This study started with the question of whether the museum oral history recording projects, which have been increasing steadily in recent years, are being used in various forms, especially in exhibitions. This paper is emphasized on the need for the oral history-related projects to lead to various museum activities including exhibitions and educations and so on. As a practical example of this, to explore the future directions and tasks for oral history projects in museums 'A Research Project of Producing Oral History Video Clips for the Exhibition of IMF Financial Crisis Situations' of National Museum of Korean Contemporary History is analyzed. This research argues that oral history functions as an exhibition representation device that more actively reveal the reality of a specific historical event. Therefore, this study suggests that the museum can be developed as a venue for various discourses in which citizens participate actively using oral history.

The world focus on enhancing national prestige based on the value of traditional culture and history to preserve cultural heritage that make an effort to popularize in public. Hence, the true issue of paradigm for traditional culture are given at recreation for the value of cultural heritage. To study level of awareness of the importance in cultural heritage, proceed on experimental research for two groups that each group as for professionals and laymen. There are five experiment with two groups that of level of immersion, educational effect, interest, intelligibility score in the documentary in achieve which are recorded image and recorded film. The result of experiments, it showed difference between professionals and laymen, high scored of immersion and intelligibility score in professionals group of recorded image, other highly scored of immersion and educational effect in laymen of recorded film. Consequently, it will need historical recording documents to supply divisively with as considering levels and cognitive situation for professionals and laymen to satisfy their intention. And also, the needs for public to develop various source and contents of heritage to have people's interests. For the expert, it demand on educational projects and contents to be initiated in skills and arts.

우리나라의 자동차 역사는 주요 선진국에 비해 60년 정도 짧지만 자동차와 일어나는 교통사고의 발생률이나 심각도를 고려한다면 교통사고를 줄이기 위한 여러 가지 원인을 분석해 보는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 방송프로그램에 방송한 차량용 영상기록장치(VDR) 제보영상을 통해 다양한 교통사고의 원인을 수집하여 운전자의 행태를 분석하여 교통사고를 발생을 감소 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 연구목적이다. 방송된 차량용 영상 전체 1,262건에 대해 운전자 행태 분석을 실시하여 DB를 구축하고 이를 교통사고 분석 시스템 TAAS 통계를 비교 분석 결과 전체 1,262건 중 노면상태가 건조 할 때가 1,153건, 기상상태가 맑을 때 1,176건, 주야별 운전시 주간이 1,0,13건으로 높게 분석되었다. 또한 사고유형으로는 차대차 860건이 68.1%로 높게 분석 되었다. 따라서 운전에 장애가 되는 요소가 없는 경우 운전자 개인이 과속과 전방주시 태만이 발생할 가능성이 높으므로 운전자들에 대한 교육을 통해 의식개혁이 필요하다.

We describe a practical implementation of DVR (Digital Video Recording) system. And we propose a new image compression algorithm, that input video signal is divided into two parts, a moving target and a non-moving background part to achieve efficient compression of image sequences. This algorithm reorganizes a target area and a back-ground area by use of Macro Block(MB) unit on encoding scheme. The proposed algorithm allows high quality image reconstruction at low bit rates.

황사는 중국과 몽골의 건조지역으로부터 바람에 의해 수송되어 날아오는 먼지 현상이다. 이 먼지현상은 이따금 멀리 북미대륙까지(Husar 등, 2001) 이동한 것이 위성영상으로 확인되며, 캐나다(McKendry 등, 2001)에서도 실제 관측되기도 한다. 요즘에는 이 먼지가 인체와 기후에 미치는 염려를 하는 사람이 많아지며, 이를 예측하는 연구가 시도되기도 한다. 우리나라에서 과거에 기록된 황사현상은 있을까？ 있다면, 얼마나 되며, 최근과 비교하면 무엇이 다른가？ 삼국시대의 역사 기록인 삼국사기와 고려시대의 고려사, 조선시대의 조선왕조실록과 증보문헌비고 속에 기록된 지난 약 2천년간의 기록을 정리해보았다. 또한 기존의 와다유우지(Wada, 1917)와 다무라센노스케(Tamura, 1983)의 조사결과도 참고하여, 우리나라에서의 관측된 황사기록을 가능한 많이 찾고, 확인하여, 과거 우리나라의 황사현상을 되짚어 보았다.

디지털 홀로그램 기록 방식에 있어서 기록하고자 하는 영상을 디지털화하는 작업과 더불어 영상을 필름에 투영시키기 위한 공간 광 변조기, 기록 광원을 생성하기 위한 광학 시스템 및 필름 이송을 담당하는 스테이지의 정밀한 제어가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 홀로그래픽 기록 시스템을 개발함에 있어서 전체 운용 기능에 해당하는 제어 구조를 제안하고 제안된 구조의 기능과 구현된 결과를 통해 향후 개선 사항을 소개하고자 한다.

사용자의 편리함과 유익함 뒤에는 높은 위험성이 공존한다. 특히 자동차의 경우에는 빠른 속도로 장소를 이동할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 사고 발생 시에 생명을 위협할 만큼의 위험을 가지고 있다. 자동차 사고 발생 후에는 시시비비를 가리기 위해서 많은 분쟁이 발생하는 것이 일반적인 판례였다. 자동차용 블랙박스는 자동차 사고 발생 시에 정확한 현장의 영상, 음성 및 기타 센서 정보를 기록한다. 이를 이용해서 전후좌우, 차량의 상태를 분석하여 사건 발생의 실마리를 찾을 수 있는 중요한 단서로 사용된다. 하지만, 아직은 블랙박스 영상만으로는 법적인 자료로 사용될 수는 없다. 즉, 법적인 자료로 채택되기 위한 기밀성과 무결성 측면에서 약점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라서 기록된 정보를 암호화하고, 접근 자에 대한 기록을 남기는 기능이 연구 및 표준화 제정되고 있다. 차량 내외에서 수집된 정보에 암호화를 적용하여 이종 기기간 데이터 공유를 차단하고, 자동차 정보기기 보안 인증서를 가지고 있는 단체를 통하여 보안키를 이용하여 정보를 활용하기 위한 시스템이 구성되고 있다. 이를 통하여 자동차 융합 정보통신 장치들로부터 기록된 정보를 법적인 객관적 근거로 활용할 수 있도록 자동차용 정보통신 기기들이 기밀성과 무결성을 준수할 수 있도록 발전할 것이다.

자동차 산업 인프라의 발달로 자동차 사용 인구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 자동차 사고도 매년 증가하고 있다. 자동차 사고는 개인 및 사회의 비용손실과 즉결되므로 많은 운전자들이 자동차용 블랙박스(사고영상기록장치)를 구입하여 장착하고 있다. 이런 자동차용 블랙박스는 교통사고 시점의 영상을 저장 재생 하므로 정확한 사고원인을 규명하는데 활용되고 교통사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다. 그러나 그 이면에 자동차용 블랙박스는 자동차가 운행될 때 마다 영상을 촬영하고 저장되기 때문에 의도되지 않은 개인의 사생활이 노출 될 수 있으며 또한 저장된 사고영상 데이터를 의도적으로 조작하여 교통사고의 원인규명을 방해하는 문제가 발생 하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 국내 관련 동향을 알아보고 보안기술을 적용 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recent trends in sharing online video contents show that vlogging on everyday life can cause meaningful changes in viewers' perception of mediated characters and their own lifestyles. We explored that flourishing everyday life video contents online are intertwined with viewers' psychological engagement such as empathy and social presence, let alone self-enhancing motivations such as self-reflection and psychological empowerment. Survey analysis results suggest that between contents types of vlog (everyday life vs. in-depth information), watching in-depth information videos significantly affected viewers' psychological engagement and self-enhancing motivations. Compared to celebrity's online videos, daily videos starring laypeople showed significantly positive impacts on viewers' engagement such as empathy, social presence, and self-enhancement such as self-reflection, psychological empowerment.

This paper is Intersection image recording system for transmitting to the central center after integrating the intersection image and signal split image into one image information. The system was configured to collect the intersection image and the signal split image and transmitted to the central center after integrating images into one image and recorded. The system is expected to be effective in preventing a secondary accident by immediately propagate the accident information and reduce the time it takes to dispute and determine the cause of the accident.
