This study was conducted to investigate the winter ecology of the green leafhopper(GLH), Nephotettix cincticeps Uhler, in Milyang, south-eastern part of Korea from early December to early April during 1990 to 1992. The instar distribution in the overwinteing GLH population collected in December 5th was most of 4th instar 77% to 79% followed by 3rd instar 15% to 17% and 5th instar 3%. These instar distribution rate in the overwintering GLH was changed with collecting dates during overwintering periods of the GLH. Among the GLH population collected, as a result, the distribution rate of the 5th instar was significantly increased in February 20th and was most of 5th instar 70% to 71% in March 19th and was adult 47% to 50% in April 8th. During two overwintering periods of the GLH, the averaged instars converted the instar distribution of the overwintering GLH into the numerical values were 3.91 and 3.86 instar in December 5th, 4.11 and 4.07 instar in February 20th, 4.75 and 4.79 instar in March 19th and 5.42 and 5.45 instar in April 8th respectively. In addition to, the developmental index between pre-collected date and post-collected date of the overwintering GLH was roughly more than 1.0 value. It means that the overwintering GLH was developed without cease though the development was very slow and deponded upon air temperature. The overwintering GLH population were significantly more collected at the levee than at the barley field.

Requirements 분석 tool은 시스팀의 개발 단계중 한 단계인 Requirements 분석의 자동화를 위한 것으로 입력된 Requirements의 정보를 데이터베이스에 수록하고 수록된 정보를 이용하여 데이터의 consistency 및 completeness를 조사 분석하는 도구이다. 본 논문은 이 Requirements 분석 tool의 설계상의 구성과 입력될 Requirements를 Data Flow Diagram(DFD)으로 구현하기 위한 editor와 evaluator에 관한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술한다.

대기오염의 현황을 인지하고 현실적인 관리를 하기 위해서는 대기오염 물질의 배출량을 산정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 통해 대기오염 모델의 입력자료, 주요 배출원의 파악 및 기여정도를 평가할 수 있으며, 대기관리정책의 수립 및 평가의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다. 미국 Aerometric Information Retrieval System(AIRS)과 유럽 CORINAIR(EU 내에서 data 호환을 위한 규약)의 경우에는 대기오염물질 배출량 정보를 WWW(World Wide Web：이하 WWW) 상에서 공개함으로써 배출량 연구의 공유와 표준화가 이루어져 있다. 본 연구에서는 풍력터빈 감시의 특성을 고려하여 전용 상태 감시 시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 모두 개발하였다. 프론트엔드, 서버 및 클라이언트의 구성을 갖추고 있으며 규격과 가이드에 맞는 측정 및 분석 방법을 갖추고 있다. 현재 영흥풍력 발전단지에 17기의 시스템이 설치되어 현재 상용 운전되고 있다.

The United States has implemented the TLCSM (Total Life Cycle System Management) to minimize the total lifecycle cost of aircraft and to improve operating availability. As a practical strategy, CBM + is required to be applied to new weapons systems. The F-35 aircraft applied PHM under CBM + concept from the development stage. In this study, we analyzed the technology trends, the level of PHM technology in Korea, and the development trends of foreign technology. Then, we analyzed the PHM technical elements and constructed the 5 phases of technical elements acquisition roadmap for military fixed wing aircraft parts PHM.

IoMT 표준은 미디어 관련 분석 기술에 대한 IoT 기술의 적용을 통하여 IoT 기반 프로토콜로 미디어 분석 기술에 대한 제어 및 IoT 기기간 연동을 제어할 수 있는 기술로써 ISO/IEC SC29 산하에서 이루어지고 있는 표준 기술이다. 2019년 국제 표준의 도출을 통하여 각종 미디어 관련 제어 기술을 분석 (Analyze), 입력 (Sensor), 표현 (Actuator), 저장 (Storage) 등의 기기 분류를 통하여 표준화하고 있으며, 다양한 유즈케이스에 대응하는 영상 분석 기술에 대한 인터페이스가 도출된 바 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 인터페이스를 가지는 IoMT 기술에 대하여 서비스를 구성 및 배포 관리하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. IoMT 기기 혹은 서비스를 조합하여 영상 입력으로부터 최종 결과까지의 서비스를 구성하기 위해서는 각각의 IoMT 기기에 대한 설정 및 기기, 서비스간 연결의 설정이 요구된다. 다만 IoMT 표준은 각 IoMT 서비스 기기에 대한 인터페이스만을 정의하고 있어 이러한 기기 및 서비스간 연결에 대한 구성이 포함되어 있지 않으며, 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 클라우드에서 사용되고 있는 자원 관리 및 배포 기술인 Kubernetes를 통하여 IoMT 기기들간의 연결을 설정하고 최종 서비스를 구성하는 방법을 포함한다.

본 논문에서는 중 고속 자기부상열차용 선형 유도전동기에서 나타나는 단부효과를 고려하여 중 고속 운전을 할 수 있는 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 선형 유도전동기에서 나타나는 단부효과를 수식적으로 분석하여 선형 유도전동기 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하였으며, 단부효과의 영향을 보상하여 제어를 함으로서 선형 유도전동기 적합한 제어 알고리즘을 구성하여 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

최근의 웹 문서는 텍스트 위주의 구성이 아닌 이미지, 사운드, 동영상 등의 다양한 타입으로 구성되는 추세이다. 이에 따라 단순히 웹 문서 내의 단어 정보추출 만으로는 좋은 성능의 클러스터링을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 전통적인 문서 클러스터링 기법인 단어기반 클러스터링 기법의 취약점을 제시하고, 웹 문서간의 링크구조정보 중 동시인용 정보를 이용하여 웹 문서 클러스터링 성능향상의 가능성을 보이고자 한다. 실험에서는 네이버디렉토리 중 '자연과학' 범주에 포함된 문서를 대상으로 위의 두 가지 방식과 이 두 가지를 혼합한 단어-링크 혼합 클러스터링을 통해 기존의 방식보다 더 낳은 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.
