  • Component-based development methods are regarded as one of the most important tools for us to cope with ever-increasing software complexity and, at the same time, to improve productivity in software development. This paper presents how to generate test-cases for integrated software from those of member components and how to validate composition of components, by the analysis of domain relations of components. This paper shows the applicability of the proposed technique by the real experiment. This study is based on the dataflow systems architecture and process components, and the technique developed here is an application of domain testing technique.

  • 풍력터빈 블레이드에서 발생하는 공력소음원의 위치 특성을 파악하기 위해 마이크로폰 어레이를 사용하여 소음원 풍동시험을 수행하였다. 풍동시험은 KARI 중형 아음속풍동에서 수행되었으며, 소음원의 위치파악을 위해 시간영역 회전체 빔포밍기법을 사용하였다. 기존 시간영역 회전체 빔포밍 기법의 경우 시험데이터 해석에 많은 시간이 소요되나, 본 논문에서는 원통형 좌표계에서 회전각 격자간격과 해석기간 간격 사이의 상관조건을 도입하여 데이터 해석시간을 기존 방법 대비 1/5로 단축하였다. 시험결과 나타난 주파수에 따른 블레이드 공력소음원의 위치 특성은 2kHz 이하 대역에서는 블레이드 반경 80% 부근에 주소음원이 위치하며, 4kHz 이상 대역에서는 블레이드 끝단 부근에 주 소음원이 위치하고 있다.

  • 분산 시스팀 환경하에서 여러 다양한 구성요소사이의 상호작용과 통신을 관장하는 규칙들인 프로토콜을 설계하는데 있어서 컴퓨터 과학 및 공학 영역의 형식방법과 소프트웨어 공학기법이 적용되고 있다. 그 결과로서 새로운 영역인 프로토콜 공학(Protocol Engineering)의 중요성이 점차 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로토콜 공학 사이클(프로토콜과 서비스 명세, 프로토콜 검정과 검증, 프로토콜 종합, 프로토콜 변환, 성능 평가, 자동 구현, 그리고 적합성 시험) 중에서 적합성시섬 즉, 적합성 시험언어인 TTCN(Tree and Tabular Combined Notation) 특성, 시험시나리오, 그리고 추상적 시험 시나리오를 수행하는 시험언어 번역기(TTCN2C)에 관해서 논하였다.

  • Impact-echo is a method for non-destructive testing of concrete structure. This method is based on the use of impact-generated stress wave which is propagated and reflected from internal flaws within concrete structure and external surface. In this study, we performed non-destructive testing using impact-echo methods for safety diagnosis of civil engineering and building structures. There are testing cases for the three models having one-dimensional form ; The first case is the measurement of thickness change of the model, the second is the detection of cavity in the model, and the third is the predictions of the lining thickness and the position of the cavity under tunnel lining condition.

So far the gas turbine engine performance researches have focused on the range between idle to Max rpm, but recent attention on the starting has brought interests in the range of "Sub-dile". As component characteristic maps are essential for the starting research, various kinds of studies have been doing and proposing ways to expand the existing maps toward sub-idle range. In this paper, previous studies were discussed and a new method suggested and validated.

  • A new blockage correction method has been developed for the wall interference correction of closed test-section subsonic wind tunnels based on the nonlinear relationship between separation blockage and separation drag. This method can be applied continuously from the linear lift-slope region to the highly nonlinear post-stall region by on-line processing. The present method was validated by comparing the results with a classical method based on the test results of a bluff body and a measured-boundary-condition method. It was shown that the present method is in good agreement with the measured-boundary-condition method, enabling better wall corrections than the bluff body method in both near-stall and post-stall regions.

  • Most of works for skyline queries have focused on static data objects. With the advance in mobile applications, however, the need of continuous skyline queries for moving objects has been increasing. To process continuous skyline queries, the 4-phased decision method of skyline regions has been proposed recently. However, it is not feasible for a large number of data because of the high cost of computing skyline regions. To solve this problem, this paper first provides a theoretical analysis of the 4-phased decision method. Then we propose a progressive decision method of skyline regions for the 4-phased decision method, which consists of a distance-based pruning and an extent shrinking of region decision lines. The proposed method can efficiently reduce the cost of the decision of skyline region in the 4-phased decision method. This paper also presents the experimental results to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 소프트웨어 시험 후 발견된 결함을 제거하기 위해서는 먼저 해당 결함의 위치를 정확히 찾아야 한다. 결함의 위치를 찾는 작업은 많은 양의 소스코드를 검토해야 하기 때문에 많은 노력을 요구한다. 해당 노력을 줄이기 위해 슬라이싱 기법, 스펙트텀 기법, 모델 기반 기법 등 많은 기법들이 연구되었다. 하지만 이들 연구들은 결함 위치로 추정한 탐색 영역의 범위가 넓어 결과의 효과가 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 그래서 결함 위치 추정의 정확도를 높이고 결함 위치 파악의 효과를 높이기 위해 본 논문은 프로그램 소스 코드 문장에 대한 시험 케이스의 커버리지 정보, 시험의 PAss/Fail 여부, Define-Use의 관계에 있는 문장 정보를 활용하여 각 문장의 결함 의심도를 산출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법을 실험을 통하여 확인한 결과, 낮은 지역화 비용으로 결함 위치 추정을 할 수 있었다.

  • The 4-axis strain-gauge, which is widely applied to military weapon systems, is operated in poor temperature and vibration conditions, tolerance may increase and malfunctions may occur. To improve this, this paper proposes a signal-processing software technique for the tolerance of the 4-axis strain gauge applied to a military weapon system. First, the tolerance of the strain-gauge and the signal processing circuit according to the ambient temperature were evaluated and analyzed. Second, a software technique for processing the dead zone and offset area that can improve the tolerance of the strain-gauge is proposed. The experimental results applying the software technique confirmed that it operated normally in the temperature test and operation test. Therefore, the proposed software technique is valid and can be used as useful information to improve tolerance due to ambient temperature and vibration when designing a system using a strain-gauge.
