. It implicates successful teaching methodology is more important factor than such medium difference as online or offline. This study suggests the potential of online classes after the Covid19 pandemic, and expects further studies verify the result in a lot more curricula.

Due to Covid-19, international programs at the universities in the US have been temporarily on hold (or terminated). To recover from the great damage that the pandemic has brought to us, we have made our transition to provide international education via online. University of Hawaii - West Oahu has been actively coping with the impact from pandemic, and would like to propose unconventional methods of international programs to the fellow universities in Korea.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships between online and offline social capital and psychological well-being of university students. Data came from 236 university students who attended 4-year universities in Seoul and had used Social Network Service. The results of this study indicated that only offline social capital was statistically significant to predict psychological well-being including depression and happiness when both online and offline social capital variables were entered. In detail, the university students' depression was associated with their gender, satisfaction with their economic status, and offline bridging social capital. In addition the students' happiness was associated with their satisfaction with their economic status, offline bridging, and bonding social capital. These results indicate that offline social capital is more important for improving psychological well-being of university students compared to online social capital. Policy implications for improving psychological well-being of university students are discussed.

계산공학 분야는 복잡한 수치이론과 계산 실행 및 분석 툴의 중요성이 높기 때문에 온오프라인 모두에서 효과적인 교육을 수행하는 것이 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 저작도구와 EDISON 플랫폼을 두축으로 효과적인 웹기반 이러닝 환경을 구축하는 과정을 설명하였다. 특징으로는 웹기반이지만 데스크탑에서 오프라인으로 동영상/발표자료/외부링크 등의 이종 콘텐츠들을 조합하여 강의를 구성할 수 있는 저작도구가 있다는 것이다. 또한 계산과학공학 플랫폼인 EDISON의 계산실행 포틀릿을 활용하여 인터랙티브 실습교육 환경을 구성하였다는 것이다. 본 이러닝 시스템은 대학 및 현장에서의 즉각적인 이론습득 및 실습 요구에 대응할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
