통합관제센터에서 실제 운용 중인 시나리오에 따라 다양한 지능형 영상감시 기술이 적용될 수 있다. 그러나 일반화된 시나리오에 맞는 영상감시 기술은 잦은 오경보로 효율이 저하될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 통합관제센터의 서비스별 시나리오를 도출하고, 현재 사용하고 있는 지능형 영상감시 기술을 분석하여 시나리오에 최적화된 지능형 영상감시 기술 적용 방안을 제안하였다.

It is handled here in this paper, the orality and literacy of scenario, as a basic study for the expansional aspects of scenario at first. And next, it is grasped the specialness and potential energy of scenario checking various matter of Gutenberg Galaxy provided as a literal civilization. Further, basing on the former, various peculiarities of scenario have been linked to the digital storytelling of the internet basic and image writing of visual culture, and the various supporting schemes for new scenario format and creative circumstances in order to build the importance and the ranking of scenario have been presented in the era of the digital image contents. After all, the intention of this study particularly is to lay great emphasis on the supporting schemes and Scenario Galaxy such as a specialized graduate school and national story & scenario agency from a national point of view.

The fusion of virtual and reality and the revolution of gamification are beginning in human culture. As the quaternary industrial revolution enters the era, major developments of convergence main content games are expected as human-made play products. Now that we need a diverse game IP, we need a methodology that makes it easy to approach game scenario creation. The creation of the game scenario has a very large difference due to interactivity with the general video scenario. Therefore, without interactive knowledge, it is difficult to challenge game scenario creation. In this paper, 'Game Scenario Creation List' was created in order to lower the barriers to entering game scenario creation. I hope that this paper will be even a little positive for the development of game contents.

This study looks into the differences between the two different genres of dramatic renditions on film- television dramas and movies, by studying the respective characteristics of screenplays for television and movies, and comparing the disparity in status between the powerful television drama writer and the powerless movie screenwriters as well as actual power structures within the Korean media industry. It explores the intensifying problems of high cost drama productions and poor treatment of screenwriters, as well as established practices in the movie and television industries so as to analyze problems comprehensively and seek balanced growth within these industries. The Hollywood screenwriting system is taken as a point of comparison in seeking solutions and exploring the direction that Korean film and television industries should take in the future.

통합관제센터에서 제공하는 서비스 중에서 주정차 단속, 쓰레기 투기방지 등 일차적인 영상감시 외의 어린이 유괴, 폭행 등의 복합적인 상황에 대한 지능형 영상감시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 폭행이라는 특정 상황을 가정하고 이에 대한 상황 발생 시나리오 및 상황 코드를 정의하여 실제 시스템에 도입할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

본 본문에서는 교통사고와 자살에 이어 사고 발생률이 높은 낙상사고에 대해 영상감지기기를 이용한 신속한 응급처치를 하기 위해 기존의 지능형 영상감지 시스템을 조사 및 분석하고 이를 토대로 낙상사고 시나리오 분석 및 상황코드를 정의하여 낙상사고인식 시스템을 설계하였다.

스마트시티 하천관리를 위해 선행된 연구에서는 도시하천관련 데이터를 수집-정제-제공하는 도시하천 통합데이터 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이에 하천 분석을 위한 유역 유출, 하천 흐름 그리고 도시유출 등의 모듈과 하천 환경, 친수, 종합 평가 모델을 연계하여 도시하천관리 연계플랫폼으로 연구개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 하천관리를 위한 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 가시화 모듈에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 부산 EDC 지역을 대상으로 DEM, 항공영상, 위성영상, 하천 지리 정보, 하천 단면도 등의 데이터를 결합하여 하천 및 유역 전산 3D 형상 모델링을 진행한다. 또한 하천 내부 유량 및 파제 제체 모델링, 유동장 격자 모델링을 통해 제방 붕괴 범람 시뮬레이션 대상 지역을 구현한다. 해당 EDC 지역 구현 모델에 연속방정식, 운동량방정식, 수송방정식 등 지배방정식과 삼상 유동 기법 등 수치 해석 기법을 활용하여 제방 파제 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션의 침수범위 및 침수심 분포 결과는 위경도를 포함한 ASCII Grid로 반환되며 GeoServer를 통한 좌표계 설정 및 도시하천 연계플랫폼에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 제방 파제 시나리오는 제방 높이 2m, 제방 폭 7.5m, 파제 길이 20m로 설정하여 4개의 붕괴 위치를 지정하였고, 지정된 위치에 대한 제방 파제 3D 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출된 Case 별 2D/3D 영상과 침수심 공간 분포에 대한 Raster Graphics를 전처리하여 시나리오별 침수범위-침수심을 도시하천 연계플랫폼 상에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 도시하천 연계플랫폼의 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 모듈을 통하여 스마트시티의 제방 파제 피해 양상 및 대책 마련 의사결정 보조로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

자율주행 차량의 성능을 검증하기 위해서는 다양한 검증용 시나리오가 필요하기 때문에 최근에는 검증용 시나리오를 자동으로 생성하기 위한 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 실세계에서 발생되는 다양한 현상을 반영한 시나리오를 생성하기 위해서는 자율주행 차량의 주변 상황에 대한 측정이 필요하지만, 공간적인 문제로 한계가 발생한다. 이와 같은 데이터 수집의 어려움을 자율주행 차량에 탑재된 블랙박스의 영상을 통해서 생성하는 것이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 DRQN을 이용하여 자율주행 차량 사고영역을 자동으로 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다. 동영상에서 추출된 프레임을 분석해서 교통사고 원도우의 초기 위치를 설정한다. DRQN 학습 프레임워크로 차량의 특징을 도출한다. 마지막으로 특징을 기반으로 교통사고 원도우의 크기와 위치를 조정해서 교통사고 영역을 정확하게 찾는다.
