위험인자(危險因子)와 자본자산(資本資産)의 가격결정(價格決定)

  • 본 논문에서는 자본시장의 변동성을 충분히 해명할 수 있는 가격결정모형이 정립되었다. 자본 자산의 가격은 세개의 위험에 대한 프리미엄의 총화임이 도출되었다. 이 세개 위험은 소비베타와 유사한 형태를 갖는 모수, 시장베타와 유사한 형태의 모수, 그리고 총국민생산의 성장률과 자산과의 공분산에 의하여 정의되는 모수이다. 이 모수를 각각 소비위험모수, 시장위험모수 및 생산위험모수라 할 수 있다. 자산의 가격을 결정하기 위하여 가격화(pricing)되는 체계적 위험이 세개라는 것은 중요한 함의인 것이다. 자산의 가격은 소비와 시장에 의하여 결정된다. 소비와 시장은 자체의 독립적 영역과 서로 상대에 대하여 상호작용하는 영역을 갖는다. 독립적 영역에서 생성되는 위험이 소비모수와 시장모수로 표상되며, 이 양자의 상호작용관계가 생산모수로 귀일한다.

  • Product Line Engineering (PLE) is an effective reuse methodology where common features among members are captured into core assets and applications are developed by reusing the core assets, reducing development cost while increasing productivity. To maximize benefits in developing systems, business case analysis for PLE is essential. If the scope for core assets is excessively broad, it will result in high cost of asset development while lowering reusability. On the other hand, if the scope is too narrow, it will result in a limited applicability which only support a small number of members in the domain. In this paper, we propose a process for business case analysis for PLE and for deciding economical analysis of core asset scope. Then, we define guidelines for each activity of the process. Since variability often occurs in PLE, we significantly treat the variability of features among members in detailed level. By applying our framework for business case analysis, one can develop core assets of which scope provide the most economical value with applying PLE.

  • 제품계열(Product-Line) 개발 방법은 특정 영역에 대해 핵심 자산을 구축한 후 제품 특성에 맞게 자산을 변경하여 신속하게 제품을 생산하는 방법이다. 제품계열의 이용한 제품 생산이 생산성과 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 자산 구축이 제품 패밀리로부터 정확히 추출, 생성되어져 있어야 한다. 특히 핵심 자산 중에서 가장 중요한 자산인 제품계열 아키텍처이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 도메인 전문가가 제품 영역에 대한 분석을 끝낸 후 제품계열 아키텍처를 생성, 편집을 용이하도록 도와 줄 수 있는 기능과 제품계열 아키텍처에서 제품 아키텍처로 쉽게 유도할 수 있도록 도와주는 기능을 고려하여 설계하고자 한다. 또한 설계된 내용을 기반으로 아키텍처 다이어그램 편집기 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

  • It has been constantly demanding for effective way to improve software development productivity and automation. In this paper, we did research to configure the component assets to reuse design information from the design phase domains based on the DMI. It is necessary abstracted information architecture of an independent platform development environment to reuse design information on the design stage. Also, It should be based on a well-designed to support the design architecture of the application domain. Therefore, in this paper, I want to use the DMI architecture that can be represented by formal level of architectural design information platform and application domain area. It is able to decomposition architecture asset with the part design information from the design phase composition or a high level of abstraction on DMI. Therefore, the metadata structure of the asset architecture will support a structure which can reuse the structure-based design of the domain areas.

A Study on the Complexity Measurement of Architecture Assets (아키텍처 자산의 복잡도 측정에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a method to measure the complexity of assets when a software component is constructed as a basic asset, a standardized design model is acquired, and a reusable extended asset is designed based on the standardized design model. However, each asset of our proposed asset management system consists of composite assets that combine assets of two domains. So this method can not make accurate measurements. Therefore, the complexity of the overall asset can be measured by reflecting the property value of the basic asset stored under the architecture. In conclusion, it is possible to measure the composite-complexity of a composed asset that is inversely proportional to cohesion and proportional to the cumulative sum of the associated values of each asset in the asset-related design.

  • CEC, 근접방어무기체계, 지휘통제체계 등에 사용되는 위협평가시스템은 자동위협평가, 방어구역 위협지수, 무기할당 등의 공통된 기능을 포함하고 있고, 시스템 환경의 변화 또는 성능 향상에 따라 수시로 업그레이드가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 생산성 향상과 중복투자 방지로 인한 비용감소 효과를 거둘 수 있는 제품계열 방법론을 위협평가시스템 개발에 적용하는 방안을 제안한다. 위협평가시스템의 제품계열 방법론 적용을 위해 핵심자산 개발 프로세스를 수행하여 제품계열 영역지정, 핵심자산, 제품계획을 정의한다. 제품계열 영역지정은 Feature 모델링을 이용하여 공통점과 차이점을 식별하고, 핵심자산은 아키텍처 설계 중심으로, 그리고 각 핵심자산의 부착 프로세스를 종합하여 제품계획을 수립한다.

Effects of Regional Creativity Factors on Regional Growths (지역창조화 요인이 지역 성장에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an index to measure regional creativity factors from previous research, as well as to empirically analyze the relationship between regional creativity and regional growth. We conduct panel analysis on the balanced panel data of regional creativity in fifteen Korean cities and provinces during 2008-2012. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, amongst factors of regional creativity, sub-factors such as creative personnel and intangible asset (of the basic asset factor), creative enterprise (of the economic agent factor), and convergence and creative industries (of the core industry factor) showed significant influential relationships with GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) as positive. Concerning the systemization factor, all sub-factors showed no significant relationship with GRDP. Second, amongst the factors, creative personnel (of the basic asset factor), start-up and entrepreneurship (of the systemization factor), creative enterprise (of the economic agent factor), the regional space factor, and convergence industry (of the core industry factor) showed significant positive relationships with employment rate. However, tangible and intangible creative asset (of the basic asset factor), convergence management and administration (of the systemization factor), Large/middle/small enterprises and central government/municipalities (of the economic agent factor), and creative industry (of the core industry factor) showed no significant relationship with employment rate. The results of this study will provide insight into the current situation for regional creativity, and review the process and short and long term performance. In addition, it will be a basic means to lead the central government's policy of strengthening local autonomy and decentralization.

Measuring Economic Values of Natural Resources using Extent of Market based on Potential User Groups: Cases of 4 Provincial Parks in Chon Buk (잠재적 사용자 중심 시장영역 설정과 자연환경자원의 경제적 가치 측정: 전라북도 4개 도립공원을 사례로)

  • Annual total values and thereby assets values of natural resources are determined by sample household WTP estimates and the extent of market. In the current domestic practice of CVM, total numbers of national households were used as the target population to measure total economic values including non-use values. This study proposed an alternative method of calculating potential user groups based on distributions of residential area of visitors in the sample using 4 provincial parks in the Chon Buk area as cases. The sample mean of WTP of Moak Mt. visitors, who are mostly from the nearby Chon Buk provincial area, was estimated to be about 8,215 won. On the other hand, the mean of WTP of Sun Woon Mt., whose visitors are evenly distributed from all over the country, was about 4,693 won. When applied national households as the target population, annual total benefits and thereby asset values of Moak Mt. was high enough to be 86 billion and 1.6 trillion won respectively. However, those of Sun Woon Mt. was low to be 52 billion and 1 trillion. On the contrary, when applied potential user groups of each park as the extent of market, annual total benefits and asset values of Sun Woon Mt. was reversed to be high--23 billion won and 400 billion won respectively. However, those of Moak Mt. was lowered to be 10 billion won and 200 billion won. Furthermore, asset values of the same park were differed by 2 to 8 times according to the way of setting the extent of market.

A Phenomenological Study on Subjective Meaning of a Participant in Assets-building Program for Low-income Families (저소득 가구의 현금자산형성의 주관적 의미에 관한 현상학적 연구)

  • Using in depth interviews with phenomenological method, we explored subjective meaning of a participant assets-building program for low-income families. The research participants are 6 families who consisted of 30 low-income and low-wealth families in participating asset-building program. Findings indicate that we can find out a criteria of classify among low-income families. That are single mom family, single father family and grandparent family, and normal family. It could be useful to evaluate the policy of assets-building.

The Changes of Social Spatiality in Rural Areas: Focusing on Population Structure and Utilization of Territorial Assets in Gyeongnam Provincial Villages (촌락 지역의 사회적 중간성 변화 -경상남도 촌락의 인구 구조와 영역 자산 활용을 중심으로-)

  • This paper aims to explain the changes of social spatiality in rural areas as seen on a sloping scale in reference of population structure and utilization of territorial assets. Guessing from the population characteristics of rural communities and farming activities in Hwangsan village of Uichon-Myeon, Geochang-Gun and Hanam village of Chogye-Myeon, Hapchon-Gun, it will become a society characterized by super-aged intensification and large-scale crop cultivation. Deokgok-Myeon and Yulji village of Hapchon-Gun are required to intake outside residents. They have to understand the complementary cooperation and become conscious of the relationship between existing residents and relocated people in Yudong village of Yokji-Myeon, Tonyoung-Si. Due to a decreasing population and the phenomena of the 'super-aged', the efforts to revive the spatial function as a living and working space while utilizing territorial assets could be challenged in these case study regions.
