Though the education of culture and art for disabled children is very important, it has not been brisk yet until recently due to 'absence of the teaching methods suitable for disability types, levels and programs.'. In this situation, cartoon contents can be used as the most appropriate tools for culture and art education for mentally retarded children. Entertainment functions and genre features of cartoon contents can motivate the applicable children to participate more voluntarily and positively and function as teaching tools for interesting activities. Of course, since it is not proper to apply the cartoon contents for normal children to Special Education Field as they are, cartoon works should be made by understanding closely the characteristics and degrees of retardation of the applicable children and applying them to the composition of cartoons. However, for the contribution of this attempt to education field, it is thought that concrete guidelines for producing cartoon contents considering the concept of various types of disability, emotion, social behavioral traits, ability of cognition, school achievements, and the characteristics of language and physical health should be necessary, and to improve the application of the developed cartoon contents so that they will not remain as superficial results, sufficient communication with the applicable children such as application to classes in the process of development is necessary.

미디어 환경이 급격이 변화되고, 최근 코로나 19로 인해 온택트 시대가 가속화되면서 미디어 리터러시는 모든 사람들에게 일반적 상황이 되고 있다. 미디어 리터러시는 다양한 분야에서 그 중요성이 인지되고 있으나 아직은 조직적 대응이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 왜냐하면 미디어의 활용 능력의 한계, 윤리적 문제의 돌출, 미디어의 비판적 인식의 취약성 등으로 인해 사회적 문제로 확대되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 여러 분야에서 미디어 리터러시 교육의 필요성이 절실하게 부각되고 있어 현재 국가적 차원에서도 미디어 소비자의 권익을 보호하고 윤리적 문제 인식을 강화시키기 위해 교육센터의 설치 및 운영, 국회 차원에서 관련 법안 발의 등 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미디어 리터러시의 의미와 그 교육의 현황을 국내외적으로 알아보고 미디어 리터러시를 전략적으로 고찰하고자 한다.

최근 비전통적 성인 학습자가 새로운 입학자원으로 주목받고 있으며, 그중에서도 만학도의 대학 진학률은 급격히 상승하는 추세다. 이에 따라 이들이 대학생활을 무사히 마칠 수 있도록, 즉 학업중단이 발생하지 않도록 대학에서는 다양한 측면에서 방안을 골몰해야 하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식에 기반하여, 비전통적 학습자의 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 창업지원 측면에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이는 학업능력, 성별, 교우관계 등을 중점적으로 살펴보는 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업지원이라는 새로운 요인과의 관계성을 만학도의 입장에서 심층적으로 살펴봄으로써 연구의 차별성을 강조한다. 본 연구는 대학 입학 이후 학교의 창업지원을 받은 경험이 있는 만 30세 이상의 만학도 총 10명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여, 학교의 창업지원이 학업중단을 저지하는 데 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 그 과정에서 이들이 느낀 감정과 태도, 가치 등을 근거이론을 통해 분석하여 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 만학도는 전통적 학습자와 달리 졸업 이후 인생2모작을 준비하는 경우가 상당수기에, 이들의 니즈를 명확하게 파악하는 일은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 기초연구로서 학교의 정책적 대안을 마련하기 위한 기반이 될 수 있다.

From the present perspective, North Korea overcame its crisis situation of the regime, the Arduous March. What was the driving force, enabling the regime to overcome the situation that could have been collapsed? This study intended to look into what strategy the North Korean government took to unite the social minds through its documentary films in the midst of the national crisis. The results of analysis are as follows. First, the documentary films emphasize that the people should become heroes in heroic fantasies. These films present the model cases, in which the people break through the hardships with their strong willpower, as an answer. Second, they mind the defeatism and encourage the triumphalism. They stress the importance of uniting collective minds as a breakthrough in overcoming the economic crisis. Third, they place an emphasis on creating the harmonized minds. They repeat the recovery of communistic morality, which has been emphasized up to date. Collective minds are eventually the outcome obtained from social experiences. North Korea stresses to convert the arduous march into the march to the paradise by the creation of collective minds through documentary films even in difficult realities.

Notwithstanding various discourses among scholars on the unique characteristics of comics, in Korea there is nevertheless a scarcity of quality research on the subject. Therefore, to promote quality research, it is important to consider how to best use source materials in the field of comics scholarship. Source materials can generally be categorized into three types: pre-existing comics, scholar-generated comics and user-generated comics. For this study, user-generated comics are the primary source materials, specifically comics created by mothers of children with disabilities. It is intended that this research will contribute to the future direction of education for mothers who suffer from a relative sense of alienation as the primary caregivers of children with special needs. Although therapeutic arts and cultural programs make a tremendous difference in the lives of these mothers, teaching methodology and educational opportunities are extremely limited. Furthermore, existing scholarship focuses primarily on either the psychological transformation of the individual or a phenomenological approach for parents to understand and deal with the problematic behavior of children with disabilities. However, this research does little to help improve learning programs for these parents. Against this backdrop, this research sets out to consider the potentiality and effectiveness of using comics in the education of mothers of children with disabilities. These mothers, by creating comics, develop better awareness of themselves in a positive and enriching way. It is therefore hoped that this research provides a useful analysis for developing the potentiality and effectiveness of these programs.

In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Korea took the lead in implementing "social distancing" policies more strongly than other countries. In addition to making it mandatory to wear a mask according to the policy, all patients using medical institutions are tested for COVID-19 to prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections, and only those patients who test negative have been regulated to receive face-to-face medical treatment. In this process, situations such as the disabled, who have difficulty wearing masks, were not taken into account, and emergency patients did not receive timely treatment or surgery from medical personnel. In response, the National Human Rights Commission of Korea has decided that forcing everyone to wear a mask and restricting access to medical institutions constitutes discrimination against the disabled. Therefore, the purposes this study has that, the first is to review cases of human rights discrimination against persons with disabilities due to measures to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases that did not consider the characteristics of persons with disabilities in the COVID-19 situation and issues regarding the decisions of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, the second is to find a reasonable plan and the need for measures to prevent refusal of treatment by medical institutions for the disabled who have difficulty wearing masks.

테크놀로지의 발달로 영상 이미지는 영상 예술 뿐 만 아니라 다매체에서 디지털이미지로 전달되고 있다. 기존의 영상 이미지는 화면 프레임을 단순히 시간적 움직임을 재현하는 것이나 제한된 화면 효과를 통해 표현되었다. 그러나 테크놀로지의 진보로 인하여 디지털 미디어는 기존 영상 기법을 확장시켜 다양한 표현을 빠르고 쉽고 편리하게 구현이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기술적 진화는 결과적으로 영상 이미지가 생성하는 이미지와 이미지 사이에 생기는 이질적 간격을 복잡하고 자극적으로 끝임 없이 전달 받게 되는 상황에 놓이게 되었다. 우리에게 디지털 이미지가 생성하는 이미지의 시간성이 움직임을 어떻게 해석할 수 있는지 들뢰즈의 관점에서 살펴보고, 인식적 요소가 실질적으로 어떻게 표현될 수 있는지 실증적인 사례<아디다스 광고 영상>을 중심으로 분석해 보고자 한다.

본 논문은 일본의 시니어 극단 현황과 구체적인 사례를 조사하여 고령화 사회에 있어서 그 의미와 역할의 가능성을 고찰하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서도 시니어 연극제가 개최되는 등, '노인 극단'이라는 이름 아래 고령자들이 직접 참여하는 연극 프로그램이 개발되고 있다는 점에서, 일본의 사례는 참고할만한 사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우선 일본의 시니어 극단들의 활동 상황, 그리고 이렇게 활성화된 배경에는 어떠한 요소가 있는지 고찰해보았다. 일본 연극계에 이미 오랜 기간 연극을 즐기는 시니어 관객층이 존재했고, 또 주요 극단들이 그들을 주요 타깃으로 한 전략개발과 서비스가 행해지고 있었다는 점은 국내 상황과 다른 부분이었다. 그러나 니나가와 유키오 연출가가 이끄는 '사이타마 골드시어터'의 창단과 그 성과는 커다란 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 보인다. 전위적인 희곡을 가지고, 일본뿐 아니라 유럽과 아시아에서 예술성을 인정받은 극단이기 때문이다. 작품 활동뿐 아니라 실질적인 운영 내용을 파악하기 위해, 제작자와 배우의 인터뷰를 실시한 결과, 사실상 젊은 극단들과 차이가 없다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 사례는 시니어 극단이 가질 수 있는 가능성의 범위를 넓혔다는 점에서 매우 유의미하다. 국내의 시니어 연극계에 긍정적인 자극이 되기 바라며, 보다 더 많은 데이터를 수집하는 것을 금후 과제로 한다.

Sight is one of the Important physical function of understand and express everyday life or artistic worts. 80% of the whole cognitive information on things and spaces comes from sight among man's five sense. This proves that the function of sight has much influence upon senses and perceptions, and such influence evokes a varier of emotional response. Emotion is an important element in framing an animation work, and need various equipment to evoke audience's impressions. Such elements as event, circumstance, time, and space are equipments for the emotional experience of audience.

Motion graphic is also developing into its own genre in graphic design by establishing individual industrial fields. images and graphics but also recognize even motions and sounds as communication elements delivering a message. Nevertheless, web communication designers have yet to experimentally test the visual motion priniciples or the audio sound expressions in terms of technology. If the dance are used, they may be new communication approaches in the age of multi-media, which allows for communication of visual and audio information or images. With such conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at reviewing the structural relationship between visual motion principles of the kinetic and the sound images to combine the audio and video effects. To this end, the basic structure of dance and music were substituted into the dance to determine their relevancy, and thereupon, examine the effective sound expression methods and techniques depending on movements of the objects in the monitor. Thus, this study, by inquiring into the uniqueness of choreography in motion graphic, presents the possibility of limitless expression of designer creation and inner world, and the ultimate goal lies in assuring the artistic value of motion graphic and its position as a synthetic art.
