본 연구에서는 국내에서 시행되고 있는 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과성을 통합적으로 검토하기 위하여, 발달장애인을 위해 시행된 연극프로그램의 효과성 연구들을 메타 분석하였다. 2022년 1월까지 국내에서 발표된 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램들을 검색하였고, 최종 13편의 논문을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 메타분석을 위해서는 통계프로그램인 CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) software 2.0을 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 평균효과크기는 사회성의 평균효과크기가 0.8335로 큰 효과크기를 나타냈고, 자기표현은 0.6512로 중간효과크기를 나타내었다. 둘째, 발달장애인의 사회성 향상을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과성이 조절변수에 따라 차이가 나는지 검토해 본 결과, '참여자의 연령(발달장애아동>발달장애청소년>발달장애성인)', '총회기수(20~29회>10회~19회>30회 이상)', '연극프로그램유형(연극놀이>교육연극>연극치료)', '진행자 전공(연극놀이>교육연극>연극치료)'에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 국내에서 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과적인 실행방안을 제안하였다.

Upper canine is described as 'cornerstone' of maxilla, and its importance is implicated by long root and good alveolar support. The incidence of impaction of upper canine is the second most frequent next to the third molar because it takes a long period of time to develop, and has a complicated path of eruption, and erupts lately. Generally, the patient who has a palatally impacted canine visit the clinic primarily due to a missing of canine after 12-13 years old. Palatally impacted canine is different from labially impacted canine in its cause and treatment process. It is due to malposition or anomalous lateral incisor rather than arch length deficiency. Once the impaction is identified, the first stage of the treatment is to localiz the lesion by radiographic examinations or others and according to severity, orthodontic traction, or transplantation should be considered, and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan of malocclusion should be estsblished. Properly managed impacted canine can provide funtion and esthetic through proper diagnosis and treatment of extraction of canine is not indicated.

Objective : This study was designed to find out the effects of Carthami-Flos herbal acupuncture theraphy on neck pain due to soft tissue damage. Methods : This study was carried out for 34 patients who had neither structural defectiveness of cervical spine nor neural injury but simple soft tissue damage among poeple who visited Hye-dang Oriental Hospital from December 1, 2001 to June 15, 2002. Group A of 17 patients was taken Carthami-Flos herbal acupuncture treatment. Group B of 17 patients was taken common acpuncture treatment. Results : We have found out the good effects of Cathami-Flos herbal acupuncture on the patients due to soft tissue damage. Conclusion : The Carthami-Flos herbal acupuncture treatment is useful on the patients of neck pain due to soft tissue damage.

Objective : In order to report the process of treatment of Aplastic anemia by herbal acupuncture Methods: This case was diagnosed as deficiency of Yang of spleen and kidneys, deficiency of Ki and blood, and fevescence from the deficiency of Urn. Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture and Bee-venom acupuncture were choosen as the method to treat the case. Results: 1. The nocturnal fevescence and indigestion was decreased during the times when Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture was used once a day. 2. The mobility of the joints was improved and the inflamation on the joints was decreased during the times when Bee-venom acupuncture was used every other day. 3. The interval between the transfusion was extended during the times when Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture and Bee-venom acupuncture were used by turns. Conclution : Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture and Bee-venom acupuncture sucessfully imporved the symtoms of patient with Aplastic anemia

Damp Heat is a combination of Damp and Heat if conditioned internally and externally, and constitutes vital Ki as well as pathogenic Ki. Damp Heat, as vital Ki, is one of the essential factors in forming the body and preserving life activity, and on the other hand, as pathogenic Ki, it causes undear mentality, gastric discomfort with acid regurgitation, San disease(疝病), cardiac beriberi, flaccidity symtoms, muscular atonia or contracture and dark or cloudy urine. In Hyungsang Medicine, the Dam type develops Damp Heat disease mostly due to Heat, and the treatment is to promote urination by clearing Heat; on the other hand, in the Bangwang type, Damp is the major cause and the treatment is to induce sweating and eliminate Damp.

수면장애는 대다수의 많은 사람들이 겪는 질환 중 하나이다. 많은 연구자들이 수면장애의 특징이나, 치료방법에 관한 연구들을 진행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수면장애에 관한 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위하여, 관련논문과 특허들을 조사하였다. 검색된 논문은 모두 316건이었으며, 특허는 모두 8건이었다. 연구는 의학계를 중심으로 점진적으로 증가하는 추세였으며, 한의학과 간호학에서도 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있었다. 그러나 특허는 연구동향에 비해 활발하지 않았다. 향후, 건강관련 협력자들의 네트워크 구축으로 다양한 연구방법론 개발 및 실용화 방안을 고려한 연구가 필요하다.

수직적인 문제는 심한 과개 교합에서 심한 정도의 개교에 이르기까지 다양하다. 구치와 전치의 맹출, 하악지와 하악체의 성장, 기저골과 치조골의 성장, 근육및 습관 활동의 동시적인 상호 작용이 궁극적인 수직 관계를 결정한다. '개교'라 함은 다른 치아가 최대 감합위에 있을 때, 어떤 대합치가 교합되지 않는 것이라 정의할 수 있다. 구치부 개교는 종종 치조골과 치아 맹출과 관련되어 있으며, 대부분 습관과 같은 연조직 장애나 유착등 맹출 과정중의 기계적 장애에 기인한다고 생각되어 왔으나, 때로 맹출 기전 자체의 이상에 의할 수도 있다. 몇 개의 증례 제시와 함께 구치부 개교의 원인과 치료에 대해 생각해 보고자 한다.

Conclusions : The Korean bee-venom therapy is useful on the patients of neck pain due to soft tissue damage.

Objectives: We conducted this study to report the clinical effects of Sibak-tang (Saiboku-to) in an elderly patient suffering from sputum and dysphagia after conventional treatment for pneumonia. Methods: The Sibak-tang was administered to the patient to treat sputum and dysphagia. The results were assessed by measuring the frequency of the sputum and conducting a videofluoroscopic swallowing study. Results: After about three weeks of herbal medicine treatments, the patient's symptoms of respiratory problems improved. The results of the videofluoroscopic swallowing study were also improved. Conclusion: Sibak-tang could be an effective treatment for elderly patients suffering from sputum and dysphagia after conventional treatment for pneumonia.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of group cinema therapy program on self-esteem and interpersonal relationship in nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was used. There were 58 nursing students enrolled in this study. Thirty in the experimental group, and 28 in the control group. They were recruited from 2 different nursing schools located in M city. Group cinema therapy program was performed for 120 minutes, two times a week, for a total of 8 sessions. SPSS 20.0 using the t-test, and independent t-test were used for data analysis. Results: After the intervention, the group who participated in the program showed an increase in self-esteem (t=12.09, p<.001), as well as an increase in interpersonal relationship (t=32.61, p<.001) compared with the control group. Conclusion: The results show that the group cinema therapy program has a significant effect on self-esteem and interpersonal relationship in nursing students. The program could be a useful intervention to improve self-esteem and interpersonal relationship in nursing students.
