  • 인터넷의 발전은 우리 교육계에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 등장과 함께 인터넷 대역폭이 커지면서 작은 용량의 파일전송 위주에서 음악, 영상, 애니메이션 등의 대용량 서비스가 많아지는 추세에 따라 인터넷 홈페이지도 동영상을 위주로 서비스하는 곳이 급증하고 있다. 초등학교에서도 학교소개, 학교행사, 학생활동을 동영상으로 제공하여 활용도가 낮은 학교 홈페이지의 활용도를 높이고 학생들이 기획, 제작, 편집에 직접 참여하여 적성과 흥미를 키우며 생활 여건 때문에 학교행사에 참여하지 못하는 학부모들의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 학교 인터넷방송국을 구축을 통해 교육적 효과를 얻기 위하여 초등학교 인터넷 방송국 구축방안을 제시하였다.

  • The proposed authoring tool with user's friendly interface provides to author multimedia animation lectures which can support the efficient environments of cyber educations. Coping with difficulties of merging and editing of each multimedia data provided to convert from multimedia generation properties to SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Language) files. The tool also helps lecturers to author the animation lectures easily. Futhermore, it can be easily transferred from multimedia contents to web page.

Watermarking Method using Similarity between Frames in the Scene (장면내의 프레임간 유사성을 이용한 워터마킹 방법)

  • This paper presents a watermarking method using similarity between frames in the scene to resist to various attacks and to improve the video quality. This method inserts and detects a watermark in the frame pair every 3 frame. The experimental simulations show that the video quality is improved more than 45dB compared with previous methods and the watermark is resistant to frame drop, MPEG compression and low pass filter attacks.

  • 본 논문은 변환영역 기반의 방법 중 DCT 변환영역 워터마크를 이용한 이미지 무결성 검증 시스템을 제안하였다. DCT 변환영역에 워터마크를 삽입하는 것이 공간영역에 삽입하는 것보다 잡음과 일반적인 신호처리나 영상편집, 선형/비선형 필터링, 압축 등의 영상처리에 강하다. 추출된 워터마크가 원본 워터마크와의 유사도 평가에서 임계값보다 크면 이미지에 변형이 없었다고 판단한다. 만약 이미지에 변형이 있을 경우 워터마크가 훼손되어 정확한 정보를 추출하기 어려울 수 있다. 이때 추출기에서 이미지 왜곡을 역변환 시켜 워터마크를 온전하거나 최소화된 훼손으로 추출한다.

  • In this paper, the write analysis the application of basic video content of Mobil Device Platform in China and studies the future development scheme. According to the survey, as of 2019, 78% of Chinese total population is the Internet service users and application software users. Mobile Device Platform is independently developed to provide video content application services, which already have 640 million video application users from 2013 to the present. 65% of users install and use more than two video content applications. In China TikTok, Kuai Shou, MeiPai and other video content applications, not only can easily achieve simple user interface and users can directly shoot video content. These production functions is different from YouTube, a famous video platform in the United States. In the video platform market, the core competitiveness is content creation. In the future, the integration of video content of VR, AR and other video projects will expecte to further activate the video platform market.

  • Due to the advent of presumer and digital production of moving picture, a lot of UCC has been generated by editing the previous moving pictures in various way. It causes a lot of problems on copyright, duplication, and content. In reorganizing the contents, it is necessary to increase productivity and reusability by managing production pipeline systematically through the standardization of moving picture content. For this purpose, we try to develop the moving picture content management system that can manage all kinds of information on the production pipeline, based on SCORM of e-learning by considering production, publication and re-editing. Using the meta-data of content object, user and producer can easily search and reuse the contents. Hence, they can choose the contents object according to their preference and reproduce their own creative UCC by reorganizing and packaging the selected objects. The management of copyright by the unit of scene would solve the problem of copyright. The sequencing technique of SCORM as an interactive storytelling method makes it possible to produce individual contents by user's preference.

  • MPEG-4 AVC is an international video coding standard that is being developed. The standardization is mainly targeted at a very high compression ratio. MPEG-4 AVC is a general video coding technology that may be used in various applications. Therefore, MPEG-4 AVC needs an efficient rate control method to be applied in various communication environments. This paper is based on the rate control method that considers human visual characteristic. In this paper, we propose the constant bit rate control method using adaptive quantization and scene change detection. Experiments performed using various test images and experimentation results exhibits a favorable performance over existing rate control methods.

  • The sheetwise cadastral map data needs to become a Serial Cadastral Map (SCM) database for the promotion of the reliability of cadastral surveying, for the efficient operation of the Parcel Based Land Information System, and for the convenient use of land information as well. A large amount of money and time are required for the editing process of producing SCM DB in accordance with the $\ulcorner$Guideline for the Production of Serial Cadastral Maps$\lrcorner$ by the Ministry of Construction & Transportation if any of field surveying techniques is accompanied by. In addition, a boundary line that extends to a neat line does not meet the counterpart of the neighboring map sheet at a point. Such cases frequently occur and are much dependent upon the decisions of individuals in charge of editing or inspecting. The core processes of the research, firstly overlay SCM produced by the edition of the sheetwise cadastral maps with Autodesk Map on orthophoto images, secondly adjust the parcel boundaries which are delineated over more than one map sheet, and lastly compare the original boundary coordinates and areas with the corresponding adjusted ones and calculate root mean square errors (RMSEs). The research aims at promoting the quality of SCM by minimizing the inconsistency of parcel boundaries by means of the comparative analysis of the calculated RMSEs.

The Practical Application Strategy of Video Production for Recording an Archeology (고고학 기록을 위한 영상제작 활용 방안)

  • The video production, as a recording data about the archeological survey, has advantages to be visualized in actuality and historical fact presented objects with elements such as moving images, audio(voice) and text(subtitle). While the report with text and images such as photographs and drawings does not present exactly, the video production can record a concrete excavation process to be difficult of represent with former media. To make a practical use the video production in archeological surveys, the use dimension should be expanded to the entire archeological excavations and the shooting and editing work should be done by those video production-specialized staffs. Ultimately, when this video production device is used but also for the survey purposes but also for the education, exhibition, and even commercial purposes, it can have the substantial meaning as a survey tool.
