The upcoming century is a knowledge based society which did not exist before which requires creative ability to solve problems. Therefore, it is necessary to Provide a creative program of problem solution in order to match this global trend The creativity of problem solution means the ability to solve a problem using previous ideas in an advanced way or develop new ideas. Creative education is especially important for infants. Because the young mind is where fresh ideas preside and can frame-work the early stage of life like a blank sheet of paper. The Infant-Early Child Creative Development Institute. as an adhesive institute at Yeungjin College, develops various programs that integrate methods which match current trend in this era and also start the Creative Promotion Test with 2,000 Families for the expansion of creative education from the baseline as an alternative method. The infants tested in the creative test will find ways of problem solution through animation beam projects for their given situation and also discuss the problems with their family members. Through these processes the infant and family members will complete the creative structures to solve the problems using limited materials given by the institute, and the final product will be evaluated as objective results. The final evaluation of the test will also be considered the teamwork of family cooperation and the attitudes of participants as well as the product of problem solution. The criterion of the evaluation is to be considered both a creative way of thinking and creative attitudes. Because the score counts were conducted manually it delayed the selection of awarded students who took the test. Also, we found that some parents have difficulty in accessing information to find the score through homepage from the computer. this Problem might be corrected in the future plan. Like Freud's saying, if human character and exploring attitudes during the early stage of a child, a person's creativity is composed their infant period as their basic foundation. Therefore, the family wh first environment the infant encounters will be treated as a prima when making basic structure. From this viewpoint, this creative test work as a festival of creativity fare with 2,000 families.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the Asynchronous development of young gifted children by parents' perception.

The present study aimed to assess the perception of a child's primary caregiver on the oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) of dental treatment under general anesthesia (GA) or intravenous sedation (IV-SED) in pediatric dental patients. Self-administered questionnaires were completed before dental treatment under GA or IV-SED by 52 primary caregivers of healthy pediatric patients (10 years old or younger), and 43 (84%) of these caregivers completed the same questionnaires within 6 months after treatment. The Korean version of Child Oral Health Impact Profile (COHIP) and the Family Impact Scale (FIS) were used to assess OHRQoL in the questionnaires. The scores of COHIP and FIS improved after dental treatment. Demographic variables such as gender did not affect the improvement of COHIP and FIS, and age did not affect that of COHIP. However, baseline FIS score of younger patients was better than that of older patients before dental treatment. Regardless of the treatment variables, all COHIP and FIS scores were improved after dental treatment. COHIP score improved more in cases with pulp treatments compared to those without the treatments. On the other hand, FIS score improved less in cases with posterior stainless steel crown restorations compared to those without them. Anterior esthetic restorations and anterior teeth extractions did not affect the degree of improvement. Based on the primary caregiver's perceptions, the OHRQoL of healthy pediatric patients was improved by dental treatment under GA or IV-SED.
The purpose of this study is to find out the way to improve the funding system of Korean animation, which will lead the establishment of virtuous circle of Korean animation industry. The funding structure of Korean animations in the period of 2005-2009 is analyzed to find out that the funding surveyed to find out that the domestic funding source for Korean animation has reached its limitation. Without any active involvement of public fund, this will result in the shrink of Korean animation industry with heavy reliance on foreign capital and limited quality of Korean animation. This is not only a serious problem of Korean animation industry, but also the problem of Korean cultural identity and variety because it is related with the diminish and degradation of Korean children and family content. Meanwhile, in France and Canada, which are the major co-production partners of Korean animation, the animation production is being activated by the full support of government fund system, because the animation is regarded as the important genre which plays a critical public role in establishing the cultural identity and variety of such countries. Improvement of Korean animation funding system is not pursued by more injection of public fund into the industry. It should be designed to facilitate the investment from the private sector by improving the profitability of Korean animation. This goal can be achieved by public fund with annual budget of 25 billion Korean Won supporting the distribution and production of Korean animation. Discussion should be needed for securing the funding resources such as establishment of new animation fund or utilization of existing fund.

Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) is an autosomal-dominant disease characterized by the delayed closure of cranial sutures, defects in clavicle formation, supernumerary teeth, and delayed tooth eruption. Defects in the Runt-related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2), a master regulator of bone formation, have been identified in CCD patients. The aim of this study was to identify the molecular genetic causes in a CCD family with delayed tooth eruption. The 23-year-old female proband and her mother underwent clinical and radiographic examinations, and all coding exons of the RUNX2 were sequenced. Mutational analysis revealed a single nucleotide deletion mutation (NM_001024630.4 : c.357delC) in exon 3 in the proband and her mother. The single C deletion would result in a frameshift in translation and introduce a premature stop codon [p.(Asn120Thrfs*24)]. This would result in the impaired function of RUNX2 protein, which may be the cause of delayed eruption of permanent teeth in the family.
